The lights would go on and off on their own, safe didn’t work but they fixed it. Dirty green water around the pool. Fried eggs were cold and hard. Staff were great. Drain in shower smells bad.

A GREAT STAY!

I would LOVE to give this hotel 5 stars, but the bed was way to firm for us! If you're staying 2 nights, probably not a problem. But we stayed for 6 nights and we got less and less sleep each night. The staff is SO kind and nice at the lobby, front door, restaurant and cleaning. NOW, the cleaning is amazing! We did yoga in our room with our own mats. I clean our mats with a Clorox wipe and decided to use the wipe to clean the floor around the mats...it picked up nothing! NOTHING! The floor was spotless! I think they steam clean the floor daily! We were there for business in Sainoi that we left for daily. Each day back at the hotel it was nice to swim in the pool, eat at the restaurant, go for a wall to the mall, pick up snacks at 7/11 and of course get Thai massages at Heathland. So the location is great! Overall, this place is a 5 star rating, but I really do need more sleep from not sleeping on the FIRM bed...so 4 stars for me.

The hotel is very nice in regards to condition and facilities, but the check in desk staff let them down. I was offered an invoice for additional nights stayed which were paid in cash, and I’m still waiting for it. I asked the staff on multiple occasions and still no joy. We also booked a taxi to the airport with concierge, however in the morning we found out that taxi was never booked for us.

I like the Wanda very much, but am a bit disappointed in the food quality in the restaurant. Much of the breakfast buffet is lukewarm and bland. The pork knuckle dinner which looked so grand in the advertisement, was pretty mediocre. I think it does a disservice to the Wanda to have less than stellar food, especially when Thailand is KNOWN for it's yummy food...even the fruit on the breakfast bar was tasteless and sparce. Improve that and you have a wonderful package all around!

It only takes about 20 minutes to travel from Don Mueang Airport but there is no BTS (I think it is under construction) so it is not too convenient if you want to go about like other parts of Bangkok. However, as I just wanted to relax and go for a show at the nearby shopping mall, this hotel perfectly serves my purposes. The hotel itself is clean and comfy and hotel staff are quite helpful.

I'm holiday traveler that stayed for one night. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and the staff was very friendly, going so far as to offer a cool refreshing juice upon my arrival. My request for for a king bed, however, there was a king bed and a twin in my room, odd but not a problem. The bed was very firm so the only reason i slept was from pure exhaustion after 20+ hours of air travel - it offered limited comfort. The room on the other hand was very clean and the bathroom had great shower pressure. The TV offered limited English speaking channels but again, it was a short stay. I needed assistance with the room lights and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding with made to order omlettes, mini waffles a great fruit and bread selection. If your in for just a night and need a room near DMK I would recommend. I have a bad back so unfortunately I can't have a firm bed.

Some front desk staff must hate their work environment. We live in Thailand but travel extensively throughout the country and its one of the few unwelcoming experiences we get. The staff should spend a few hours watching the front desk at the Novotel Impact in motion.

This is likely down to the local management not the staff themselves

Nice Hotel in Pak-Ret. Just opposite from Central Plaza Shopping and not far from Government and Don Mueng Airport. Should expand breakfast selection a bit but breakfast service and hospitality was beyond excellent. Overall, nice hotel and excellent service!!!

Modern hotel in Nonthaburi

Wanda Grand Hotel is recommended if one is visiting the Pak Kret Nonthaburi area. It’s clean, the staff are attentive and the area is safe. I found the Thai dishes served at the Vivandi Restaurant to be reasonably priced and very tasty.

Across the street is a Central Mall and nearby is Health Land, a spa where one can get a 2-hr massage for just 600 Baht.

Going to Bangkok city especially during rush hours wilk cost between 350 - 400 Baht.

The hotel is very clean. I think it is the cleanest hotel in that area. The staff at the door are always a pleasure to be around. The front counter staff not so much. There customer service is awful and they have the worst attitudes. It’s mostly the women. They always treat me as if I should or be in the hotel. When it comes to other races I have seen them be very helpful and polite. I am a black American with a Thai fiancé and I am guessing it’s something they do not approve of. The food and drinks are very good. The rooms are spacious. The beds are hard as rocks and the worst. The shower can never hold the right temperature so prepare to get burned. I think that was my last stay there. I used to stay there mostly because of the price but they have raised the price per night now. That was my 5 time staying in that hotel. I spent a total of about 49 days there.

The hotel is fairly new and was very quiet. About 15-25 minutes from Don Mueang airport depending on traffic. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide a shuttle transfer to the airport, unlike many other Best Western hotels, so allow for the cost of a taxi.

I arrived at 1:00 am and left at 10:30 am and wish I could have stayed longer. Everything was terrific but highlights include a large stall shower and a great buffet breakfast (not included in room charge). Wifi worked well, staff were eager to please and I wanted to visit the pool. Near airport and some shopping. Rates are low for the value received.
