This is a great example of well kept traditional local hotel. Expect amenities of olden days yet clean, well thought out. The owner at front desk was super kind. We did spa next door and it was good experience as well.

Avoid if possible.

There is no \"spa\" in the hotel - but near the hotel an institution with a hot water pool. The night was very noisy, because of other guests - the hotel knew, but did nothing.
It's a sad place, in the middle of nowhere.

Everything good except the sewer smell

The Hotel location was fine. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms seemed recently renovated. However, the room regrettably smelled like sewers, even with my poor sense of smell. We tried to turn on and off the bathroom fan and cover the water drains, but the smell remained.

The hotel is a bit old. The receptionist is helpful though she can only speak limited English. No dinner is served by the hotel. Local eatery is limited, only provide chicken with soup and rice. Not very impressive.

Faultless, simple hotel popular with locals

A well presented hotel popular with Korean business people. The spa is excellent. The staff were all as helpful and keen as they could possibly be, English is only spoken by a handful of the concierge team.

We were particularly impressed with a young lady: \"Yun\". She went above and beyond to solve a predicament we found ourselves in, a level of care and service I have not seen in even the most established hotels of the western world.

Overall okay

We read that this hotel is located at the foot of the Mt Juwang and this isn't true! It was a good 15-20 minutes bus ride away from Mt Juwang! And we got a pretty bad scare. After a 4+ hour ride from Seoul, we arrived at Mt Juwang around 3pm+. We wanted to buy the last bus ticket to this hotel, which is leaving at 7pm+ but was told to come back later. So we proceeded to explore Mt Juwang. When we were back around 6pm+ we found out that the entire area was closed already. I called 1330 immediately to inquire on taxis but was told that they could only help book taxi if I'm in Seoul. What they offered was the contact of Cheongsong's taxi company which I have to make the call on my own!?? I seriously doubt they can speak English so we didn't. We hung around at the bus area till we see a bus and run forward to ask but it's not going to the direction of this hotel. There really wasn't much we could do except to wait, and finally a bus came and thank god bus driver said yes when we showed him our hotel booking.

And after we alighted, we walked another 5-10 minutes to reach the hotel. We have booked the ondol room and it was really nice as it was freezing cold outside (thou it's only autumn). We were give discount vouchers for their hot spring next door, but we didn't use them in the end.

Overall, amenities and conditions of hotel are acceptable, except for the location. It would be really nice if hotel itself provides shuttle bus services to-and-fro Mt. Juwang.

日帰り温泉併設で、周王山国立公園を歩きまわって疲れた体を癒すことができました。フロントの方が日本語を話すことができ、また対応も非常に丁寧で、とても安心しました。高速道路からのアクセスが良く、国立公園からも近く、徒歩圏内にコンビニと多くの食堂があり、立地が大変良いです。次回も利用したいホテルです。

혼자서 출장을 다녀왔는데, 편하게 묶고 갑니다. 노후된 시설이 아쉬웠지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 인근에 위치하고 있어 공기가 아주 좋았습니다. 더불어 직원분들 역시 굉장히 친절하셨습니다.

Perfektes Hotel für Wanderungen Juwangsan Park.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es empfliehlt sich jedoch, dieses Hotel zu buchen, da es ideal ist als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in dem landschaftlich sehr reizvollen Juwangsan Nationalpark.
Das Frühstück ist optional zubuchbar, was wir auch gemacht haben, da es in der Umgebung keine andere Versorgungsmöglichkeit gibt. Die Zubuchung war teuer, war dieses Geld aber nicht wert.

시설은 20년전 스타일이고 객실 청소 상태는 좋습니다. 객실에 온천수가 나오는게 장점이고 바로 옆에 솔기온천을 같이 운영중이라 투숙객 할인이 됩니다. 직원분들 친절합니다.
단점은 침대가 딱딱한 편이고 조식은 별로였어요. 조식당으로 쓰는 곳도 추워요.

