I liked that it was conveniently located to my family. Dislikes were many...when checking in there was no one at the desk. I rang the bell and called and it took about 15minutes for someone to finally check us in. Room was ok. You could see that the floor was not vacuumed well as there were bits of trash under the bed. The comforter covers were not very clean. There were coffee splashes on the office chair at the desk so that had not been wiped down. The shower appeared to be dirty but I think it is a combination of soap scum and stain. The shower curtain omitted a sour smell and pink along the bottom so, mold. I understand that on a holiday weekend things are a little crazy however other guests were extremely rude letting their children run up and down the hallway at night and carrying on conversations in the hallway after 10:30pm. I finally had to ask them to please go somewhere else. Breakfast was fine, you get what you pay for and it was \"free\".

The room was fairly clean, although it looked like there might’ve been mold up by the shower. A couple of the drawers were broken in the room.. the exterior of the property was in terrible condition. Housekeeping never showed up, we had to go to the front desk to get more coffee. But yet they left an envelope in the room for tips for the housekeeping. I thought that since it had the name, Wyndham, it would be a nice place to stay. I don’t think I’ll ever trust that name again. This is a place that I also would not stay there was a best western and an Econolodge and a La Quinta a few boxes away that were in much better condition. I wish that I would’ve made reservations there then at the Ramada by Wyndham. .

Our curtain rod came falling down when I went to open the curtain. The property manager (owner?) was very nice and accommodating.

If you need an inexpensive place to spend the night, this might suffice. If you need a quiet place to sleep the night, this might not work. In addition to poorly sealed doors that allowed me to hear every hallway conversation, the ceiling rattled when the upstairs guests walked, the road noise was clear through the window and the doors all seem to slam shut, throughout the night.
Among the positives, friendly staff (I think - could barely understand her, but she smiled and seemed nice), proximity to a really good Mexican place and the Stage Coach Grill, and a grocery store just a half mile away made the stay tollerable.
There are better options within a 15 minute radius with similar pricing.

Ramada is a name we have found is to be trusted to be of high quality. Yet, we were unsure if the hotel was still open as it appeared very shabby as we drove around the property trying to find the office. We saw peeling paint, broken windows and curtains not properly hung. It seemed that only a few rooms were being kept as hotel rooms.

The check in process was easy, the attendant polite, so we went to our room. Honestly, if we were in a third-world country, this hotel would be great. However, it was not up to our standards of cleanliness and safety. We chose to find another hotel to stay in for the night.

I love how warm the welcome is! Other than that, it’s meh. There’s a long curly hair on one of the pillows and the bathroom curtain has a smell that it’s not fully dried - it lingers all over the room. The bed has a dent from being old probably. Breakfast is a plus - you just have to wake up early or no egg and sausage for you lol.

There was nothing about this hotel that made it anything more than a passable motel. It was certainly not the midscale hotel I would have expected as a Ramada. There desk was not staffed full time. If you wanted to talk to a clerk, you had to dial a number to get them. Even then, they did not always answer.

My biggest struggle with this hotel was the room. The door to my room did not close properly. When I opened the door, the latch would not pop back out, and the door could not stay closed. In order to completely close the door, I had to jiggle the handle several times every time I came and went from the room.

I tried to get water from their vending machine, but it was not stocked.

I would not stay here again.

Bath tub smelling mould. Carpet is dirty. My socks started smelling bad after walking on carpet. You can just walk on carpet and then step into bath tub. You will see the dirt. Only good thing is Staff are good. I never had breakfast as we used to leave every morning by 6 AM. May be you should think of providing early breakfast and coffee. Overall our experience is very bad.

The interior/rooms appear recently updated with the look and smell of new carpet and remodeled bathrooms. The exterior needs a lot of work and TLC, but that had no affect on thenquality of the room and stay. The breakfast was a typical hotel, continental breakfast. The staff was polite.

It would have been helpful to be informed that there is a power strip hidden behind the microwave that was turned off. I thought the fridge was broken the first 2 days, until the 3rd when i tried the TV for the first time and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't turn on... before findind the power strip...

The room was spacious and the bathroom was remodeled but poorly done. Grout was on the walls. The bathroom was not clean... I put towels on the floor to walk bc you could see the dirt on the tile.

Room seemed clean, bedding was fresh.

The remodel is like putting lipstick on a pig.

Breakfast was cold, luckily there was a microwave to reheat the eggs and sausage.
Used the bathroom outside the breakfast room. Don't do it! It was worse than an old gas station bathroom. Absolutely filthy!

Only encounter with staff was when I checked in. He was nice.

We stayed here to visit Zion. The location is close enough but not in the midst of the crazy traffic right outside Zion. This hotel has been updated, and they are still updating more. Then room was spacious, clean and fairly quiet. Breakfast was basic but good. The staff was helpful. All you can hope for at a very reasonable price. Good local restaurants in both La Verkin & Hurricane.

We didn't expect luxury, our booking was last minute to extend our trip one more day and the hotel we were staying at was fully booked. I do expect cleanliness which this place was far from providing. There were hairs in the shower, the bathroom counter was sticky, and there was a certain kind of hair on the toilet, (yuk)! You could see a layer of dust along the wall on the carpet where their vacuum didn't reach and there was sticky goo on the inside door of the microwave which you could see from the outside. Lol, it became comical when we looked up at the ceiling and saw that someone had plugged a hole in the ceiling with a tissue that hung down and the lamp shades looked like someone had punched them several times. The room was cheap, we definately got what we paid for but still, the dirtyness was unacceptable.

the bathroom door was barely hanging on and would not close.
When we woke in the morning to get ready for the day the bathroom ceiling was leaking everywhere. right under the toilet seat. My husband had to get up off the toilet because it started leaking on him.. We had to leave so we didn’t even shower or anything in there.
The staff did offer to let us use another room to shower and get ready but by then we already had to be on our way out. (Scheduled activities.)
It was an accessible room also by the way.

Other than that, we slept ok and rested for one night.
But would never stay here again. Rather go somewhere else

If you were to just base your stay on outside appearance only, you probably keep driving. The building is in need of some major repair. The siding is falling off and the windows are old. The rooms are in satisfactory condition as far as cleaning goes. Staff was friendly and the area is nice.
