Located about 40 minutes from the capital Maceió, the municipality of Barra de Santo Antônio, in Alagoas, manages, to this day, to keep its beaches quiet. Most tourists go to see the cliffs of Carro Quebrado beach, a cinematographic setting.
Coconut trees, emerald green sea and the famous multicolored cliffs surround the entire length of the beach. It is a fantastic place to take a buggy ride or take a long walk enjoying all its tranquility.
During high tide, the extensive sand of Praia de Carro Quebrado is covered by the sea waters.
Located in Barra de Santo Antonio, Vila Galé Alagoas - All Inclusive is by the ocean, within a 15-minute drive of Carro Quebrado Beach and Marceneiro Beach. This beach resort is 16.3 mi (26.3 km) from Ipioca Beach and 27.8 mi (44.8 km) from Ponta Verde Beach.

A limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, as bebidas estavam quentes, e o atendimento do bar da piscina não era suficiente! Não tinha como tomar o chopp e as cervejas porque estavam sempre quentes! Ponto positivo a piscina é maravilhosa e os drinks servidos no hall de entrada eram maravilhosos!

Fiquei bem decepcionada quando entrei no quarto. As paredes encardidas, quarto super escuro, toalhas super velhas. Comentei na recepção e me transferiram de quarto, mas as características permanecem e ainda somavam vazamento no box e debaixo da pia. Ou seja, falta manutenção e cuidado.

Não vejo entusiasmo em vários trabalhadores do hotel, muito mal humorados. Claro, que existem algumas exceções.
O esquema de marcar os restaurantes a la carte, é super burocrático. É preciso comparecer pessoalmente em um horário super restrito. E parece que precisa implorar por uma vaga. Onde está a tecnologia para facilitar a vida dos hóspedes?
No restaurante buffet, eles deixam um saleiro disponível para uso, mas o mesmo não tritura sal. O sal continua sendo sal grosso e ai você quer colocar sal na salada, ou na batata frita ou no ovo mexido, mas tem que se contentar com esse sal mesmo. Alguns dias ví o sal em sachê….mas de repente sumiram… e aí você pergunta para um trabalhador do hotel que fala: só tem esse mesmo.
A quantidade de lixo que tem na praia da frente do hotel é deplorável. Disseram que vem da comunidade vizinha, mas o hotel, com a influência que tem, deveria tomar alguma providência com a prefeitura. É triste…muito muito lixo.

Um ótimo all inclusive, comida muito boa, piscina grande, praia tranquila, alguns colaboradores muito receptivos e amistosos outros nem tanto.
O quarto é confortável, cama e chuveiro bons. O porém fica para falta de varal, um blackout descente, e se gostar de mais silêncio pedir quartos não voltados para piscina. E o acesso ao hotel é chato pela BR101 é interminável o caminho.

HORRÍVEL, NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS
Começando pelo check-in, me colocaram em uma suíte inferior à que eu reservei, problema, pois só nos trocaram de suíte após às 18h, alegando que não haviam quartos, fiquei sem entender muito bem, pois eram 15h15min, bem no horário do check-in, e não haviam quartos, estando o hotel vazio, isso no dia 14/04/25, pois fui para esse resort passar o meu aniversário, e me ARREPENDI, muito. Depois em um jantar reservado que era para comemorar o meu aniversário, fomos preteridos, pois havia muitos gringos no local. Em um evento de cantoria ao ar livre para os hóspedes, meu companheiro foi cantar e não deixaram, além de terem feito passar por um constrangimento horrível na frente de todos os hóspedes que estavam no local, tendo uma funcionária me destratado quando fui reclamar. Resumido, HOTEL MUITO MAL ADMINISTRADO, FUNCIONÁRIOS MAL EDUCADOS........

Vila Gale Alagoas, um hotel novo, equipe de limpa sempre atenta e limpando com frequência as áreas comuns, comida e bebida boa com qualidade, porém internet muito fraca já que internet das operadoras com qualidade ruim, e não conseguimos marcar o restaurante temático com a justificativa que estava cheio, fora isso tudo ok na hospedagem.

O hotel é novo e bonito, entrega o que promete. Vale a pena o custo benefício, não tem muito luxo e poucos funcionários.
A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, a piscina é excelente, bem quentinha mesmo em dias chuvosos.
A recreação infantil deixa a desejar, brincadeiras em locais fechados em dias de sol e as crianças não aproveitam a piscina.
Atividades são escolares, o que é injusto com as crianças. Não tem programação noturna para os menores, apenas para adultos.
Todas as noites tem música ao vivo. Parte das bebidas é excelente. Almoço e jantar repetitivos, mas saborosos.