部屋も広く全体的に過ごしやすかったが床暖房が暖かすぎて、エアコンの冷房(18℃)をつけっぱなしにして過ごした。部屋ごとに温度調節出来ると良かった。フロントの人達は親切でよく対応してくれ、特に浦項への最適な移動方法を細かく調べてくれてとても助かった。感謝しています。食事も美味しく問題なし。

생각보다 노후 된 건물이였으며 2층이라 옥상과 연결되어 조금 신경이 쓰이는 부분도 있었고 엘베도 작아서 손님과의 거리에 조금 신경이 써였다 청소는 깨끗했고 온천이 바로 옆이라 좋았으며 온천내부 서비스는 좋았다

주왕산관광호텔 객실이 참 깨끗하고 정갈합니다. 외부 청소를 담당하시는 아저씨(?) 직원분도 정말 열심히 일을 하시더라고요. 정말 편안하게 잘 지내고 다음날 주산지로 향했답니다. 프론트직원, 조식담당하시는 직원분까지 다 칭찬해드리고싶어요. 돌아오는 길에 남편과 이야기하기를 “여기 사장님이 엄청 훌륭하신 분입갑다~” 이랬답니다^^

실내 온도가 적정했으며 사우나가 특별했어요
물이 너무 깨끗하고 매끄러워서 기분이 너무 좋았어요

최고의 호텔!

당일치기 여행예정이였던 가족여행이 갑자기 하루숙박하게되어 급히예약하게된 호텔입니다!
이날 이곳에 머문후로 저희가족의 여행스타일이 바뀌었어요 ~
어디를 가든 온천을 꼭 할수있는 동네로 가게되었다는점^^
온천호텔의 물이 그만큼 좋았다는뜻입니다 ~ㅎㅎ
참고로 지금 이미 다른지역 2군데 들렸지만 이곳만큼 온천수가 미끈미끈한곳은 못봤어요 ~
아직 좀더 다녀봐야겠지만 저희 어머니는 이곳지역주민분들을 부러워하고계십니다 ㅎ
호텔직원분도 친절하시고 조식도 추가로 신청해서 먹었는데 충분히 만족스러웠어요 ^^
우연치않게 좋은호텔을 발견하게되어 너무 여행이 편안하고 즐거웠습니다 ~
다음에 또 예약할게요 ^^

온천수 덕분에 겨울여행으로 좋네요..

객실 욕실에서 온천수가 나와서 기분좋게 목욕을 했습니다.
오래된 호텔이라는 것을 알고 크게 기대를 하지 않았고 그래서 그런지 편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다.

호텔보다는 일반 모텔급에서 약간 상급 같아요
바로 옆에 온천이라 Room에도 온천물이 나와서
좋았으나 빨리 갔는대도 욕조가 있는곳에 배정이 안되서 약간 짜증. 순서대로 아닌듯

어우 너무 깨끗합니다 화장실, 방바닥 상태(침대없는 방), 침구 상태 1층 로비 및 프론트, 1층 라운지(?) 바 같은 곳, 조식 먹는 곳 등등 너무 청결해요. 진짜 기대안하고 묵을 데 없어서 간 건데 대만족했어요. 거기다 화장실에서 나오는 물이 온천수에요. 화장실 너무 깨끗해요. 호텔에서 운영하는 목욕탕도 너무너무 깨끗해요. 아침 9시쯤 갔는데 여탕은 이 시간대에 사람 없더라구요. 목욕탕 발패드 이렇게 깨끗한 곳 처음 봄. 온천수로 목욕하니까 기분 최고. 이 목욕탕을 편하게 자주 이용할 수 있는 청송 군민들이 부러울 정도.. 정말 꼭 또 가고 싶은 숙소에요. 만족도 최상입니다.

물이 좋음. 온천도 좋고.

호텔 자체는 오래됐습니다. 방음도 약간 부족하구요. 하지만 전체적으로 깔끔합니다. 일단 물이 너무 좋습니다. 온천물과 같다고 합니다. 욕조가 있어서 반신욕해도 되구요. 솔기온천 할인쿠폰도 주는데, 저희는 1박하고 주왕산 등산 갔와서 오후 늦게 온천했습니다. 할인쿠폰 사용 가능하구요. 어른 1인당 4000원.

오래된 가족 호텔

직원분들이나 호텔외관은 깨끗했는데 방이 생각보다 많이 좁고 커텐모서리에 거미줄이 엄청 크게 있더라구요. 옛날 가족 호텔 느낌이었고 옆방에서 아저씨 6분이 밤 12시까지 큰소리로 문열어놓고 떠드는데 방으로 소리가 다 들립니다. 위아래 쿵쿵 소리 다 들리구요. 전체적으로 시설이 많이 노후 됐네요.
방안에 온천수 나오는 부분은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 물이 좋아요. 주변에는 볼거리가 자연경관빼고는 없습니다.
