Meeting the expectation

The hotel has an amazing location, it is connected to a shopping centre with a lot of options for food.

The room is clean and well managed. It is very comfortable.

We selected this hotel based on location in relation to several things we needed to attend to. The staff was always helpful and kind, rooms were clean and well maintained. We ate breakfast there every morning and it was the standard breakfast buffet for this class of property. The hotel is attached to a very large mall with a great variety of dining / shopping options a short indoor walk away. The only negative I have related to this property was the pool area. The pool area has high top bar stool type chairs around the pool. The only sun loungers are well below pool level in front of the fitness center.

We ate breakfast there every morning and it was the standard breakfast buffet for this class of property. The hotel is attached to a very large mall with a great variety of dining options a short indoor walk away. This was a plus for us. The only negative I have related to our stay was the pool area. The pool area has high top chairs and coffee tables and chairs all around the pool. Two meters below the pool there are lounge chairs with no sight of the pool. The lounge chairs are directly in front of the plate glass windows for the gym. This means anyone using the treadmills are looking straight down on anyone using the loungers. Also any meetings held at the facility are on the same floor so everyone empties out of meetings and converges on the pool area to smoke and drink coffee. In my opinion this was not a well thought out plan or design making relaxation at the pool area difficult. Overall a nice property for the price other than the pool area.

Vakue for Money.

The staff at the hotel are done excellent job. Always help. This hotel is within the shopping mall. Thing that upset me is that they allow smoker to smoke beside swimming pool, guest smoking while in the elevator. Wifi at 11 floor is not very stable.

Stayed here for 2 nights, there was a black out on the first night where we had to wait at the lobby for at least 2 hours and another short black out the following night. Although the staff assured us that it rarely occurs.

Blackout aside, the hotel is conveniently attached to a shopping center. Room has all your basic requirements and is relatively clean.

Spacious rooms and direct mall access

Best Harris I've ever been to. The rooms are spacious, there is direct mall access to Kelapa Gading Malls, and the breakfast buffet has so much variety. We loved our room. My 2 year old loved sitting on the big sofa and running across the connecting rooms. It just needs a playground and it would be perfect.

First of all my wifi was very very weak. I checked my colleague who lived in the next room but she didn't have the problem. So I assume that I was unlucky that my room was in the blind zone of signals. However this is quite a business hotel so I'd say it's not tolerable.
I asked for a bowl and a fork to my room one night at the counter. 30 minutes after I got back to my room, nobody showed up. I called the reception again and asked again, the bowl and fork finally come after another thirty minutes.
In two words, bad experience.

Adjacent to Large Shopping Mall

The hotel is not a four-star hotel, though it is a solid three. The property appears quite old and, while clean (its redeeming factor), it shows the wear significantly. It is adjoined to the Kelapa Gading mall, which affords plenty of choices, however, for good food and access to pretty much anything you might want. So, as a balance of things, it is a recommended choice at a very reasonable price in Jakarta.

Request made 2 months but failed to get

Overall good stay for 3 nights. But I could not understand why my request made 2 months in advance to have all 3 rooms close to each other could not be met initially. We arrived at 0900,but have to wait till 1600 for one of the room to be ready. Even so, the room given was not of King bed as originally requested. The staff registering us seemed to be unwilling.

Anyhow charge - by CCTV headcount watching

Informed and clarified at restaurant and during check-out that one of my guests only had a cup of coffee during breakfast.
Hotel emailed to demand additional breakfast charge, citing CCTV observation of 3 headcounts.
Explained again and urged to review CCTV carefully.
Hotel replied that they KINDLY WAIVE this additional charge.
I do not need any waiver for non-existent charge. I demand an apology instead for wrongful charge!

East Jakarta Business Trip

The check in went well, staff was all smiles. They provided me with a comfortable room which only took 5 minutes. The hotel is part of a major mall complex so there are 100's of food choices and two supermarkets. I did not eat in the hotel restaurant so I can not comment on the food. I originally paid for a night but asked to add two additional nights at the rate listed on the front desk monitor. When I returned to the hotel in the evening the staff did not honor the rate so I suggest you be careful and get anything in writing. Naturally this was not comfortable for me as a rate was agreed upon and then disregarded on the first evening but honored on the second night. Other than that issue the hotel is a good family oriented hotel with young eager staff to assist guests.

Nice & affordable hotel + access to shopping Mall

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights . Very clean . Fast check in and friendly staff at the reception . The best thing is the location of the hotel . It has access to Kelapa Gading Mall . Lots of good affordable shopping and plenty of selection of food too in the Mall .

Will stay here again if I'm in Jakarta . Highly recommended.

Good location. Convenient because of mall attached to hotel. However v disappointed with the spa services.. Morning had only 2 masseuse available which is hard to fit before 12pm checkout if there are many of us. And one of the masseuse was not professional. I hope to see improvement in the spa.