Melhor hotel da vida! Estrutura excelente: 10/10. Atendimento impecável, fartura de comida (e opções) e bebidas, amplo espaço de piscina e praia. Otimas atividades de entretenimento para adultos e crianças. Spa super aconchegante. Wifi funciona muito bem dentro do hotel. Hotel incrível, porém as muitas moscas durante o café-da-manhã. As moscas pousavam nos queijos, presunto, pães, talheres no buffet... Avisei ao Hotel, porém foram apenas colocadas velas para afastas as mocas do buffet, as quais apenas atenuavam as refeições ao lado delas.

Todavia fica o registro de que a alimentação pode ser melhor e principalmente as bebida alcoólicas, que são as piores marcas com exceção da cerveja, pois Gun, vodka e cachaça são os piores. Lamentável que uma rede internacional faça economia com isso.

O Resort dispõe de boa estrutura, quartos confortáveis, alimentação no restaurante principal bem diversificada, atendimento excelente pelos funcionários.
Pontos negativos: Entretenimento infantil e adulto bem fraco, restaurantes temáticos com pouca opção de alimentação e comida sem sabor, parquinho infantil pega sol o dia todo, sendo impossível utilizar.

O Resort é lindo, enorme, as pessoas da recepção foram todas simpáticas. Os funcionários de uma forma geral também! Nesse sentido fomos bem atendidos. O café da manhã muito bem servido. Nada a reclamar das refeições! Destaque para o jantar no Inevitável! Maravilhoso! O pianista no lobby deu um toque especial de noite! A equipe de animação muito legal também!
Todavia tivemos alguns inconvenientes na nossa estadia.. primeiro o quadro elétrico do quarto estava fazendo muito barulho percebemos por volta de 21:30 abrimos chamados ligamos duas vezes e não veio ninguém.. dormimos com o som do barulho em vez do mar que era o que queríamos pois ficamos em um quarto de frente..
No dia seguinte chamamos e vieram atender foi resolvido em 5 minutos, ou seja, se tivessem atendido na primeira noite não teríamos esse inconveniente e nem faria aqui esse comentário… tivemos que chamar mais uma vez depois pelo mesmo problema que foi solucionado.
Fui picada por uma abelha na piscina, até aí pode acontecer em qualquer lugar, fui no centro de enfermagem deles, que passaram uma pomada no local e como estava inchando meu braço indicaram tomar um antialérgico, falei que tudo bem que tomaria o remédio e para minha surpresa me deram o telefone de uma farmácia para eu pedir o remédio. Fiquei bastante preocupada com essa situação é um local precário, a cidade não tem nada e eles não tem um antialérgico para uma emergência ali? Precisam rever essa política…

Sucos sem sabor em especial o de laranja, não tinha bebidas importadas, os petiscos eram sempre os mesmos e não saborosos, no almoço e jantar só salvava o macarrão feito na hora as demais opções não eram as melhores, as carnes não eram macias e gostosas.

A estrutura geral do resort é bem cuidada, boa e bonita.
Minha estadia foi boa, mas o resort deixou a desejar: chuveiro e pia do banheiro do casal estavam entupidos, chamei no terceiro dia e mandaram um bombeiro que consertou. O banheiro da sala da suíte vaza água de banho por debaixo do box, bombeiro não consertou. A televisão do quarto de casal só pega 4 canais, solicitei um técnico para reparar por 2 vezes e não enviaram.
O restaurante principal onde é servido o self service é muito quente, ventilação insuficiente e sem ar condicionado. As portas deste salão não ficam todas abertas o que dificulta o acesso. Os toaletes são fora do salão, longe e para acessar alguns ainda tem que sair no tempo…
A comida do resort é farta e diversificada, porém pouco temperada, muitas vezes sem sal.
Os talheres ficam em cima da mesa sem forro e há restrição de guardanapos nas mesas, somente um por pessoa.

Tudo foi excelente, desde a chegada até a partida. Quero ressaltar apenas alguns pontos para possíveis melhorias: a cortina blackout do quarto, que não escurece tão bem; a falta de água quente à noite; o Wi-Fi muito ruim, que funciona bem praticamente apenas no prédio principal; e a necessidade de mais alertas de pratos com camarão nas refeições. Eu estava com uma pessoa que tem alergia e por pouco ele não comeu o yakissoba, que não tinha indicação de camarão nos cartões. Por falar em cartões de indicação, havia um com a escrita “iorgute” em uma das refeições de algum dia. Também não entendi muito bem o “champoo” no banheiro. De resto, só tenho elogios. Tudo fantástico. Um último comentário: a proposta do hotel é exaltar autores de livros. Isso inclui a J.K. Rowling, autora da série Harry Potter. O problema é que é sabido que ela apoia e até mesmo financia instituições transfóbicas. Em pleno 2024, acho isso inaceitável e o hotel deveria repensar a sua atitude em relação a ela.
