Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Only complaint is the outside areas that need tidying up. Loads of furniture stacked up everywhere so unusable and looks unsightly. Also the sun loungers by the pool are terrible and uncomfortable.

Biscarosse Plage is a lovely place to visit and the Grand Hotel offers a panoramic view of the beach and esplanade. We stayed in a terrace room that was well furnished, clean and was more than functional. The only downside was that for a premium room apart from the space on the terrace there was no provision for comfortable seating without using the bed to sit on. Also for an extended stay there was sufficient but not ample storage/hanging space. The restaurant was of a high standard and the staff were very polite, happy and well trained. If you plan to take an evening meal in the restaurant be aware that it is closed every Tuesday and Wednesday. Overall this was a lovely hotel to stay in for a special treat.

A lovely honest hotel by the water. This place isn’t 5* but it is a lovely place to be. The breakfast was mostly home made and the staff were more than helpful. The views of the fantastic surf beach in front are stunning. I just wish I had more time to explore!

It is a lovely place on the coast with a nice restaurant. Local town is a little 'rough' but charming just the same. Arcachon is a flasher town but the beach here is much nicer. Room with terrace a must. Stunning. Jews and sunsets. Great pool, gym and spa tiny. Overall it was a wonderful place to relax for a couple of days.

We enjoyed our stay in a room with an ocean view. The room was typically small. The shower was fabulous! Nice to have a balcony overlooking the ocean. The restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced for dinner. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

This is the perfect getaway, a charming little hotel right on the beach with nice amenities. We watched the sunset over the ocean from the room. The staff was really friendly. It was very hard to leave :)

Ruime kamer, heerlijke regendouche en mooi uitzicht op strand. Prima bed en voldoende bergruimte voor kleding. Airco aanwezig maar temperatuur regelen was een uitdaging. Uiteindelijk opgelost met raam openzetten maar dat leverde wat geluidsoverlast op en dr rook van sigaretten van gasten die buitenstonden te roken. Services waren goed, ontbijt was meer dan voldoende met genoeg keuze. Zat inbegrepen in de prijs. Lekker gedineerd een avond. Locatie aan strand top en in zomerperiode waarschijnlijk een toplocatie. Hotel ligt centraal in het dorp en winkels en restaurants op loopafstand..

Même pas besoin de sortir de la voiture pour nous annoncer que quelqu’un est venu nous donner le code du portail. Une fois arrivés les hôtesses d’accueil nous ont tout expliqué et notre chambre était prête avec une heure d’avance.
La chambre était propre, avec une vue partielle sur la plage. Vraiment très bien installés.
Un bémol pour vraiment chipoter : le miroir n’était pas en très bon état, cassé et pas hyper propre.

Die Lage des Hotels quasi AUF dem Strand ist einfach unglaublich!!! Dazu ist es - bis auf das leerstehende alte Haus daneben - weit und breit das einzige Gebäude an diesem wunderschönen langen Sandstrand. Wir hatten das Glück, Zimmer 24 in der zweiten Etage ganz außen mit kleinem Balkon zu haben. Das ist definitiv die schönere Seite mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer! Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß, aber hochwertig und praktisch ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem mit angenehmer Bettwäsche, es gab für jeden einen Bademantel und das Bad mit der große Dusche war ein Traum! Alles war picobello sauber und bei zwei Übernachtungen gab es zwischendurch einen Zimmerservice. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überaus reichhaltig. Das beste war der Eierkocher, wo man sich sein Frühstücksei direkt selber in der gewünschten Zeit kochen konnte. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut und preislich angemessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich - es fehlte uns an nichts!

WLAN ist eine Katastrophe. Leider wird nicht auf die Bewertung ehemaliger Gäste geachtet. Legen Sie sich ein gutes Roamingpaket zu oder verzichten Sie auf Internet.
Die Betten sind leider kaum zur Erholung gearbeitet. Diese bestehen aus einem Holzkasten indem die viel zu weichen Matratzen hineingelegt werden. Will man aufstehen, versinkt man und muss auf das Holz aufsetzen.
Kaffeeautomat beim Frühstück ist schlecht. Kommt der Anzahl der Gäste nicht nach, ist langsam und von schlechter Qualität. Kantinenkaffee im 4 Sterne Hotel.
Pluspunkt ist die einmalige Lage, da das Hotel in die Düne gebaut ist. Parkplatz ist auch super, vor allem dass man ungeniert und ohne Verrechnung sein Auto laden kann.

