The rooms are decent size, but the hotel looks old and has a stale smell. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty and smelled awful. ( only one large and one small towel was given) Asked for clean ones and received the same- full of stains and with a bad odour.
The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned ( had to wipe the seat before using it)

This is a great hotel. In the large suites, there are 2 shower heads. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. One of my favorite places to stay. Even a mall with a food court next door. I recommend staying here if you are in campo grande area. Even outside Rio heavy traffic.

Recentemente me hospedei neste hotel e a experiência foi bastante positiva de forma geral. Desde a chegada, a recepção foi cordial e eficiente, com funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as solicitações. O check-in ocorreu de maneira rápida e organizada, o que já proporcionou uma boa primeira impressão. As instalações do hotel são bem cuidadas e transmitem sensação de conforto, com áreas comuns limpas, decoração agradável e ambientes que favorecem o descanso. O quarto atendeu plenamente às expectativas, oferecendo espaço adequado, cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas e de boa qualidade, além de um sistema de climatização eficiente. O banheiro, por sua vez, estava higienizado, contava com chuveiro de boa pressão e amenidades suficientes para uma estadia tranquila.

O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos, com boa variedade de itens, incluindo opções de pães, frutas, sucos e pratos quentes. A reposição era constante e o atendimento da equipe do restaurante também se destacou. Outro aspecto positivo foi a localização do hotel, próxima a pontos de interesse, restaurantes e meios de transporte, o que facilitou bastante os deslocamentos. Dessa vez não foi tão bom. Deu problema no cano de água quente, tivemos que tomar banho a noite e pela manhã com água fria. Meu secador e da minha amiga queimaram e não sabemos como, ligamos na tomada certa ,110. Café também achei muito desorganizado,poucas mesas , e o café dessa vez estava muito fraquinho. Já fiquei outras vezes e pretendo ficar em setembro,.mas dessa vez deixaram a desejar

Não gostei. As toalhas estavam muito velhas sujas e manchadas. A roupa de cama estava rasgada e manchada. O ar condicionado não funcionou e por duas vezes ligamos na recepção solicitando auxílio falaram que iriam no quarto para verificar mas depois de uma hora ninguém apareceu e tivemos que dormir no calor sem poder abrir a janela porque tinha muito barulho que vem dos carros na rodovia em frente, e por fim o café da manhã estava muito simples.

Parece decair no aspecto limpeza.

Já havia me hospedado anteriormente. O atendimento e o conforto são condizentes com um hotel que parece ser usado apenas por hóspedes a trabalho, portanto menos exigentes. Em resumo, sem criticas a esses dois pontos. Mas a limpeza parece ter relaxado. Os elevadores tinham uma aparencia horrível, com revestimento interno que parecia nao ser limpo há tempo. Ainda é bom, mas já foi melhor...

Já nos hospedamos nesse hotel a bastante tempo e costumava ser muito bom, o melhor da região. Após a pandemia percebemos uma queda na qualidade da manutenção. A limpeza no nosso quarto estava boa, mas o mesmo não aconteceu nos corredores. O atendimento por parte dos funcionários é excelente, os amenities de banho também, mas a estrutura está deixando a desejar. Toalhas gastas, o frigobar não estava funcionando (foi trocado no dia seguinte), fronhas com manchas e lençol com um furo. O café da manhã continua bom. Dessa vez não jantamos no hotel, optamos por jantar fora (há restaurantes e lanchonetes no shopping ao lado) ou pedir comida, mas costumava ser bom.

Hotel bem localizado, com bom serviço de atendimento, tanto no check-in, check-out e restaurante. No entanto, a manutenção do quarto, pelo menos o que ficamos, estava precária, com filtro ar condicionado aparentando sujeira e mofo nas paredes, principalmente no banheiro. Não foi uma experiência agradável, infelizmente.

