We had a really good stay. Good service, very comfy bed. Air con works great and easy to control from the room. Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast, there’s not a massive variety but there’s enough and nice quality. Great location. The food in the restaurant is a bit pricey but it’s quite good. There are a few details that could be improved. The bins in the room are a bit rusty. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel set look quite cheap for a 5 star hotel. Some parts of the building look a bit tired and outdated but this does not affect the stay which was quite pleasant

Nice hotel, area, views and personnel friendliness.
BUT, I’ve been here a few years back and this hotel is starting to look tired.
Wear and tear is showing everywhere and also the lack of investment and attention to detail is pretty evident.
I’d suggest the owners to start investing more before it’s too late or irreversible.
Not a deal breaker yet though.

Room and hallway smelt like sewage at time of check in. Front desk agent/manager walked the hallway and sleeping room. He agrees sewage smell. He said other rooms “dirty” can not change rooms. I had to wait until morning. We had opera, lunch, museum, and dinner planned next day.

Front desk-manager in the morning said new room ready in 1 hour. It was NOT ready. This caused missing opera, museum, late for lunch and dinner.

Once new room #318 given after long delay.

2. No bath mat or bath Linens
3. Cold water in shower

Housekeeping had to come to the room #318 3 times. This caused delay and missing what planned.

Hotel said Expedia had to handle it not hotel.

Espero respuesta, uso mucho la aplicación Expedía, y me gustaría seguir usándola siempre y cuando sea reliable.

I really appreciated the front desk help and how nice they were to us and attentive.
The rooms however need to have a better upkeep. In our first room the curtains were broken and in our second room the main phone did not work. The carpet was dirty and full of stains so it looked unclean.

el hotel no tiene eatacionamiento, no habia nadie para orientarme cuando llegue con el auto o parar abrir la puerta cuando entre con las valijas.
el hotel es lindo y esta bien mantenido, aunque la acustica de los dormitorios es muy mala

Not ready for business travelers. The iron board is very small and the iron cord about 3 feet so useless. I could not iron my shirt for a business meeting. Also, requested a late check out and only the same day was able to answer me if yes or not it was available. They need to get up to speed for business travelers.

The room was spacious and the balcony view was great.
There's no enough parking space in the hotel or nearby so it took some time to get a parking spot. Also, the swimming pool is too small for the amount of rooms, and there are not enough chairs outside.
We also had to wait for breakfast.
Staff was really helpful and respectful. We liked the spa and the massages.

The staff was wonderful. The view from the floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. I wish there was a way to open at least a part of the windows for a breeze. The room was a little old, but not dirty. The spa was an experience not to miss. It was great to have so many restaurants to walk to, and shops and a mall so close.

Water was rusty for days. No jokes in the room so you couldn’t call for service 80% of the lights in the hallways and elevators didn’t work so it was uncomfortable to navigate at night. Room was not prepped when I checked in. It had no towels only a used one and no toweletries.

we get our first-week room (standard) and appear to have no possibility to open the window (they are fixed windows). When I ask the concierge to find for us another room where we can have a window or balcony we've been asked to add another 100 USD per night. The second week we reserve a SUITE that in your picture seems to have a door window. When we get to the room, we get THE SAME room as a normal one!. After I complained about it I get another room, bigger and yet without an open window. There is only ONE concierge at one time and they do not answer the telephone if they are busy downstairs. The meeting room is always occupied by a member of the hotel and when I asked him if I can work there he said to me that he is working. There is no doorman or any one helping or attending or welcome the clients

We are playing the Argentina golf open here and booked a room monday night and they said we could extend our stay for the rest of the week through the end of the tournament and they charged my card for the week. We then canceled the airbnb we had booked. I then got an email later that night saying the extension is canceled and we had to leave. We are now without a room in a foreign country and the hotel front desk has ignored all requests to help even though they are the one that messed up. Something must be done to fix this or I am going to go public and destroy the reputation of Wyndham and everyone affiliated with them.

This hotel had excellent customer service. The staff spoke fluent English and was very helpful arranging cars and allowing us to pay for them with a credit card. Lunch at the in hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options and good hours.

The surrounding area of Nordelta is one of the trendiest and safest areas in Buenos Aires. Many of our local contacts lived in the nearby area because it is very safe and nice. Nearby the hotel are many restaurants and a shopping mall with a combination of local and international brands.

