I have visited this hotel many many times all the carpets are extremely worn however they are addressing this with a refurbishment currently three floors are blocked off and the exterior is being painted.
The staff are all superb, the beds and mattresses are like sleeping on a cloud, can’t wait for the refurbishment to be completed.
The pool area is great and selection of food at the deli is varied & reasonably priced, theres even microwaves & toasters for client use by the cafe. Would always recommend this hotel for its warmth and location

I gave this hotel a 5-star. I only stayed overnight. The hotel and room was very clean and there qas lots of eateries and things to do (if that's what you're looking for). You're also right on I-drive so yo I can walk to nearby places. Upon checking in, the front desk staff was really professional and nice. The one thing I was not too happy about was that hoisekeeping was knocking by 9am when check out is 11am (i didnt put the sign on the door so maybe that would help). Also, you have to pay $29/day for parking

And had to go to store (CVS) to buy a phone charger , most hotels today have a place to plug in. You did not do had to buy plug to use regular wall outlet
Parking you claim to have semi parking I even called to check was told yes, but 58$ a night/ hell no. Not only did I not see a place that could have safely park a truck , pay to park after paying 300+ to stay. Don’t seem right. Glad I took an Uber

It was very disappointing. I booked for a king room and then got two double beds Also they’re doing renovations. They did not mention on their website and all we heard was hammering all morning from 9 am-to 6pm very disappointed probably will never go back to that property again. If I’m gonna spend over $500 for a room, I deserve better and I’ve traveled a lot.

The staff was courteous and friendly. There was construction going on so several floors were closed and it was noisy from 9am-6pm.
Rooms are nice and spacious, beds comfy, the air/heat unit were loud in the rooms. It was either hot or freezing.
It was a good stay and the food and cocktails are good. Pool and hot tub are beautiful.

The only thing I didn’t like was getting nicked and dimed at $28 a night for parking.
Hide the parking cost by raising the room cost if you need to. I wouldn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of if you did that.

First room lights doesn’t work . So they transfer to the second room… now we are without WiFi… lady at the front desk mentioned since we changed the room is the reason why my we don’t have WiFi. Overall, everything was nice and we had a good stay at Rosen Plaza. The room was clean, the hotel was well kept, and there were no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Check-in and pricing were straightforward. The only small downside was when I asked the lady by the buffet if they offer any complimentary birthday meal for breakfast—she was a little rude. Other than that, everything else was great and I would stay here again.

I booked this stay specifically for a king-size bed, but when I arrived, we were given two twin beds instead. When I called the front desk, they told me that Expedia didn’t inform them of the room type and that they had overbooked. I’m not sure whether the issue was on Expedia’s end or the hotel’s, but the situation felt like a bait-and-switch.

Unfortunately, this makes me hesitant to stay here again because I can’t trust that I’ll receive the room I actually reserved.