Precisa melhorar

O Hotel tem uma estrutura e localização boas, porém precisa melhorar o atendimento aos hóspedes. Quando estavamos lá tinha um evento acontecendo, onde todas as vagas (e até onde não era vaga), ficaram ocupadas e eu que estava hospedada fiquei sem lugar para colocar o carro. E a resposta do recepcionista foi: não posso fazer nada. No café da manhã a reposição das coisas e utensílios é muito demorada (fomos em 2 horarios diferentes, as 7 h e as 9h e o problema foi o mesmo). Também percebemos o restaurante muito sujo. O quarto é confortável, mas as toalhas estavam com cheiro ruim e o lençol rasgado. O hotel precisa prestar atenção nos detalhes para tornar a hospedagem cada vez mais agradável e feliz para seus hóspedes.

Ótima opção em Itaguaí

Já me hospedei várias vezes nesse hotel, mas foi a primeira vez depois da pandemia. O bom atendimento continua. O café-da-manhã é bom e começa cedo; também gostei do jantar (saboroso, bem servido e preço razoável) Como problemas eu relato apenas um pequeno vazamento no box (ap.710) e que na chegada havia apenas uma toalha de banho para o casal (tivemos que pedir e esperar). Acredito que com o tempo tudo voltará ao padrão de excelência que era habitual. Como sugestão, aproveitando que o quarto que tem um bom tamanho.eu pediria uma outra cadeira (ou poltrona).

Já fiquei no hotel algumas vezes. A equipe é bastante simpática e amistosa. Porém, achei que a qualidade da experiência caiu bastante.
Toalhas gastas e roupas de cama também.
Não percebi que o frigobar estava com problema na refrigeração e os alimentos que eu tinha colocado nele acabaram estragando.
O hotel estava com um volume alto de hóspedes e não estava preparado pra isso - poucas opções no café da manhã e demora na reposição de xícaras limpas e outros utensílios. Alguns hóspedes comeram em pé porque não tinham cadeiras/mesas disponíveis pra todos.
A localização é boa - da pra ir a pé no shopping que tem ao lado.
Pelo valor da diária, podiam melhorar bastante.

O blackout do quarto onde fiquei estava sujo, acumulando mofo ou algum tipo de sujeira.. estava amarelado e com manchas escuras. Bem desagradável. A reserva foi para duas pessoas e só havia uma toalha de banho no quarto. No café da manhã, os bolos eram ruins e tive a infelicidade de pegar fatias de mamão que, pelo sabor, estavam impróprias para o consumo. O sabonete líquido para lavaem das mãos fica em um dispenser fixado na parece que é bem incômodo para coletar o sabão, pois acaba vazando e cai no chão. A consistencia do sabonete líquido é muito rala, parece até que ele é diluído em água. O vaso sanitario apresentava mancha de respingos ainda, como quando está sujo. Parece que passaram um pano bem rapidamente e ficou o vestigio da sujeira. Por fim, o hotel nao tinha endredom ou uma colcha confortável e mais grossa... tinha apenas um lençol e uma manta de algodão bem fina.

Não foi boa experiência, troquei de quarto 2 vezes porque o ar não gelava por nada, fiquei uma noite inteira tomando banho para conseguir dormir, isso tudo foi relatado e por fim oferecersm o terceiro que também não estava funcionando o ar refrigerado, tivemos que fazer check-out e procurar outro local para dormir e não encontramos por causa da épica, resumo, pegamos 3h10m para chegar em Rio das Ostras para tentar descansar. Essa experiência foi terrivel. Não indico paea ninguém e além do mais a higiene deixou a desejar quarto bem sujo embaixo da cama.

Noite infeliz, pois quase não dormi

O hotel é bom Só que durante a madrugada verifiquei que o frigobar não estava funcionando e eu tinha colocado coisas lá. Ao sentir calor a noite e ligado o split, mesmo já tendo testado ao chegar no quarto, o mesmo fez grande barulho e fomos obrigados a desligar. De manhã ao reclamarmos não funcionou mais, nem conseguiram ligar. Enfim acho q precisa de manutenção o hotel, por ser grande, nós que fazemos o controle de qualidade e testamos os aparelhos Não tinha como chamar o conserto pois iríamos seguir viagem pela manhã O q achei q foi muito bom foi o atendimento dos empregados

Hospedagem boa. Café da manhã muito fraco. Solicitei por telefone um ferro de passar roupa, e a funcionária disse que eu teria que ir até a recepção pegar. Chato, pois estava com uma criança dormindo no quarto e não podia deixá-la sozinha. Ninguém levou o ferro para mim.
