We had an overnight stay, but we had no soap, shampoo, or hand soap and the fridge froze all our food spoiling 300 dollars worth of food. We live very far by plane, and we brought it with us to take home. We were never offered a resolution.

Room was fairly well appointed, coffee maker did not work and I did not have time to give them an opportunity to correct it but I am sure they would have. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and it was fairly quiet in the building and most noise generated came from the outside. No wifi issues and there was a nice desk area and a comfortable chair to rest in the corner. Staff were friendly and I did not have to pay for a glass of pop in the lounge which was noted and appreciated. Their pop machine can use a tune up though. Easiest check in and check out imaginable. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay again in the future.

There were sketchy guys everywhere, we never felt safe even within the room. The room had mold everywhere. Would never recommend staying here. We ended up staying at a different hotel for the rest of the trip and let this money go.

Check in was a nightmare they over booked their rooms. But the room was clean. Quite a few loiterers in the evening buy security was doing their best. Not the worst place to stay in the pas but is probably better places there

A decent place in a northern town

-Front desk people seem to care about patrons,
-Property is aging, but mostly maintained.
-Room locks could be upgraded for better security( they had to make a room key for me as the old one went out with the last patron) I left nothing of value in the room
-I was gone too early for the restaurant, but would have liked to have tried it.
-cleaning staff are doing their job well.
-location is great ( on the Main Street, across from the police station)

They gave me a single but I booked a double. They turned off the water for a entire day due to some trouble but didn’t even try getting us into another hotel to shower. They gave me 1.5 litres of water. Not enough to flush after the water had been off for 7 hours and I had already bought my own. Didn’t reimburse for the water I bought either. Then the discount was less than 40% of the room even though we had no water for about 9 hours, I didn’t get to shower before my event and no cleaning service or restaurant. Front desk staff had no information nor did the offer any solutions. Other guests I talked to with elderly people in their party were way worse off than I and said they got no help either.

The property was basically what we expected. Beds were relatively comfortable. Room clean. When walking outside down a few units there was what appeared to be blood on the sidewalk. That was a bit disconcerting.

Hotel was a three star as advertised. Had to reposition the AC unit in the wall to stop cold air blowing in. After that the room was fine.

Very rude staff at front desk! Kept bothering us in the morning saying we weren’t supposed to be in the room where we were after being moved from a room that has no heat!

Bathroom was not clean, there was hair (from a haircut) laying in the floor of the bathroom. Also, the bathroom had disgusting smell coming from the sink.
