Hôtel de l’extérieur et à l’accueil très joli. Puis la chambre catastrophique: pas d’eau chaude; une intervention technique à 23h qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de suivi client, une chambre avec les murs moisis, des câbles électriques qui sortent dans la salle de bain et le tout … : dans une suite !!! Le lendemain après nos plaintes de la seule nuit que nous avions, nous avons été accusé de ne pas avoir demandé à changer de chambre à 00h alors que nous avions fait 6h de route et que c’était notre seule nuit. Plus jamais, à fuir

Hôtel très confortable et très bien situé

Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, le personnel est très sympathique et aidant.
Nous avons réservé pour une nuit de base mais avons prolongé notre séjour pour plusieurs jours.
L'hôtel propose tous les services d'un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Salle de bain double vasque. Télévision avec des chaînes internationales.
Il est très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du court.
Un grand parking est également disponible.
Nous n'avons pas pu tester les repas (déjeuner et dîner), mais en tout cas le petit déjeuner est parfait avec un large choix de sucré et salé.
J'espère sincèrement que cet hôtel gardera son standing, car je sais maintenant où poser mes valises lors de mes séjours à Annaba.

Ils m’ont traitée comme une mal propre en désactivant mon badge car ils se sont trompés dans leur système et ont cru que je n’avais réservé qu’une nuit… j’aurais juste apprécié de la communication et des excuses.
Ils ont fait le ménage dans la chambre sans mettre de serviette, ni même de produit ni même de bouteille d’eau (pensant que j’allais partir).
La salle de sport n’est pas équipée de la Clim et c’est véritablement une salle de jeu pour les moins de 12 ans qui ont mis le bazar en criant et sautant sur les équipements.
La piscine..,, pas assez de serviette pour tous les personnes souhaitant en profiter. Des serviettes sont disponible pour les premiers clients le matin mais tous les jours il manque des serviettes pour les clients des le début d’après midi: De surcroît la piscine est dans un mauvaise état général, on peut se blesser rapidement car les dalles ne se fixent pas…
Des règles absurdes sont appliqués dans l’hôtel ; par exemple interdit de faire rentrer de la nourriture…
Ou alors interdit de laisser votre taxi monter devant l’entrée principale, c’est à vous de descendre avec tous vos bagages ! (On se demande à quoi sert les installations).
Seul les repas sont plutôt bien dans cet hôtel mais vraiment c’est trop cher payé pour ce que c’est. J’avais hâte de le quitter !

Attention à la description de la chambre

J'ai effectué une réservation une suite junior pour 03 adultes (un lit double+ un grand lit) comme hôtels.com a décris dans la description dela chambre....a l'arrivée je me retrouve avec une chambre avec un lit double seulement je me retrouve a dormir sur le canapé du salon même pas de couverture ni de coussin.

Excellent hôtel fraichement rénové. Très beau design et luxueux, Chambre spacieuse équipée de toutes commodités j’ai beaucoup aimé mon passage à l’hôtel Seybouse. Ce qui est sur c’est que ce sera mon hôtel de choix à chaque fois que je passerais par Annaba!
