I booked the room because it said it had a pool. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub, which was maybe a good thing considering how dirty the place was. The white chairs in the lobby were filthy. The bathtub had black mold in the corners, the rooms phone doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down, there was a strip of dirt along the wall that has been missed by the vacuum for at least 5 yrs and then there was a piece of broken glass behind the door. We stayed here with my toddler. I am not happy.

The pool was locked up and hot tub out of order. 2 ice machines were out of order. The room had candy wrappers on the floor when we checked into the room. My credit card was compromised after we used it to pay for the room. Now I have to get a new one. I would sleep in my truck before I’d stay at this establishment again.

The staff at the front desk was super nice and I got my room very easily. The room itself was so nice like I was shocked how big it was! They had a fully stocked bathroom which was sick. If I was ever in town again I’d stay here

Great staff, good hotel, bed size mix up

I booked back in the spring and requested a king size bed. When I arrived I was in a room with 2 queen size beds as there was no king ready and available. They assured me that I was not going to pay any more but I’m unsure if the rates would have been different?

I have no complaints with the staff, cleanliness or price, it was a great stay. They even accommodated us checking in early as we needed to get ready for a wedding.

Would definitely stay here again.

Front door is broken and based on other reviews it has been for some time with no apparent plan to fix it. Hallways were full of pails because of plumbing leaks also not being fixed. Maintenance room left open is a hazard. After a late night check in I was looking forward to my rest. I was awakened by loud sounds in the hallway around 6:00 am. When I spoke to the front desk about this I was told it was my fault for not telling them I wanted a quiet room!! FREE isn’t cheap enough.

I found that if you want to enjoy the full breakfast experience, you have to get down there very early, otherwise you get whatever is available. There are a lot of workers who stay there and they are hefty breakfast users. Also, they get up early, sooooo too bad for us!

As soon as we pulled up, there’s a sign on the door to pull open cause sliding doors were broken. Went to go check in and they gave us the wrong room, booked a king and was given 2 queens. Told front desk and she kind of argued a bit and said we would have to come back cause they would need to clean a room. Came back 2 hours later and got the right room. Website is wrong when it comes to breakfast, says you get Start the day right with a free hot breakfast, featuring sausage, scrambled eggs, tater tots, and more. That is all wrong. It is a continental but they don’t ever put enough food or they don’t have it. We went down at 10am and there was nothing left, no milk for cereal, no toast, nothing. Only good thing about this place is their hot tub and pool. Beds are hard and squeaky. Will never be back.

They advertised pool, hot tube, steam room and continental breakfast! Pool was empty, hot tub dirty and so full of chemical burnt your eyes and water cloudy, steam room not working and had a shop vac stored in it. Pails in hallway collecting water from leaks front automatic door not working and did not bother to fix it in 3 days, had sign on it saying please open it and close it when coming and going, ( which is very handy when hands are full of luggage). Housekeeping poor! Breakfast ok. Rooms airy, beds comfortable.

Very nice spacious and clean rooms. Check in and out were quick and easy. Had a continental breakfast that was grab and go, not alot of options(toast, cold cereal, yogurt) but hot coffee. The area is a bit noisy, close to the road, and could hear lots of outside noisys and hallway noise, but otherwise great hotel. Would stay again

The check-in and check-out went well, with very courteous staff. The front desk supported and advertised for the local restaurants. The rooms were huge and kept clean. The only let down, was that you were not allowed to eat your breakfast in the room, due to lack of staff.

My key card did not work on one of the outside door so I went to the desk and asked the person there if there was a problem with the key or door. I was told that he did not know. I asked if he could reprogram my key and he did. I asked if it would work now and I was told he did not know. No offer to help at all. The next day my key card did not work on my room door and had to go to desk again and ask them about it. They said I must have d
one something to the key. They reprogrammed it . I was never offered an apology or to help me by checking to make sure the keys would work.

Red water in a very small town, everything closes by 10 pm. When we arrived it was just 10 pm and there was nothing I could get my 4 kids to eat. I asked the guy at the front desk if they had a bank machine which they didn’t. I was able to pay them 20 on debit (which the front desk worker didn’t seem very happy about) to get 20 in change for the vending machine for food. The next morning we were obviously excited for breakfast because candy and chips for dinner

Awesome, clean, comfy, nicely equipped hotel.
The room was large, very clean, and had everything I could need. Only negative thing to mention is my room had a lot of hallway noise. That is expected as I was out on the first floor and there was a hockey tournament nearby. So foot traffic to the pool was past my door. There was loud furnace and ice maker sounds as well. It was a little annoying having to turn the tv up every time the furnace kicked on and then back down when it turned off.
Breakfast was standard but a definite bonus.

Rooms were nice need to maybe clean under edges of the bed and under the dressers etc. Went looking for a lost sock and found all kinds of treats :)
Staff were courteous and helpful! Too bad there isn't a restaurant in the hotel.
