A fun family holiday
Overall trip was excellent but there are a few things that could improve; the tiles by the kids pool is very slippery and they shouldn’t alllow glass in the pool area. Other than that it was super! Very fun for kids.

Amazing place to stay with our family. Kids loved the pool.Complements to the chef, the meals were amazing. And being off season still felt like we were given perfect serivce. Would highly recommend to family and couples alike.

Hotel grounds were quite suitable for children, especially for toddlers. Staff was welcoming and respectful. Our room and facilities were clean around the hotel. Unfortunately wifi wasn’t working around our place and was out during our stay. It did not affect us, but could have used it to our benefit. Another downside was the flies, even though allegedly precautions were taken. I wouldn’t expect the management to catch or get rid of all the flies, but they could have managed them by at least utilizing appropriate covers for breakfast buffet.

The hotel is physically excellent, spacious rooms, landscaped grounds, huge pool, kids stuff etc.
The breakfast buffet is excellent - but the staff?! Just dreadful, never a greeting when one enters for breakfast, just, if you're lucky, a nod of the head from the waiter. Are they trained like this, not to be nice to the guests? The two main things one really remembers from a hotel are the food and the staff - top marks for the (breakfast) food, lowest possible marks for the staff. We avoided the restaurant for every other meal, fortunately there are several outlets within easy walking distance.
The exceptions were Emir, the bag-carrying chap, and the lovely, smiley room attendants - top marks for them!

Excellent location in Kadirga Koyu in Assos. Dinners are excellent in the restaurant. They buy daily caught fish from the local fishermen. Appetizers were also excellent. Live music during dinners is a great addition to the cool Aegean weather. Breakfast is open buffet with daily changing selections. Hotel is family friendly. The only negative is the kids play area can be improved to have more variety of toys. Property is very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly. Great value for the money.

Friendly staff, very nice property, well maintained and nicely decorated, excellent breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. If lucky to have a group staying here you can even enjoy an awesome buffet dinner, we were lucky the first evening but not anymore on the second one:)

Very noisy with live music
Went there for weekend with fiancé to have calm and relaxing day. There was live music on Saturday night just close to hotel rooms. Called reception many times even it is was 1130 pm. They stopped finally music about midnight. My weekend became nightmare. Rooms are clean staff ok. Food average. If you are going there for relaxing be careful

Deniz, ön havuz ve arka havuz farklı alanlarla yüzme imkanı sağladı. Odamız temiz, havlular yeterliydi. Balkonlu Grand odada 5 kişi kaldık. Odalar arasında kapı vardı. Dolap ve askılar yeterliydi. Günlük su bıraktılar. Sabah kahvaltısı ezine peynir gibi, petek pal gibi çeşitlilik vardı. Biz memnun olarak ayrıldık. Plaja giderken plaj havlusu sağlıyorlar. Biz Eylül ortası geldik. Sezon kalabalığı yoktu konforlu geçti. Sadece odamızda çöp kutusu kapağı kırıktı ve lambalardan bazıları yanmıyordu. Bunlarda bakım yapıldığında düzeltilir. Bir daha gelmek isteriz.

Geldiğimiz tarih itibari ile sakin bir hafta sonu geçirdik.Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık, karşılama , temizlik , kahvaltı ve çalışan arkadaşlar özellikle Kadir bey hızlı ve çözüm odaklı, kibar tavırları ile gönlümüzü kazandı kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir daha ki konaklamamızda da tercihimiz olabilir.

2gün konaklamamızda sürekli elektrik arızası vardı. Makineler çalışmadığından temiz havlu tedarik edilemedi. Jeneratör olduğunu söylediler ama o da arızalıymış. Odaların birinde klima bozuk su akıtıyordu kullanmayarak çözüm bulabildik.Ayrıca klimanın bozuk olduğu ve tamir edilemediği de söylendiği halde oda değişikliği teklif edilmedi. Bir de odanın duvarlarında ölü sinekler temizlense daha iyi olabilirdi

Housekeeping departmanı hızlı hizmet veriyor ama odamızda tavandaki sinek ölüleri temizlenmiş olsa daha iyi olurdu. bavul koyduğumuz komodinlerde örümcekler vardı daha detaylı temizlik yapılması gerek yoksa genel görünümde temiz. kahvaltı büfesi gayet yeterli ve çeşitliydi fakat akşam yemeği için sadece menülerin olması biraz zorlama olmuş çocuğum çok yemek ayırdığı için sadece onun yiyeceği yemekleri sipariş etmek istedim ama tüm menüyü almak zorun olduğumu belirttiler o sebeple sadece patates kızartması alabildim. sezon açılınca belki sistemleri başkadır tabi o sebeple yaz aylarında bir daha tercih etmek isterim havuzları güzel duruyordu denizi de çok temiz görünüyordu kendi plajı olması da güzel yeşillik içinde çok hoş bı tesis her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Genel olarak rahat bir otel ,denize yakin kendi plaji var. Daha onceki konaklamalarimiz nedeniyle tercih etmistik , fakat bu sene temizlik gecen seneye gore yetersizdi, eskimis havlular halen kullanimdaydi, mutfak kisminda gordugum kurulama bezleri hic hijyenik degildi.

Büyük havuz çok temizdi, aqua parkın ise günün ilerleyen saatlerinde temiz gözükmediğini söyleyebilirim. Odamız aqua parkın oradaydı her akşam havuzun temizlendiğini şahit olduk, dolayısıyla kirliliğin sebebi aslında havuzu kullananlardan kaynaklanıyor diyebilirim. Sahil ve deniz de harikaydı. Tüm bunlara ek olarak oldukça profesyonel bir işletme olmakla birlikte çalışanların sıcaklığı, samimiyeti ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları bizi oldukça etkiledi. En güzel yanı çok güzel bir denize kıyısı olması. Ama çok bakımsız ve kahvaltı dışında para ödeyerek yediğiniz öğünler çok vasattı. Amatör bir yönetim var. Oyun alanındaki oyuncakların neredeyse hepsi kırık ve bakımsızdı. Otel konum olarak çok güzel olsa da alan verimli kullanılamamış maalesef. Her akşam 3-4 saat süren çok yüksek sesli rahatsız edici bir canlı müzik var. Odanız restauranta yakın ise o müziğe maruz kalmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz maalesef. Genel olarak en iyi yanı denizi, odaları ve kahvaltısı diyebilirim.

Assos bölgesinde çocuklu aileler için tercih edilebilecek en iyi otel olabilir. Hem plajı hem de havuz (aquapark) imkanı olması çok iyi. Otel geneli ve oda temizliği çok iyi. Ancak aquapark tarafındaki odalardan plaja çok fazla yürüme mesafesi var. Küçük bebekli aileler için biraz zahmetli. Yemek ve kahvaltı seçenekleri çok iyi olmasına rağmen servis kalitesi ve hızı çok kötü. Sabahları çay kahve için fincan bulamadık. Saat 10.30 da kahvaltı servisiyle birlikte çay ve kahve makinaları da kapatılması garibimize gitti.
