The hotel is very close to the airport, that was my one of the main reasons I booked a stay so I can get there quick.

The hotel has two buildings, one has all the amenities while the other one I stayed has a restaurant and a hang out place which is currently undergoing refurbishment.

The room I stayed was clean and tidy. The shower needs repairing and so is the thermostat controller. Bed was not that comfortable but okay to sleep on.

The amenities on the other site seemed decent, did not get to use the pool or gym. Watched a World Cup match at the open bar with food served. Service was slow and food is okay. Not too much options for the value quoted.

I recommend here if you need to be close to the airport, a twmp stay and on a budget as it is off the city. If you need to visit the city and tourist destinations, I would not recommend as its far from centre and would spend more money and time travelling to locations.

This hotel is unsanitary and a source of communicable diseases. It should be shut down by the Department of Health. My husband saw a large rat run across the restaurant floor. The restaurant staff are inattentive, doesn't do their job and let's food get cold on the counter. Restaurant food is cold even when you order it directly to be cooked by them. A promise of 45 minutes turns 2.5 hours and still the quality of the food is terrible. The beef we ordered directly from the restaurant was hard as rubber - not once, but twice! The same hard beef got my husband and I with food poisoning - salmonella or E.Coli!!! (we know it's from their food because they were the only place we order food from). The rooms wreaked of the bathroom back up smell that escaping from non-ventilated piping. I could not sleep at night because of the smell no matter how I cover my face with the blanket to be able to breathe. The whole building stinks and smells like rats which is being masked by large mothballs placed at the corners of the stairwell, elevator - everywhere! The cleaning crew does not even wash or replace used cups and utensils for coffee left by the previous guest!!! They don't use sanitary products to clean the bathrooms. There were a pile of dead mound of black ants at the corner of the bathroom that the cleaner didn't even catch! How could anyone miss that???!!! We picked this hotel because it was closest to the airport. What a HUGE MISTAKE!!! BEWARE!!!!

This should not be listed as a hotel and I’m so disappointed that Expedia even has this listed on their website. The building is falling apart, the facilities are terrible, linen and towels are not clean. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I attempted a cup of tea for breakfast. To countertop was full of bugs crawling all over the place.

While the staff were friendly and tried to help, this is not a facility that they can solve. I stayed here with my family. My brother’s room had a live wire hanging in the bathroom. This is not a hotel. Spend a little more and stay more central in Abuja for a better experience.

The televisions alway lack clarity and T.V. channels were very limited. The I.T. person was excellent. He always went above and beyond to correct technical issues, even when off duty.

The windows in the studio one bedroom on the 3rd fl is alway broken in a sense that some windows are incapable of closing. This is sad because the air-conditioning has to work twice as hard to cool studio apartment. The lamps near the bed was just decoration because there was no where to plug them in.

The second swimming pool is still out of order and not all gym equipment were fully functional. Gym equipment needs upgrade.

Horrible!!! Unprofessional & nasty!

This place is a nightmare. They really do not care how wretched they are, especially if they already have your money. Pools emptied, missing glass in bathroom windows, broken showers that shoot water all over the walls, missing shower doors, one towel per room no matter how many are registered, call for maintenance or help with water on floors and they say theyre coming but never show up. Some toilets have no seats, no toilet paper, broken bathroom door by bar. The free breakfast for one is nasty. A spoon of eggs, a spoon of can beans and some sliced bread. People in jail eat better. Theres rats running out by the pool bar. So many flies that you cant sit out and have a snack. The mattresses are very thin, cheap metal spring that hurt you to lay on. Our room had mold and water damage all over the wall next to a/c. Theres no a/c at check in. We had reservations 6 weeks in advance and paid up front. They didnt have our booking, they said. Then made us wait 2 hours in the newer building down the rocky road. Horrible service! Horrible food! The only good thing is that it is 5 minutes to the airport. Save yourself & take taxi to any other hotel. The girls that work there have no training, no customer service skills. The pictures are deceiving.

GOOD afternoon all: This hotel was like my absolute worst nightmare in my life. Imagine booking into this hotel in the middle of the night only to find out that your toilet didnt have any Covers! Nowhere in my room was clean! The bedsheets and pillow cases were filthy The room was filled with buzzing mosquitos. I booked two nights and I had to leave after one night. This ho. Someone needs to look into this. These hotel is absolutely below standard. !

Hand & bathing soap too miniature.
Toilet seat can’t close. Toilet roll too strong.

Reservation was for Deluxe room, but given a room much below Deluxe.Took an hour to rectify. Missing shower door, limited hot water for shower, very limited dining options and menu definitely not as advertised. Gym not air conditioned. Staff would not give extra towel for pool use.

I have stayed at this property before. I love the changes they have made far as dining and the grounds to the hotel. I wished they had mixed drinks and better mattresses. The staff there is very professional and helpful. Would definitely stay there again when I return to Abuja.

Very close to airport..about a 5-7 min drive.
Check in was 2 hours late... nothing given to compensate..i.e. drink or snack.
1 water regular water bottle given in the room for 2 people. Have to pay for extra if you want water. Breakfast options limited. Was out of 3 items ...no substitutions were given.
Outdoor pool...nice. Staff friendly -food good. Beers were cold. Getting ice was a problem.

This place has so many things going wrong the workers were not friendly they barely spoke they talk very low when we got our room it was only a towel for one person they didnt want to give out an extra towel when the room was booked for 2 also the bathroom smells like mould and when I was taking my shower a roach came out to join me. my husband had to come and kill it while I was in the shower I do not recommend this place to anyone even though its convenient from the airport it does not seem safe and is very dirty I will never stay there again I don't care how close it is to the airport I had to zip up all my bags so that I didn't bring any little roaches home with me. I would like for people to know where is the brand new hotel five months old next door to the place that I was staying and is really pretty and beautiful and they are called Abis Hotel very classy and peaceful

Definitely did not get what l paid for. Paid for a king bed but go a twin bed with a hazadous falling disconnected glass door in the bathroom, dirty toilet and stained miror with toothpaste stuck to it.

was assigned a different room,not what i paid for, there is no internet service on the 2nd floor, on the first floor internet very slow, speed of less than 1mbps,
receptionist had no idea what she is doing, zero knowledge ,you dont get what you paid for, my room was dongraded but no refunds were made,

Bad service, reception could not find my reservation after over 2hours . Called Hotels.com also could not help me sort it out. Flew to Abuja from Frankfurt 7hrs flight just to check in and get some sleep was impossible. No running water, couldn’t take a shower. I need to be refunded.

Not only is the hotel very close to the airport, it’s located in a very serene environment. The food is great and the room was very comfortable.

The AC unit was very noisy making loud tapping sounds for a couple of nights. Don’t know what caused it. The maintenance person looked at it but they were so booked that we couldn’t switch rooms. When I first arrived, there were spider webs in upper corners of bathroom. I called them up to clean it and they were fast at attending my needs.