Lovely place -great location-excellent service

We had a great time at the Wyndham Nordelta. Rooms were clean, the bay view is wonderful and breakfast was awesome; lots of pastries, breads, fruit, eggs, bacon, etc. Very friendly atmosphere and personnel. I would like to thank Cayetano, Angeles (check-in) and Lucas (restaurant) for their excellent service. I will definitely come back again!

The facilities were awesome. The only issue I had was they would charge me for items from the room that I had not used. I would take the receipt down and get it fixed right away with a guarantee it would not happen again. I had it happen 3x during a 10 day stay. The resort is nice, thier restaurant had great food. I would advise people to stay here.

It used to be a nice hotel... not anymore!

It used to be a nice hotel, under the Intercontinental brand. Then around 2 years ago I think the owners stopped investing in it and it started to show (the same old TVs year after year, wear and tear visible on the carpets and linen, etc.).

Then Wyndham acquired it and instead of improving, things have gotten worse. The restaurant was already barely passable, and now its just bad. Same for the service: on my last trip, I arrived at 1am and tried to order from the midnight room-service menu. The receptionist told me (without apologizing) that the kitchen was closed and nobody had left him a key... On top of that, on the second night of that stay the power was out at least 5 times. We were in the dark several times for several minutes.

I cut my trip short and left 1 day before. I told all of this to the receptionist at the checkout. I won't be back again, if I can help it.

Stayed for a Wedding During the Off Season

We stayed at this hotel in the off-season for a wedding. Both hotel restaurants' food was great. We ordered room service (coffee) and it took 2 phone calls and an hour for it to arrive. The spa pool costs extra even if you are a guest and the main pool is closed in the off-season. Would be nice if the spa pool was complimentary for off-season guests. The spa pool was broken one day. The staff was not overly nice or helpful but never flat out rude. Not a lot going on in the area as it was the off-season.

El hotel está lindo, pero le falta mantenimiento. La zona de pileta exterior tiene reposeras cómodas y es bastante amplia. El desayuno es muy bueno, con mucha variedad de cosas dulces y buena calidad de frutas. Lo que no me parece bien es que no esté incluído en la tarifa el uso de las piletas climatizadas (igual no es sorpresa, ya te lo advierten al reservar). Sin embargo, en relación precio-calidad, sin dudas debería estar incluído. La zona de las piletas internas muy desordenada, mucha toalla tirada. Debería haber más personal atento a mantenerlo prolijo. Por último, nadie controla que se respete la conversación en voz baja en las piletas del spa, y si bien no está permitido para menores de 15 años, van los grupos de mamis de los nenes que aprovechan para su cotorrerío a los gritos.

La habitación tenia olor a humedad. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento y hay que dejar el auto donde se pueda en un lugar concurrido. La piscina climatizada hay que pagarla aparte, la toman como spa, algo que no esta expuesto en la web, y solo un turno de 2 hs. No volveria, hay opciones mejores.

Lo peor: no es un hotel 5 estrellas, demasiado caro por lo que ofrecen. Dicen que hay Netflix pero cada uno tiene que usar su propia cuenta porque el hotel no tiene! Un desastre, NO volveré sin dudas
1) Reserve con pago en destino y cancelación y me cobraron 15 días antes de llegar, obvio la tarifa más cara por optar con cancelación.
2) Llegamos 15hs, en la habitación con el sol debían hacer unos 35 grados, avisamos nada, a las 17hs volvimos a avisar, nada (obvio no pudimos descansar por el calor) recién 17.40 y ante un tercer reclamo nos cambiaron de habitación, pero el día ya estaba perdido
3) Un ascensor de los dos no andaba.
4) El hotel tiene una salon de fiestas, hasta las 4am la música estuvo muy muy fuerte, fue imposible dormír.

En definitiva, nunca nadie pidio disculpas, la calidad bajo muchísimo, la atención mucho más. Hay mejores alternativas por mejores precios.

Me he hospedado en el hotel varias veces lamentablemente decidimos no volver nunca más.

El Hotel está muy caído falta de mantenimiento falta de cocheras y por sobre todas las cosas algo básico en un hotel no puede faltar agua caliente.

Cuando nos quejamos nos dijeron que había un problema en el spa y por eso el agua no salía caliente.

Lamento escribir esto pero trato de ser lo más sintético para que lo tomen como constructivo.
