Nice pools and aquapark. Very good food--but dinner was, consistently, significantly better in quality than breakfast and lunch. Very polite and helpful staff (except for the people serving the outside bar, who appeared to be deliberately slow). The AC seemed kind of old and dried the air in the room withing the first 60 minutes of turning it on. Room cleaning didn't include vacuuming every day. All in all, an excellent experience.

Almost nobody in hotel speaks English, stuffs are helpless, rude and unfriendly. Food in the hotel was horrible. Had dairy problems almost after every meal. The beach was full of rubbish all the time. Overall we had to eat every day somewhere else and spent more money and also search for public beaches. Couldn’t actually wait to be back home. Will definitely not visit this hotel again.

Nice hotel with very tasty food

Smooth check-in and check-out. Friendly staff, very tasty food in the main restaurant. Spacy and comfortable rooms especially on 5th floor. However our child get ill because of the water in the hotel (virus Koksaki), so be careful with fruits and with swimming in the pool. But this summer Koksaki is in most every hotel in Turkey.

After a one week stay at this hotel ,I can say it was an amazing holiday. we stayed in a pool suite and it was worth it. The room was spacious, comfortable and elegantly decorated. the best thing about the hotel is the staff that makes you feel at home. Everyone is friendly and always smiling. They are professionally trained so the hotel was spotless .The bartender at the pool bar\" Fateh\" was great and always made us special cocktails. The animation team was one of the best we have ever met. Even though there were less entertainers than usual but they tried their best to entertain us and always welcome anyone to a game with a smiling face. we had great time playing boccia, dart and riffle shooting especially with Sasha, Milena and Yana. As for the kids club well my girl Lana didn't want to leave them, she left with tears in her eyes because she got very attached to them in this short period .So a big thanks to: Tanya, Begum, Bircan, Ali, Irna,Victoria,Deniz and Elena. They were really amazing. They even had horse riding trip once and it was one of the best days my girl spent there . Even though it was the first time for us to let our girl go outside the hotel with a kids club but we really felt that they were responsible and protective . I am soo sorry if I forgot to mention some names and I would like to thank everyone who works there.
Thanks for Tolga who gave us a late check out.

We visited the hotel end of sep 2014 , cant speak highly enough of it , the hotel was just about to undergo renovation so some areas where a little bit dated and not everything was up and running , but what really made this hotel was the staff, right down from the bar persons (particularly betsul in the lobby bar) to the waiters , the variety of food was great if you wanted a kebab you could go the beach bar , the green bar served steaks, in the evening there was buffet and ala carte (the Chinese being my favourite).

But what I must point out is Nuri and the animation team , this team was without doubt the hardest working and friendliest animation team iv ever come across, they always made time to chat to people around the pool , but managed to get that balance of not mithering, if you were chilling they would leave you but if you made eye contact they would always stop and get to know you, they worked what seemed 24/7 but always had a smile. They ran an octoberfest day with a big carnival like theme with bands then a turkish celebration (eiid Mubarak I think), Also of a high quality was the evening shows , fantastic acrobat displays and one night a ballet , not the type of thing id normally watch but it was fantastic. what stood out more than the fixtures and fittings was the welcoming atmosphere that the staff created. Myself an Kirsty must have spoke to 10 couples who have returned year on year and that speaks volumes. cant wait to return in the future (PS we don't have kids but the papi kids club had some of the happiest looking children iv seen ,everyday they would dress up and perform for people round the pool one day cowboys and Indians , another day ghosts another day animals, a good few times we seen kids crying because they were going home and didn't want to leave the girls that ran the club)

We had a fantastic week at the Papillon Zeugma and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed family holiday. The entertainment staff were excellent and put on a full day of events around the pool and gardens if you wanted to take part. The kids club was well run and again the staff excellent and clearly enjoyed their jobs entertaining the children. Food was very good with a superb range of choice in the buffet restaurant and nice options at the pool or beach bars as well. The hotel was very clean and clearly well managed and run. The room was a good size with comfortable beds and large bathroom. Overall very pleasing experience and probably the first resort we have wanted to return to - even looked at availability for next trip before leaving.

A great family hotel

A great hotel. The food was excellent. The staff all work very hard and are friendly. There is not much to explore in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and nowhere to walk apart from along the beach past all the other hotels on the strip. The entertainment was good in the evening.

Very Average hotel with excellent resort features

Overall, my wife and I gave this a grade of C+. The pros were: excellent resort features and activities, beautiful pool and slides, wide variety of excellent food options (all-inclusive), amazing access to the beach, very nice lobby. The cons were: room quality (shabby furniture and carpet, air-conditioning didn't work well, odd smell from the bathroom, minimal towels given, iron not available), staff were not friendly despite being relatively competent, and you cannot tell that you are in Turkey (it feels like you are at a Russian resort). This hotel is not a US-level 5-star hotel. It has 4-star all-inclusive and recreational features, and 1-star room quality.

Room was nicely decorated. The bathroom had a square shaped bath/shower which we thoroughly enjoyed. Every room had a vintage point that if you stand in it you had a partial view of the sea and the forest located behind the hotel. If you don't stand in that point your view is the other wing of the hotel. I was happy with the friendliness of the hotel staff.

Все хорошо, но отель на один раз.

Отель безусловно хороший. Вкусная еда, хорошее обслуживание, бывало пару неудобных моментов, но в целом отель старается сгладить впечатление.
Отдельная кондитерская, детский клуб на твёрдую 5.
Красивая ухоженная территория, все сотрудники отеля реально стараются, везде где готовят еду, постоянно ходит шеф и бдит процесс.

Есть нюансы, из-за которых именно в этот отель, я бы не вернулся.

