The four star Hotel Larchenhof is located right at the lifts of the Katschberg ski area. It is very easy to access by road thanks to its excellent location near to the major A10 motorway.
The slopes can be reached quickly and easily by foot, bus or even horse back! There is also a snow park, children's ski lifts, cross country skiing terrain, and toboggan runs, which are right next to the hotel.
There is an outdoor heated swimming pool in Michael. Golf and mini golf can be found within close proximity.
The hotel offers comfortable and recently refurbished rooms for families or groups of friends. With modern features, they have satellite television, telephone, radio, safe, and bathrobes.
Guests can enjoy the spectacular sweeping views from the balconies, which is provided in each room. No detail is too much, and guests will be pleasantly surprised to find that they even have towels provided to use in the wellness centre.
Babysitting services are offered on each day of the week, Saturday excluded. In the wellness centre, one will find a full range of relation treatments and facilities.

Amazing hotel let down by front desk staff
Wonderful location nestled on the edge of the village in the spectacular Tirol mountains with comfortable rooms, a beautiful spa and delicious cuisine. Two things that the hotel must address are: 1. provide serious customer service training for its front desk staff who are frosty, curt and rude to guests. 2. Extend the opening times of the sauna area (limited to 14-19:00 each day). If you are prepared to overlook the attitude problems and you do not want to relax in the spa all day, then this is a gem of a hotel for you! Tip: explore the village and surrounding nature on the free e-bikes (albeit you still have to overcome the surly front desk staff to hire them, fill forms etc).

A great hotel that has been refurbished, with beautiful rooms and a stunning aspect, however, we would suggest you visit some of the fine restaurants in the town of Seefeld.
Check-in is very smooth and it's always nice to be treated to a glass of sparkling wine.
The facilities are excellent and it's a great hotel to explore the region.
This is more a full board style hotel, so it felt slightly like being on a cruise ship (which we love) although the food was alittle disappointing unfortunately.
The wine list is a bit limited, however, we did manage to find a nice Italian Chianti.

Very nice, but not quite excellent
The hotel is lovely, the location is convenient and the setting of Seefeld is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed a wonderful meal at their restaurant next door—a cozy 300 year old farmhouse with traditional fare. Overall we had a very nice stay, except for a couple of small hiccups: We selected the hotel in part based on the website advertising daily activities, including guided hikes. However, when we tried to sign up for a hike, we were told that the tour guide was not there anymore. This would’ve been only slightly disappointing except for the fact that the front desk staff—while very friendly and well-intentioned—couldn’t give us any information or recommendations on possible trails aside from giving us a map and marking the hotel’s location. In the end, it wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but more of an inconvenience. Second, when arrived back at the hotel after a day of hiking (around 4pm), probably like most guests, we were looking forward to a hot shower. But there was no hot water to be had for more than an hour. Again, not a deal breaker, but definitely an unexpected inconvenience for a hotel of this quality (and at this price point).

We stayed with our four year old and absolutely loved this hotel. The pool and spa were great, breakfast and dinner amazing, all the staff were so nice and friendly. Only slight negative was the walk back up the hill to the hotel but this was only an issue because of our son’s little legs, so shouldn’t put anyone else off. Also there was a free bus around the town. Seefeld was beautiful and my husband enjoyed the skiing. The photo is the view from our balcony.

Bad room design and weird dining room policy
The room lights were connected to switches in a way that was nearly impossible to fathom. We spent a half hour trying to get the bedside lights (and nothing else) on. The bathroom has a clear glass sliding door--not much privacy! The shower (in the tub) has no curtain and sprays everywhere, making a big puddle that we had to soak up with towels. They had plenty of tables in the dining room but they apparently reserve all of them for guests other that ourselves. Gorgious setting but tragic flaws in the hotel and operations.

A Wonderful Hotel in Seefeld
The Larchenhof is a fabulous warm family run hotel with excellent attention to detail, the decor & fittings are first class. On arrival we were given a glass of bubbly whilst we booked in, then a quick guided tour of the hotel and wellness centre. An excellent five course meal was served for 5 of the 7 nights the other two evenings a gala & a tradional farmers meal were served. The choice for breakfast was equaly as good. All of the staff were fanstastic nothing was to much trouble and the service second to none a credit to the Marcati family. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Seefeld and 20 minutes walk from the nearest ski slope. We would have absolutly no reservations in recommending this hotel to any mature traveler.

Es war im ganzen in Ordnung . Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen ! Schon vor der Tür ein erstes Problem . Anscheinend hat noch keiner bemerkt , das man nur Lärchenhof lesen kann , weil \" Hotel\" von Bäumen verdeckt wird . Das Blumenbeet vor der Tür könnte auch mal von Unkraut befreit werden . Pool ist baufällig . Unser Bad hatte erhebliche Mängel . Das Personal ist super freundlich !!

Unterkunft mit schöner Aussicht über Seefeld - deshalb ist der Fußweg etwas länger ins Tal. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber etwas dunkel. Das Bad könnte mal ein Update brachen. Der Einstieg in die Dusche (Badewanne) ist für ältere etwas schwierig, da die Wanne sehr hoch ist.
Das Frühstück ist toll und reichhaltig. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist das die leeren Teller immer sofort vom Tisch genommen wurden - ich finde das etwas ungemütlich.

Wir waren als Familie 1 Nacht im Hotel. Es ist sehr sehr sauber. Der Service top. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich und die Terrasse/der Garten sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet unschlagbar gut.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli erityisen ystävällistä ja palvelu kaikinpuolin ensiluokkaista. Aamiainen oli runsas ja hotellin illalliset myös laadukkaat ja hyvät. Huone oli pieni yhden hengen huone, mutta siisti ja toimiva, sekä sänky hyvä nukkua. Hotelli oli hiljainen, eikä mitään häiriötekijöitä ollut minään yönä tai päivänä viiden päivän matkallani. Keskustaan on kävelymatka, mutta takaisin kävellessä joutuu vähän urheilemaan ylämäkeen :) Valitsisin hotellin uudelleen jos menen Seefeldiin.

Der erste Eindruck war wirklich zufriedenstellend, jedoch nach genauerem hinsehen, bemerkte man diverse Mängel. Das Waschbecken war locker, die Toilettenspülung war defekt, im Poolbereich erhöhte Rutschgefahr, überall benutzte Handtücher, da kein Abwurf möglich war, die Schwimmnudeln waren wie von Mäusen zerfressen, das Essen teils gut, teils nicht so gut und die Getränke überteuert, sowie beim Nachmittagskaffe und Kuchen, musste man sich den Kaffee extra kaufen. Ich würde dieses Hotel für diesen Preis auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Falsches Zimmer
Ich hatte für 209,- € pro Nacht ein echt schönes Zimmer gebucht. Hatte dann ein Altbackenes Standardzimmer nehmen sollen. Dann habe ich ein deutlich kleines Zimmer bekommen was ohne Balkon und auch mit einem alten Bad war. Die Dame von der Rezeption meinte nach Rücksprache geht ein Zimmertausch nicht anders.
