Everything was nice, but the air conditioning fan has no relation to the thermostat temperature. Set thermostat on 23 and i wake up and the room is 17.

I checked into the hotel room on 6th June and was assigned a room in the evening on the 3rd floor. I returned back to the room late at night and to my surprise one of the hanging lights would not turn off at all. I raised the issue with the front desk and they assigned a technician to resolve the issue. The technical staff said that the issue is with black box which controlled the lights. The staff instead of trying to resolve the issue went ahead and started to remove the bulbs to switch off the lights. This experience was terrible. The hotel then shifted my room to the 6th floor. The bathroom was very smelly and the shower button was not functioning. The bed lamp bulbs were faulty.

My overall experience was terrible

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad and was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was seamless, the room was of excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel reflected a genuine commitment to hospitality.

A special mention must go to Ms. Simran from the Executive Lounge. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made every interaction a pleasure. She truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and is a real asset to the hotel and the Hilton brand.

As a hotelier myself from London, I deeply appreciate the passion and dedication it takes to deliver such an exceptional guest experience. Congratulations to Mr. Khizer Khan and his team for creating such a welcoming environment and maintaining such high standards.

I look forward to returning and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pune.

Property is overpriced for its general condition. Rooms are worn; furniture looks tired; and even the layout of lighting is confusing. Internet sucks and breakfast the worst offering for a 5-star hotel in India. Management seemed to want to ameliorate but their service model catering to business travelers on short trips won’t allow them to do much more. Overall a disappointment and Hilton should be mindful about its brand being tarnished by such sub-par hotels.

Invoicing was not been done properly, multiple times the F& B invoice's had to be corrected as overcharging was happening, at the time of check out I was told settle the Previous stay at the property, which as a matter of Fact was My Visit to this property currently. What would call this ?. Absolutely unethical

Large room with a view. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only hitch is the toilet design (frosted glass - something I don't understand, and absolutely no hooks). Breakfast is repeated with no change in menu

Very good standard. I arrived early but they had no problem preparing the room early for me. High standard spacious room. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffets both wonderful. I like their little coffee dock. Recommended, I needed one night in Pune to catch up on some things and it was perfect.

The stay was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We got free upgrade which got us complimentary use of Lounge in the evenings.
The spread for Morning Breakfast was too good with a lot of variety.

5-star Stay in Pune

This was my favorite hotel stay out of 3 weeks in India! The rooftop pool was amazing and had a nice restaurant, the spa was impeccable and decently priced and the buffet breakfast was delectable. The room was also very clean and spacious and had the most comfortable pillowtop mattress. We never wanted to leave the hotel! The only downside was the surrounding area but you can get an Uber or taxi that picks you up inside the hotel confines and be on your merry way. It's a bit far out from the Pune attractions but is the perfect place to be if you want to relax in the hotel with great food and amenities.

Hustle Hotel

I predpaid for 6 nights. I had some changes in my work and I wanted to cancel 2 nights (night 3&4) the hotel manager told me that I will lose all the remainig 4 nights, no refund...big Hustle I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Convenient hotel for business trips

Great hotel if you have work in the Moshi/Chinchwad vicinity. Not very useful at all if you plan to go into Pune, obviously, since it is too far.
The wait staff were very attentive, and the chef was a very nice guy but the food was not quite there.

Excellent hotel with incredible staff

Very high quality hotel in the Chinchwad area and Pimpri, so ideal for business in the area, saving the jouney to and from the city centre. Staff were first rate, attentive and polite, and always looking to help that extra step. New hotel so standard is very high. Food in the hotel is fabulous, especially the Japanese restaurant - best outside Japan I've had! One minor imperfection was the pool was not 100% clean - possible caused by the rain and lack of swimmers. Would highly recommend and will return next time I'm in the area - can't beat it!
