They call it a “resort” yet no food or beverage facilities are open. We had to leave the property to find food. Also, we played for unlimited golf and due to limited staffing, the cart was needed to be returned by 5pm. Very disappointed.

The facility was pretty good. Check-in was easy, they have a heated pool and Jacuzzi, which is lit up at night and was nice to have. The restaurant on site was also good. The only problem I had was with our room, it was old and dated, but that’s really not an issue, may be for some. We had a lot of bugs in our room. Considering the outdoor space is so close to the room and there’s a lot of foliage, etc It’s understandable to a point however having it sprayed every month, would do a lot to keep bugs outside where they belong.

We were very disappointed in our stay. The desk chair in our room was torn and the surface of the side chair was peeling off. They had put a cover over the seat to hide the tears but the back and the arms were cracked and peeling. When we returned to our room on the 2nd day, we found 2 bags of garbage on the floor, garbage laying in the corner that wasn’t ours, dirty, wet towels on the bathroom floor (we had hung ours up after showering) our bed wasn’t made up and they hadn’t replenished the pods of coffee.

The suite had the most gorgeous view of the pond at the golf course. Ducks landed in it whe we took a few minutes to see the sun rise. So beautiful. The only down side was the sheets smelled like they were left in the washer too long (kind of a mildew smell). Normally I would have said we need the changed but we were exhausted. So I had to take extra time showering in the morning before we headed off to ski at Timberline. Definitely not a fan of that because we were already pressed for time. Overall an okay experience.

This is a forest gem. It’s been acting a long time so the rooms are a bit tired, but it’s clean, comfortable, and the location is wonderful. All-Season pool is truly warm, even when it’s snowing. Restaurant is good but service is awesome! Highly recommend for a local weekend getaway.

This property is in a good location but is starting to get run down. Also our room was infested with boxelder bugs. Boxelder bugs are harmless to humans but its still pretty gross to have to collect bugs in your room and then wonder how many more there are. I also noticed them all over the exterior of our building as well.

I booked a non pet room and we checked in late with a toddler. I didn't see it right away that the chair was all in pet hair. This was disappointing as we specifically booked a non pet room. Also, the resort charged us extra for a resort fee on top of what I already paid , hotels.com did not mention any resort fee

The gym was closed for renovation, which I only found out after arriving at the property. There were no notices on the website, reservation details, or even at the front desk during check-in, which was disappointing.

Cleanliness also needed improvement. There was still hair all over the bathroom, and while shampoo and conditioner were provided in the bathtub, there was no body wash available until the second day when housekeeping came to clean. Additionally, the coffee machine was not working properly.

I really loved the space itself, but the overall quality and attention to detail should have been much better.

Large room, immaculate. Front desk people were exceptional, as were the daily room service boys. Loved the pool and hot tub, and the fireplace. King bed was ultra-comfortable. Walk-in shower SO spacious and nice. Parking right outside room. Very quiet, with a woodland view out the sliding doors onto the courtyard.

The room was dirty ( thank god I had my own Clorox wipes in the car) , the ac didn’t work- had to wake up my child and husband to move rooms at 9pm our first night. We were moved to a down graded room. There were dead bugs in the bathroom of the new room. A painting came partially off the wall at 3 in the morning swinging and nearly hitting my youngest daughter. Honestly the stay was awful and we felt we should’ve been compensated. They took $60 off our bill. At least 1 night should’ve been comp’d for sure. Will never stay at that “premier” resort again.

Everyone was great and being New Years and being a local to the area I was very disappointed to learn of the shuttle. All resorts advertised the fireworks and the shuttle was used as a marketing tool. We went to catch the shuttle we were unable to ride and nobody seemed to know anything. Very disappointed, that was one reason we chose this hotel.

the room was dirty, at check-out they did wave the resort fees and throw us some best western rewards points, but even at that, i feel we deserved a free night. i will never stay there again, no will i recommend it to anyone, when you find filth under the beds, in the furniture, under the dressers, in the closets etc, no excuse.and for being a premier resort and the price, not worth it.

Everything was great -- clean, beautiful woodsy grounds. My only complaint is that there was no remote for the tv in the room. It took about an hour for a staff person to come with a replacement, and then that one did not work. The staff offered a differrent room, which I took, a lovely upgrade. While I appreciate that, it also meant gathering up all my belongings and moving, Also it seems the venue was understaffed, with only one person attending to such matters . That being said, the person who helped me was very friendly, took my complaint seriously, and followed thru with the upgraded room.

Our room was clean and spacious, we did some laundry and had to hold the button to keep the dryer going. Needs work, already had some electrical tape across the button. Had to get towels from the desk to swim and was told to return them to the desk when done. That was a first.

Very noisy AC, can't sleep with it on. Opened windows instead but we overlooked the pool and people were in there late (timings not enforced?). Otherwise, room quite large, comfy bed. Pretty soulless resort but not much around this area and handy for Mount Hood. Nice golf course.

Nice place to stay near Mount Hood, spacious clean room. We didn’t get dinner as we arrived a bit late and the cafe and pub gave us menus while we waited but an hour later nobody seated us so we just left. Happy to have such a convenient spot to do laundry but the dryer button was broken and we had to stand and hold it in to get out clothes to dry. Overall a good spot and we would stay again

For the price we paid I expected a lot better. The front desk staff was not very enthusiastic at check-in, and the property is very tired. Their gift shop/store has a minimal selection, no food or beer. We booked a double queen room for 3 adults but only had two towels in the room. When we went back to reception there was no apology for not having provided enough towels. In addition, the WiFi in the room never worked and the pool was dirty. This is not a property I would recommend.

One night stay while we did Mt Hood area attractions. Check in was a little slow with the computer system but very nice and helpful staff. The room was large and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet for sleeping. Would definitely stay again!!

The staff were great, five stars for them. There was also live music at one of the restaurants. The pet rooms are carpeted and smell like urine. It’s discouraging to pay a pet fee anticipating that fees are for extra cleaning, and then immediately experiencing foul odors. There was no screen on the patio door, making it hard to let fresh air in without letting in bugs. The property is old and in various stages of disrepair. It appears there are some improvements being made based on the construction materials staged on some of the patios.

Could not have been more convenient for a spring trip to Mt. Hood unless I was staying on Mt Hood itself. Fireplace in the room with complimentary logs was the biggest winner of almost any trip I've been on.
