The check in and check out was great. Staff is very good. Had breakfast....waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice, milk. Not bad. Parking available right in front of room which was a plus as my mom uses a walker/cane. Overall great stay. This was the second time I've stayed here and was pleased both times.

Liked it was close enough to the university but overall cleanliness was not up to par. This hotel needs a major face lift. Also there was people smoking marinuana in the room next to us that drifted into our room. Not a great place to vacation with a 5 year old. We will not be returning.

Met basic expectations. High-priced but it was game day in Auburn and accommodations were accordingly at a premium. Kudos to the staff for letting me check in early (9:30 a.m.) Mildewy smell that dissipated after a few hours. Mattress.too firm. Only 3 miles from AU campus. Quiet location.

A budget motel (not hotel)

A disappointing stay to wrap up our trip. We reserved two rooms, and each had a distinct smell, one of which was overpowering to my asthmatic daughter. That one room seemed to have the heat on in summertime didn’t help.

(Also, QI models vary - but this is a motel, not a hotel as the app suggests: Doors on outside, no carpeting, two stories, etc. Not a bad thing, but just know what you’re getting)

Won’t Be Back

I won’t be returning to this hotel again! The blatant discrimination that took place was crazy! Just because of the address on my license, I had to pay a $200 cash deposit. I hardly ever carry that much cash & the room was barely $100 a night. RIDICULOUS. Nowhere on the site does it mention this, and I was shocked the front desk lady even told me that, because that is an awful look on their part. BUYER BEWARE! And make sure you have a bundle of cash if you stay here

VERY CLEAN - MOTEL (front door entry)

This motel is very clean. You can tell that it has been recently updated, but already could use a little work (in the caulking, workmanship, etc.) When booking, I didn't realize that this was a Motel vs a Hotel and wasn't too sure about being on the ground floor on the back side of the hotel with minimum staff on site. Ice machine is outside. Breakfast looked great. Front Desk staff was professional.

Arrived late at night and all doors were locked with no signs pointing where to go, only until i made my way from right to left checking every door did I find the small check in window. Here someone was standing there waiting like “he’ll find this window eventually…” muttered something that he expected me to hear through the dumb muffly voice hole, but i couldnt make it out so assumed he wanted my ID and Credit Card like every other hotel in the world, as Im pulling them out to give to him he repeats but yells “Name?!” To which I gave him the name and said, “Sorry, i cant hear anything through this window”. Never takes my id or card and sticks a paper out of the slot with quick impatient instructions on the three areas i needed to fill out. Gave it back to him and he game me the room key “drive around back”.

Ok, so no: Hi… how are you… Welcome to… thanks for chosing… zero words of human to human interaction. Cool. Got it.

Got around to the room and temp was set to 75 and it was HOT. I bumped it down of course so i could sleep without sweating but unfortunately the ac is a model that only has heat, cool, fan, and no “fan on” option. Since its mid january i opted to keep heat mode on so it wasnt 40 when I woke up, but would have been nice to have some fan noise because you can hear EVERYTHING through EVERY WALL. Kept the tv on as long as i could, but it was super bright so couldnt sleep. Guess i could go a day without sleep. No water pressure and shower head was clogged.
