The staff at the hotel are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We booked a junior suite and yes the room is large and had some welcome snacks for us on arrival the bathroom area was tired. There was one dressing gown and other small bits that let the hotel down. We had an awful trouble with the hotel arranging a transfer from the airport with persistent messages tbat it must be paid up front in to their bank. It all just became stressful and we felt like crimials over a £7 taxi ride.

The only 2 things that were positive were the maid(s) and the birthday wishes with the cake but unfortunately that isn't enough for us to even consider coming back to this hotel ever again.

Negatives are so many. The safe in the room they put us in didn't work properly due to low battery. We told them this 3 times. I asked the girls who do the morning shift to put it in the system and ask the technical staff to come and fix it later after we have come back from the city. Upon our return the guys (afternoon staff) had no idea what I was talking about. We asked them to send someone but no one came. We called multiple times and eventually no one came again which made us unnecessarily lose time. Finally, at a very late hour when our baby was already asleep they sent a guy who didn't come to fix or replace the battery but instead brought an extra safe.

The noise from the hallway, other rooms and traffic is incredibly loud. Soundproofing didn't exit. If the room below you uses the air conditioner it will be heard on your pillow as a constant drum n base sound.

We stayed for one week and in the midst of our stay they called us before 9 am and woke us up via phone. Said we needed to move rooms because of maintenance. My wife went down and asked to confirm if it's a 2 pm, they said yes. After packing for an hour, a lot of stuff because of the baby, I went down and was informed we don't have to move. No more space for negatives.

Just very unprofessional and no compensation:/

The property is fine and clean, modern and on green grounds
The overall cost for food, coffee is way above the standard for such a property
Not used to english speaking guests and makes it somewhat unfriendly and no bond with the staff
Not recommended for non Indonesian guests and the area close by is a tough neighborhood

Needed somewhere to stay near Kalibata. Fast check in, room was clean and comfortable. Room lighting was bit complicated, some switches not intuitive. Lots of parking space. Located next to Duren Kalibata Train station, but the noise was minimal.

Bad system management

I used the hotel laundry services since i have deposited at FO. However my laundry was not sent to my room since the employee said that i need to pay cash for the laundry. I refused to pay since i have deposited an acceptable amount for the laundry service. Bad system communication in between department that needs a lot of improvement.

Nice hotel but...

Hotel is overall good but there is still room for improvement. If you'd like to enjoy a quite environment this hotel definitely is not of your choice (too noisy neighborhood); pool is fine, however, the ladder was very loose - every time when I was going in I was afraid that it'll break; no idea why WiFi speed was bad in evenings, breakfast is not included - you have to pay additional IDR150,000; drinks are complimentary which is good, however they are added everyday (except water). Good points: friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean, availability of gym and pool.

A+ breakfast + durian stalls + train across street

The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was about 30 minutes. I negotiated a price of $15.00(196,500 Rupiah) to get me there. Be prepared for them to quote you double that.
So anyway, the hotel is fantastic.The room was clean, the water hot and the wifi was reliable and fast. The only weird thing was the TV which turns on when you enter the room. Even when I tried to turn it off there was a floating message on the screen that we could not figure out, so we pulled the power cord from the wall. The neighborhood was in the area from the railway system which was blaring at street level from outside the hotel, but could not be heard at all from my 12th floor room. Nor from the second floor restaurant in the morning. The breakfast was perfect, my girlfriend and I looked forward to it actually everyday. We only wished they stopped serving at 10am, rather than 9am. Even a vegan would be happy there, I think. They had fruit and juices, salad, noodles, potatoes, steamed bok choy... we always left satisfied.
Also, across the street are two malls. You can find a decent grocery store in one of them, a sugarcane stall and plenty of durian stalls on Jalan No.22!!!!! Also, laundry service outside the mall in the parking lot.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Jakarta.The staff was always friendly and professional and I even extended my stay there 3 nights because they offered 2 nights get 3rd night free to us.

비지니스 호텔로는 비추천해요

일단 위치가 애매해서 시내로 나가는길이 많이 막히고 바로 앞에 기차역이 있어서 매우 시끄러워요. 6박했는데 청소가 안되어 있던적이 2번이였고 추가 타월 요청을 했는데도 데스크랑 연결이 잘 안되서 불편했습니다. 조식도 자리가 부족했고 음식 종류도 적어요. 수영장도 매우 작고 선배드도 2개밖에 없어서 짐 나둘곳이 없어요. 모든 차량에 주차비를 받는데 택시들은 주차영수증에 직원확인을 받으면 무료인데 모르는 기사들이 많아서 저에게 주차비를 요구하는 경우도 많아서 일일히 설명해줘야 했습니다. 라운지도 별로입니다. 비지니스로 오시기에는 적합하지 않으니 다른 호텔이 나을거 같고 싼가격에 4성급 원하시는 여행자분들은 괜찮을거 같아요.

전반적으로 무난하고 가성비 좋은 호텔

전반적으로 양호합니다.
근처 도심철도역이있어 대중교통이용은 좋을수도 있으나 주변교통은 매우 혼잡합니다.
객실은 전반적으로 무난하지만 침구는 조금만 더 청결했으면 하네요. 프런트에 얘기하니 바로 조치해 줘서 아주 좋았습니다
식사도 무난한 정도입니다
가격대비 괜찮은 호텔입니다

So far at all nyaman, hanya room terasa agak pengap, jika anda penderita asma ato yg sensitif dg kondisi suh dan udara, akan terasa.
Kemudian pada checkin/checkout rule tertulis \"checkin 24 hour\" ternyata bebetapa kali saya menginap di sana, receptionis selalu bilang tidak bisa early checkin, checkin paling cepat jam 14.00, sehingga beberapa kali saya selalu menunggu minimal 1 jam lebih hanya untuk bisa checkin. Pernah sebelum booking, sesekali saya by phone coba tanya soal early checkin yg katanya bisa 24 jam, info dari mrk adalah kita bisa early checkin tapi dikenakan charge 50% dari rate yg dibooking.....

外資系のホテルであり、海外各地に展開しているホテルです。
ロビー、客室、レストランなど、全てにおいて清潔感溢れるホテルでお勧めです。
ホテルの立地条件は、ジャカルタ中心部に位置しており便利です。
電車好きの方は、ホテルの向かい側に駅があります。電車で遠方に行くのも良いかも知れません。

泊まって気分が悪かった。

まあ悪くはないが、これと言って良くもない。周りには何もなく旅行を楽しむのには不便だった。夕食時のビュッフェでコーヒーはないのかと聞いたら下から持ってくるとのことだったので、ウェイトレスにビュッフェ料金に含まれてるのか確認した上で頼んだのにレストランを出る時に請求されてしまった。もう二度と泊まる気はない。

Check-In was very quick, very helpful staff. Got a nice room on 15th floor with a nice view upon Jakarta city. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and TV. No reason to complain about anything. the breakfast buffet is amazing with a lot of choices.

Great stay in a 4 Star Hotel~

Hotel strategis dengan ragam layanan umumnya

Lokasi yang dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan layanan transportasi publik lainnya membuat hotel ini menjadi strategis bagi pelanggannta. Ditambah konsep 'outdoor space' di beberapa disain bangunannya, membuat hotel ini ingin mengusung spirit 'go green'.

Sayangnya, harga hotel yang kurang ramah di kantong dibandingkan dengan hotel yang lainnya....