В пивном доме, обещанный гиннес на азоте наливали один раз только, остальные дни говорили что он закончился. По факту обман получился, не очень прикольно понимать что ассортимент, искусственно расширен. Эфес конечно вам нальют хоть когда и в любых количествах)))
Пляж очень маленький, заход в море не побоюсь слова отвратительный , пару метров и обрыв. С детьми только в бассейн.
Аквапарк небольшой, но если ребёнок не старше 10-12 лет, то радость от катания будет)
Сама территория отеля, очень компактная. Погулять особо негде.

Если для вас мои минусы несущественны, то определено рекомендую.

I have been in a lot of hotels but this one beats them all. The food, the cleanness, the friendly stuff etc... the only thing I did not like is, the animation was made only for the russian guest. When I go somewhere I want to hear the music of this country, I want to see their culturedances etc and not every single night russian ballettdancer. But beside that everything was perfect

Otelde Temmuz sonunda bir hafta konakladık, genel anlamda iyiydi, beğendik...Papillon çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz. Restoranlarda bazı çalışanların özel ilgisi takdire şayan...Özellikle Emel hanımın güler yüzü farkını gösteriyor, teşekkür ederiz ilgisine...Bulunduğumuz dönemde, oteldeki bazı Arap misafirler çevreyi çok rahatsız ettiler, havuz başında sabahtan akşama kadar nargile içmek nedir anlamıyorum. Çocukların da bulunduğu havuzların kenarında sigara ve nargile içilmesinin engellenmesi için otelin gerekli tedbirleri alması gerekir...

otelin mimarisi güzel.aquaparkın ve çocuk klubünün otele uzak olması dezavantaj.yemekhanede yemekler lezzet olarak düşük.ama fast food sokağı yapmışlar.sürekli açık olmasından dolayı uzun kuyruk oluşturmuyor.Bayram dolayısıyla türk sokağı kuruldu.türk yemekleri gayet güzeldi.Animasyonlar yeterliydi.

Farniente pour tourisme de masse

Je ne vais pas tourner autour du pot, ici c'est l'usine à tourisme pour russes, turcs et allemands et quelques anglais.
Un point à souligner, ce sont les conventions de professionnels qui ont eu lieu tous les jours.
Certainement ceux qui font vivre l'établissement et la famille qui demeure à la tête des 3 hôtels de la chaîne.
Si on ne les voient pas trop la journée... ils bossent eux !! Le soir c'est la cohue mais respectueux toutefois.
C'ést la seconde fois en 2 ans que nous venions dans la région d'Antalya.
Malgré un tourisme un peu en berne, les professionnels de voyage organisé s'y affèrent toujours pour le plus grand plaisir de la clientèle ciblée.
Nous avions pris le vol sec et l'hôtel à part afin de ne pas être noyé dans ses flots effervescents.
Si la barrière de la langue est un détail, vous devrez jongler entre l'allemand, le russe et le turc pour pouvoir se faire comprendre ... même pour un café (PI, nous sommes bilingues Français - anglais/espagnol) !!
L'hôtel est bien tenu dans l'ensemble (plage et piscine irréprochable).
La restauration demeure variée mais c'est vraiment la cantine au buffet (avec le savoir vivre de la clientèle russe).
Un bon plan qui aurait pu être salutaire ce sont les restaurants à thème.
Pour 10€ par personne vous avez un festin au calme, servi à l'assiette boissons incluses !!
Sauf que .... pendant 1 semaine, seul le restaurant de spécialités de poissons faute d'affluence semble-t-il !
L'animation est très agréable.

Kongre varsa asla!..

Malesef konaklamanın 2 gününe kongre denk geldi, hele ki devlet kongresi, kongre varsa asla gitmenizi tavsiye etmem. Kongre sonrasında hem personel rahatladı, hem hizmet kalitesi yükseldi ve de tabi ki misafir kalitesi de iyi yönde çok fark etti.

Et fantastisk hotel

Vi tilbragte en uge på hotellet, og det indfriede alle forventninger og lidt til.... billederne af hotellet svarer til virkeligheden, idet det er i flot stand. Personalet var meget venlige og altid imødekommende, så hvis man trænger til at slappe er det et dejligt sted. Fantastisk poolområde, og området er meget kompakt, så man skal ikke gå flere km for at komme fra den ene facilitet til den næste.

opplevde betjeningen som generelt arrogant, noe de ikke heller la skjul på at de var.
samboeren min hadde også bestilt rom der, men pga en feil de gjorde måtte hun bo på et annet hotell. dette viste de ikke noe beklagelse for, faktisk, da hun ville komne og besøke meg fikk hun ikke lov å komme opp på rommet uten å betale 50 euro først, ikke engang bare for å komme opp og hente meg. toppen av alt var at hun ble utskjelt av sikkerhetsvakten etter å ha blitt sendt ut igjen.

Très bon hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant.

Hôtel très agréable avec une très bonne qualité de service. Un buffet très varie et foisonnant avec un grand choix qui saura contenter tous les gouts et des pâtisseries turques incroyables. Le professionnalisme et la sympathie du personnel est très appréciable. C'est un endroit plutôt familial, ou vous pourrez profiter de la plage, du Spa, des multiples piscines et des activités proposées par les animateurs. Dans cet hôtel, vous pourrez passer des vacances reposantes et l'offre du all inclusive est stupéfiante. Vous pouvez en gros manger et boire gratuitement 24h sur 24. C'est un hôtel dans lequel je n'hésiterai pas a retourner et a conseiller a des amis.
Le seul bémol, c'est le manque d'offre d'un shuttle entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel.