Vue magnifique calme propre. Seul souci nos chambre etait pour les pmr et le miroir etait beaucoup trop bas pour les personnes valides. Pourquoi ne pas mettre un grand miroir qui convienne à la fois au pmr et aux valides ? Comme partout ailleurs en fait.

Reservamos dos noches, dos reservas por separado hace meses. Resulta que llegamos y no lo habían previsto, así que tenemos que abandonar la habitación desde las 12 hasta las 16 horas. Asumimos el error, el cual es en cierto modo compartido.
Quisimos comer nuestra comida, pero desde el hotel, la Maitre, nos invito a marcharnos de la terraza. (la cual estaba sin usar, no había nadie, con mesas y sillas sucias de la tormenta de la noche anterior). Acudimos a recepción y tampoco nos dan alternativa. Se puede fumar y beber en la terraza, pero no comer.
Tan sólo queríamos una sombra para comer mientras esperábamos la habitación. Estábamos con la piel delicada debido al sol y sin habitación por la falta de previsión.
Coordinó varios hoteles, y no busco grandes pretensiones, solo que desde el alojamiento puedan brindarme una buena experiencia, que no sea solo un negocio carente de empatia.
Por ejemplo, en la habitación 2, donde estuvimos la primera noche: No salía agua fría de la ducha, el grifo del lavabo se mueve, el rociador alto de la ducha salpica agua a todas partes, el canal español que dicen tener en el libro de la habitación no está sintonizado en ningún tv. No se indica que es cada alimento (hay personas con alergias).

Sijainti ei voisi olla parempi. Auton sai helposti pysäköityä ja kävellen pääsi ostoksille, ravintoloihin ja tietenkin mahtavalle rannalle. Saimme huoneen, jostain pystyi ihailemaan ja kuuntelemaan merta. Huone oli siisti. Yöpöytä oli hieman ajansaatossa kolhiintunut ja huonekalut olivat kuin Ikeasta, mutta varsin viihtyisä huone. Vessaan olisin kaivannut pientä käsienpesupaikkaa, sillä nyt piti vaihtaa kokonaan huonetta käsien pesuun. Ilmastoinnin kanssa oli hotellissa haasteita, sillä huoneen ilmastointi puhalti vain tosi kylmää, kylpyhuoneessa ilma ei oikein vaihtunut ja kosteus pysyi tilassa sekä ravintolassa aamiaisella rätit ja sankot olivat aseteltu ilmastointilaitteen alle, koska kone vuosi. Muutenkin rakennus näytti jo hieman nuhjaantuneelta. Hotellin toiminta oli muutenkin hieman puolitehoista. Hotellin ravintolan hinta-laatusuhde ei ollut ihan kunnossa. Tarjoilu oli epätasa-arvoista ja töykeääkin. Sijainnin ja huoneen vuoksi menisin uudelleen.

Hôtel en perdition, certains membres du staff désagréables heureusement ce n’est pas le cas de tous. Climatisation qui fuit dans la salle de restauration avec une serviette de bain au sol pour éponger, peintures de l’infrastructure en très mauvais état, sans parler de la terrasse extérieure. Sol de la chambre de très mauvaise qualité, prend l’eau… produits du petit déjeuner globalement de qualité très moyenne. Un audit ne devrait sûrement pas renouveler les 4*

Séjour réservé pour mon anniversaire : problème de chaudière ne permettant pas d’avoir d’eau chaude et compensation médiocre.
Petit déjeuner très simple et non réapprovisionner à partir de 9:30 et repas du soir en proportion bien trop légère.
Aucune précision en amont ni sur place sur un accès au spa qui est pourtant compris dans le séjour : non accessible car non réservé.
En conclusion, je ne conseille donc pas d’y manger et de se renseigner par soit même pour les services mais la literie et la vue font remonter l’expérience.

Uitstekend verblijf van 4 nachten . Uitgebreid ontbijt en gratis parking . De standaard kamer op gelijkvloer is ruim met terras en zicht op zee . De ingang van de kamer is via het terras. Tof zwembad en ligstoelen met uitzicht op de oceaan .

En lune de miel, nous avons réservé une chambre avec baignoire et balcon pour la somme de 358€. La baignoire était inutilisable car elle avait une fuite d’eau (détecter au moment du remplissage de la baignoire. Personnel très réactif pour éponger la fuite d’eau)

Une autre chambre nous a été proposé mais beaucoup moins prestigieuse que celle réservée.
