The stay was disappointing. I had to walk 500m of corridor to reach the lift and so much again to reach the dining hall!!!
Room is badly maintained door lock faulty, ceiling trap bangs each time you open and close the door.
The lady manager is ill mannered and rude.
Other staff are helpful and polite.
Location is good near the mall but beware during week ends terrible noise from mall till 10.30pm

Comfortable stay at Lemontree

It was good, the location was very good but the rooms are not great. Cleanliness is maintained and the dining room has an outstanding view. Overall a decent property and a comfortable stay.

lovely room, friendly staff

we booked the valley view room. Normally we would go for a king room. However, at this hotel, all valley view rooms have two twin beds. In a normal hotel that would be less than desirable for us (under normal circumstances), but it worked at this Lemon Tree because the room was quite huge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The water pressure in our bathroom (512) was low, so the shower wasn't great, and the toiletries (shampoo and other stuff) wasn't good. Breakfast is very good at the hotel.

this is our second time staying in this hotel. It's a very good one, and there aren't a huge number of choices in this category in Dehradun. Breakfast is good. Staff do their best to make sure the stay is a good one. It helps that the hotel is connected to the mall

comfortable, & good, smiling & knowledgeable staff.
Unfortunately, they put a family with small children, ayah, etc, etc - very noisy. we did complain - the staff said they would move us - but being Senior Citizen's, & leaving the next day - we did not want to be inconvenienced.

Clean, comfortable, very helpful staff.

This is one of the better hotels in Dehradun. Great service from all staff. Tasty breakfast buffet, with wide variety of foods. We hired a car through the front desk for a day tour of Mussourie. Minor complaint is only one device per room can connect to wifi simultaneously. Ask for a room with view of mountains.

Thier location is good but service is not good as per per expecation.They have degraded their service in comaprsion to their other branches in delhi and other locations. Reception staffs were not well behaved. Initally they had alloted me a lower category room and not as per my booking. I was not expecting this kind of beahviour from them.

Great Hotel!! Great Service!!

Great stay at the Lemon Tree hotel! The place had 24 hr room service and the service was very good. Even during the middle of the night, the food we ordered was delicious and the service was quite prompt. All in all, great experience at the hotel - will recommend to anyone!

Unclean rooms. Had to change rooms 3 times. Fourth room finally was clean a bough to stay. At Rs. 6000+ you at least expect to be in a clean room.

AVOID - Terrible and OverPriced

Pathetic Hotel. Wifi is really slow. Drains dint work so bathroom flooded. They took 45 min to check us in because of incompetent staff. They dont have a parking or valley service.

This is right next to 4 points. Just book that. Its 100x better. AVOID.

Comfortable Hotel located over the Pacific Mall

The rooms to stay in are the Valley View rooms. The Business Room 506 I stayed in had the view 60ft away of an unfinished 7 floor structure. Mercifully construction had come to a standstill for whatever reason, but in the evening the music from the Pacific Mall was loud and clear. The rooms were, however, very comfortable and clean with the exception that there was only one chair to sit. I was out most of the time so that wasn't a problem. The management should look into this as well replacing the wooden coat hangers which were coming apart.
The Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to eat from and the staff everywhere were courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again but in the Valley View rooms.

Fab Location.. Good Service

Superb Location and very conveniant as It is part of an impressive Mall. Good service and Clean spacious rooms. Only slight inconveniance is that the Parking is shared with that of the Mall and there is no facility to get your car cleaned ( after it comes from highway). Otherwise, the food and hospitality is efficient

Average stay but convenient.

Well located and convenient as it is attached to the Pacific Mall. This is the first hotel that I have stayed in that doesn't sell alcohol. This was very disappointing. In future my choice of stay in Dehradun will be the Four Points Sheraton next door. Seems like a better bet...

Nice play to stay.

The hotel is in a very nice location . The room is very spacious and the room is very well done in regard to ambeince . The towels were a little old which need replacement . Further the hotel is in a mall , at night repair work in the food court of the mall went on till 3 am which disturbed my sleep . I made a booking thru hotels .com which said free wifi , which means wifi all day thru but the hotel said its their policy to give only 60 mins wifi which was not acceptable by me . Breakfast was decent. Over all a nice play to stay.

The only good thing about the Hotel is food

Rooms do not have AC with temperature control, you have to compromise with fan mode only.
Booking details are not followed like extra bed etc.
Bathrooms get filled with water.

It was really disappointing

Good place in Dehradoon

The rooms are large and spacious. The rooms, bathrooms and the passages are all neat and clean and the breakfast spread is good. The view of the hills is beautiful there

The staff are all good and they differently abled staff at the hotel who are extremely efficient. This is also a very noble approach.

Though the hotel is a bit away from town the mall attached to the hotel makes up for it.

Nice hotel in Dehradun

Very good located, we could easily move in Dehradun and also to Old Rajpur in order to start a trekking to Mussoorie.
It is possible to go directly shopping, because it is located in the Pacific shopping mall.
Food was vey good, nice view to mussoorie from the terrace.
The staff cares about silent on corridors in order to do not disturb other guests.
Really nice hotel!
