The hotel was comfortable and luxurious. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. The next morning, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was even more abundant and tasty. The only regret was that the balcony door couldn’t be opened, but I understand it’s for airport safety reasons.

The hotel was fairly nice. My booking included breakfast but it doesn't start until 6 am which is late for a hotel attached to an airport. Also I specifically booked this hotel to have access to a pool but it was closed for refurbishment. Expedia clearly stated if the pool was closed there was an alternative but there was no alternative,which was unhelpful misleading.

Highly recommended Hotel for Nanjing visit

I Stayed at this hotel many times. Services from front desk to restaurants as well as lobby staff etc are all excellent every time I was there. Top service standard is expected and met for all my stays so far in the last few years.
A very nice hotel conveniently located next to the airport and connected by subway downstairs to the city. highly recommended to stay there in your next Nanjing visits !

I had to stay at Nanjing due to the connection flight was cancelled by the air line. Booked it for its convenience location which is not need to step out the departure and arrival just walk about estimated 200meters.
It was amazing flight campus view and comfy Spacious room. Very quiet hall way and comfy bedding. Nice swimming pool with heated water. Just one day no time to enjoy the other services. Definitely recommend and will stay again next time.

Two items I would give a poor rating. The hot water pressure in the room is extremely low. Took me almost half an hour to take a shower. It's impossible to use the bath tub... Takes ages to fill up and the water becomes cold after that. I gave up...
The room service was bad , I asked for some coffee and the staff on the line was unpleasant and seems to give an impression that I was bothering her peace.

Massive construction site outside my window!!!

I booked a deluxe room and requested to have higher floors and airport runway view. The hotel sent me a letter of confirmation and said they have allocated a room for my request. When I arrived and entered the room (room number: 880), I saw an excavator and airport control tower pole right outside my window. What a big surprise!!! There’s a massive new terminal construction going on out the window. I was not pleased at all because the tower blocked my view and the noise from construction was unacceptable! I called the hotel front desk and ask for a room change; they sent a porter over after 50 mins and downgraded me to a smaller city view room (room number 909) with only the airport terminal and car park view! It was so tired after the long flight and disappointed because I booked a more expensive deluxe room instead of a cheaper superior room, only because I wanted a good airport view without any obstructions blocking the view or if I knew construction noise but the hotel can’t cater at all and they would rather give out a room with a massive terminal construction site noise and views blocked.

The room photos on your website does not reflect the actual room view you’ll get after check-in even if you pay more! If you want to stay here; make sure you book the cheapest rate available! Don’t bother paying more!

Super convenient layover hotel. Very easy to get to once you've gone through baggage claim and all around extremely comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff and a solid spread of options for breakfast. It only took me about 5 minutes to walk to the check in counters for my flight after I left the hotel.

The hotel is located inside terminal which ideal stay for a later, or earlier morning flight.

Service is excellent. They helped me for arranging a local Express carrier pick up service in next day after I checked out.

The room is larger, clean with a comfort bed. Some traveler could consider airports noise, but I wouldn’t feel much.

modern hotel convenient to Nanjing Airport

Had an early flight and decided to stay the night before. Hotel is clean, nice and spacious. However, the first room I was first checked in, reeked from heavy cigarette smoke, so I have to chang to another room, which was better smelling and decided to stay...only to find out later that the toilet (which has a separate door) smelled like an ashtray! By this time, I was too exhausted to change rooms. A visit from housekeeping will not eliminate this odor. These rooms has to aired out. My other complaint was how hot the temperature was in the room and the thermostat does not work (maybe hotel has a central control). They had to bring in an oscillating fan to prevent dryness since I have a history of nose bleeds.
On the positive side, Food from room service was delicious, the staff was really nice, accommodating and fluent in English but the best was the convenience to the airport which is just a 5 minute walk!
I will likely stay again and will ensure that I get a non-smoking smelling room!

Such a comfortable transfer

The hotel is located inside Nanjing Airport, level 3. Very convenient we didn't have to leave the airport and walk on the road.
The gym and swimming pool was in amazing condition and the room was very large and modern.
The buffet breakfast was beautiful, well stocked and a great view.
Only down side was hotel staff spoke very limited English but reception check in was OK.

Best idea for 12 hour layover in Nanjing airport

Thankful that this hotel was connected to airport so it was safe and easy to get to after a long flight. It was also so very reasonably priced so it made sense to spend the night in a hotel rather than my initial plan in the airport for 12 hours. I actually got a visa though in advance but found out from the officers later than that there are one day visa permits available at the airport. Double check though. Beautiful hotel!! You will not be disappointed. Only wish WiFi was better though.

It is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for us to take the flight next early morning.Only the pillows were too high. It would be much better if the breakfast was packed in the style of sandwich or bun with box drink so as more easy for the travellers to take.

Super clean, comfortable, quiet, stylish, and well equipped for business functions. This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed, compared to many top-brands in the US. It is a 5 min indoor walk to the terminal. Staff was very professional and helpful. Two thumbs up! Will stay there again.
