Hotel staff was great, room maintenance was poor, lots of wall scuffs, room needs a deep clean.

The rooms are small. If you don't tell the hotel staff, they won't clean the bathroom or take out the trash daily. The pool wasn't in service. They didn't have room service. There was no ice when we asked for it. It's supposed to be smoke-free. The man downstairs was smoking marijuana. I told the hotel, but they did nothing. The breakfast was average, always cold food. Very expensive for such poor service. I would never return

After 6 years of going there. I always get flight and hotel as a package and my gf stays with me. A room for 2, but now they charge her extra guest fee.
Wifi was mostly rebooting. I don’t have a local mobile, so wifi was important. Had to sit in the lobby for something stable.
Breakfast use to be really good. Is slowly going down to just basics.
Was the first time I was really unhappy there.

Pros
Service was impeccable.
The pool was fantastic
The A/C delivered the requested temperature.
It is in front of a nice mall where you can get anything you need and the food court has very good choices.
Points to improve
Elevators. During our stay they were maintaining the elevators so moving up and down was a real challenge.
Restaurant food was mostly good but quality was not consistent.
For some reason the water on the shower does not drain quickly enough so you have to be careful to avoid water going out of the shower.

Ya no es tan comodo y bueno como lo fue.

Ha desmejorado en varias cosas, el aire aun en la noche,no enfriaba lo suficiente, reserva de 3 personas y no dejaron toallas para todos los huéspedes, pedimos la adicional y nos pasaron una pequeña que da la impresión ser de pies, en el restaurante las opciones de desayuno son limitadas; punto a favor, el convenio de parqueadero con Unicentro,

La ubicación estaba perfecto para nosotros, y la habitación era bastante grande y muy limpia. El único problema era que nos faltan unos servicios en la habitación:
- Había un refrigerador/minibar pero estaba vacío
- No había ningún cafetera ni tetera disponible en el cuarto

Servicio y Comunicacion

los servicios ofrecidos en la publicidad no fueron recibidos, (recogida y llevada al aeropuerto) cuando llame a el hotel estando en el aeropuerto de yopal manifestaron que no prestaban este servicio que si queria me llamaban un taxi, y de vuelta al aeropuerto lo mismo, el internet nunca funciono, el uso de la piscina estaba restringido desde las 8 por temas de limpieza, sin embargo al siguiente dia la trate de usar a las 3.30 pm y seguia sucia, no existe comunicacion entre las personas que laboran alli como llegaba el 24 de julio al iniciar la noche(6.30 pm) solicite desde la fecha de reserva 8 o 10 dias antes que mi check out fuera sobre las 4 del dia siguiente en razon a que salia muy temprano y volvia a bañarme por temas de calor y recoger maleta para salir hacia el apartamento, por politicas del hotel no se podia porque no habia avisado, pueden comprobar desde el dia de la reserva que se solicito y esta escrito manifeste que ok que me iba para otro hotel y en ese momento si autorizaron, al otro dia ya en mi retorno para refrescarme y salir el empleado de ese dia me llama a la habitacion a comunicar que el check out era a las 12.30 y que eran las 4 le manifeste lo sucedido el dia anterior y hasta que verifico yo ya a punto de salir y no estaba definido si debia pagar otra noche o no 10 min despues baje a cancelar y el valor no coincidio con el pactado incluyendo los impuestos ya molesto pague y me auto prometi HOLYDAY IN YOPAL NUNCA MAS. y un par mas de detalles
