We arrived after the office closed so our key was left for us. The room beside us was vacant and the door was standing open with all the lights on, and there was trash outside the door, a dirty sock hanging on the balcony railing, but there was no staff on the premises to report it to. We also tried calling the phone number on the website, but could not reach anyone.Our room did not look like it had been cleaned but did have the beds made. The toilet was nasty and there was no toilet paper. We had to go to a store and purchase toilet paper at 11:30pm.

Moved me to 219( just as bad)add in - old I mean old toilet seat ,1 towel dingy and torn, the black out curtain is hanging 1/2 on the floor. Mostly the room, on the surface it looked okay however there were a lot of little things. There were only 2 towels in the room, only 4 pillows, one of the beds had 3 dangerous metal brackets sticking out as if for a queen bed and this was a full bed, some of the floor tiles were loose, there was only a small bar of soap, the refrigerator had dent, etc. Breakfast was only cereal, waffles, and coffee no creamer, no juices, and no dairy free options. At check-in I also had an issue where they couldn't find my reservation even though I had the confirmation email and text with the reservation number and I checked in right at 3pm.

Total room needs gutted and remodeled. Safety lock on door half missing. TV remote falling apart and didn’t work. Nasty towels thin worn out and need a good dose of Clorox.
The room was t dirty but sheets had stains in multiple areas. Stayed in Baymont once before that was t bad but I will never stay again. Staff was pleasant. Wyndham needs to upgrade their image. This is the first bad review I have given any hotel.

ROOM #203 Beds mattress cover sheet was nasty with stains, the floor was not clean and it was bubbling up in some spots, the transition floor piece for the bathroom part was missing so you could see where the tile stopped creating a trip hazard in to the bathroom, the door to go in to the room from the outside to inside wasn't sealed at all you can see daylight through the outside border of the door luckily the door latched. the toilet didn't have the correct lid, the toilet also didn't flush correctly the handle was messed up so you had to make sure you shook it or the water would keep running. The shower made noise when the water was running(screeching). There wasn't a continental breakfast at all even though I was told it would start at 7am I went down at 7:06am and 7:36am the doors were locked and lights were out, We went back down at 8:06am it wasn't even set up! business hours are from 7am-11pm. When i asked the employee about it was like a surprise and there wasn't really an effort other than making coffee.

We at this location because we had a funeral of two not clean stuff left behind a new refrigerator roaches crawling around and people purposely pull the fire alarm at four in the morning. I would never stay at this location or another Baymont hotel ever again.

Not recommended. Stay elsewhere.

I am an avid budget hotel booker. I can sleep almost anywhere for one night and I'm not picky or hard to please. Please understand that I have realistic expectations for budget hotels and understand that you get what you pay for

Check in was fine, though took a long time considering we did the pre-check in online. No problem. Room was what I expected -- two queen beds. TV remote missing, no pillowcases. No biggie. Asked for pillowcases and put them on ourselves. Room was obviously dated and not super clean, but good enough for one night upon first view.

Shower light fixture had no cover. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom and on the shower curtain. Clearly not being changed out.

I can deal with all of this for 12 hours (the mold kind of made me nervous though).

At 345 AM the fire alarm went off. We evacuated and the fire department showed up but was unable to train entry to reset the alarm because there is no staff on scene during the night. An hour later, the key holder finally arrived and reset the alarm.

This is unacceptable. I will never stay at this property again. I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. There are other budget properties in the area that I've stayed at that I would recommend over this one. Really disappointed.

Our rooms were disgusting. A huge cockroach crawled out within 5 minutes of our stay. Our bathroom door was split and damaged and would not shut or lock. The bathtub acrylic was dirty and peeling. The bath ceiling looked like water damage that was painted over. The sheets were disgusting with a huge brown stain on the comforter. We asked them to be changed, for less stained sheets. Attendant said sorry but they only have old stained sheets.

Unfortunately we booked too late for a baseball tournament and this was the only hotel available within 38 miles of Dublin. We didn’t even stay our second. We left. Upon leaving the next morning, a cockroach was on our vehicle.

But the staff was nice and friendly!

Understand it was not a high end hotel but there are a few things that should be expected. The clean towels were stained. Our room was never serviced and the breakfast bar was very limited. There was only waffle mix and a few cereals available. Not even butter for your waffles.When in Dublin you should seek lodging elsewhere.

The room was decent considering it was a handicap room and we weren’t handicapped. The shower head was not staple.the swimming pool needed to be cleaned it looked greenish so I didn’t even bother getting in it. Breakfast in the morning was a joke, waffles and cereal. No orange juice or anything other types of juice. I guess there was milk in the refrigerator but no sugar or creamer or any types of fruit so I just forgot about the breakfast and walked out

I was bitten by bugs the entire night. My face, arm, hand and back are swollen and painful. The towels were dingy and didn’t look clean. The television had no remote and did not come on with pushing the button. The website says no pets allowed but there are signs that say the pets have to be on a leash at all times, so yes, there are pets. I will never stay here again.

The TV didn't work and when I called the office....No one answered....The towels were dingy cheap and smelly...Thank God I always take my own.....They had a single cup coffee maker and no cups....My 5 year old grandchild asked....What kind of Hotel doesn't have cups... The service by the ladies at the front desk was fantastic! The cleanliness was less than unsatisfactory. There were small pieces of soap from the previous guests still in the tub and pubic hairs all over the rim of the toilet. The door and door jam of the restroom were chewed up (I’m assuming by a pet). The iron was ruined and had something caked all over the bottom of it. Not sure what, but I know it wasn’t rust, it could have been starch build up, I suppose, but that would be years worth. The property just wasn’t in good condition. Again, the ladies at the front desk were fantastic and I didn’t even want to ruin their days by complaining. I just decided to stay at a different hotel up the road this week and have had a much better experience.

The hotel room had trash left inside, likely from the previous guests. The shower was making a pericing noise when it was turned on, which increasingly became louder as time went on. We arrived and staff was great, our room was outdated and in need of repairs that were safety hazards. Floor was not attached under the air-conditioning inside the room. The Tiles are coming completely up off the floor,the bathroom above the shower is in desperate need of repair as the roof is coming down. We woke up to no electricity at 3 30am and water in the floor all around the air unit. The door has been kicked in several times and wouldnt lock properly. We checked out after first night due to no power. The girl at the desk was in the dark but never wrote anything down in regards to our early checkout and our credit card was charged for 3 nighta instead of the one.We had made reservations there due to hurricane coming thru and had no other place to stay as everything had already booked up. This hotel is not up to the standards of a wydham property. We have called the hotel and are expecting a refund .

When I made the reservations, there was nothing about it not being a refundable reservations. I was on military orders and the orders had me reporting earlier than my stay. So I lost out on the money. Hopefully the USGwill be reimbursed when I do my travel voucher. Lastly if you’re looking for a clean room, these are not them. I end up cleaning the floors and the room, so my socks would not turn black. There are a lot newcomers staying at this place.

I booked and the listing said free breakfast. It did not say \"weekends only\" as I was looking at Dublin options. Also-- it was not disclosed that the property was under renovation. There were other choices and this turned out to not be the best one. The breakfast issue created additional expense and time before I could continue on the road.
