The room was huge for 4 people (family) and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and good choices. They are even serve in portion! Very good idea during this pandemic.

Nice little spot

It was a nice hotel with a lot of things/destinations around. Parking was a little tricky but once you know where to go, no problem. Wished the windows opened further because when it gets warm, you really need that fresh air.

We were in Holstebro for a wedding so not really the place to stay unless you have a reason- bit v sweet little town. The hotel was welcoming and had a good check in. Rooms are spacious and clean. I would ask for a room over looking the back as noise from late night revellers was slightly intrusive at the front. Breakfast was fresh and good but not special. Overall a good 3 star hotel

Heel erg gehorig, alle vloeren zijn van hout en daar hebben ze ook nog eens harde vloer bekleding opgezet. Er liggen oordopjes op de nachtkastjes maar als je die in moet doen, slaapt dat niet lekker en je hoort je wekker niet meer. Dus heel vreemd voor een Best Western hotel.

Lidt snusket værelse hvor rengøringen på ingen både var som forventet. Lamperne var støvet og elkedlen fyldt med støv. Det eneste der var gjort rent var gulv og sengetøj (heldigvis).Til trods for at de havde skruet priserne helt op pga. påske og Holstebrocup levede det ikke op til forventningerne. Slidt værelse, men med en flot udsigt. Morgenmaden var fin.

Super sødt personale ved check-in, er hjalp da jeg ikke umiddelbart kunne finde mit reservationsnummer. Super lækkert og dejligt værelse med udsigt over storåen, rigtig flot udsigt at gå i seng til dejlig morgenmad, og super rar check-ud. Hvis man skal pege på et lille minus var det måske de manglende klip-klap'er. men ellers en ***** (5 stjernet) ophold som jeg helt sikkert vil gentage hvis / når jeg skal til Holstebro igen.

Deilig frukost , veldig koselig personale. Miljøvennlig, da en henger ut lapp dersom en vil ha rengjøring på rommet. Vi fikk et glass vin ved velkomst, veldig hyggelig mottagelse.Koselig liten bar med uteplass under tak.

Kritisabel værelsesservice

Under vores ophold på hotellet blev det ikke oplyst ved check-in, at man aktivt skulle hænge et skilt på døren for at få gjort værelset rent. Denne information stod udelukkende i det skriftlige materiale på værelset og blev altså ikke nævnt af personalet. Resultatet var, at vores værelse ikke blev gjort rent. Hotellet tager dog fuld pris – uanset om man modtager rengøring eller ej. Det virker både uprofessionelt og urimeligt, og det efterlader et indtryk af, at man spekulerer i at spare rengøringsudgifter på gæsternes bekostning. Penge lige i lommen på hotellet – og under al kritik.

Skøn miniferie

Vi opdagede en perle. Best Western Royal Holstebro er et fantastisk hyggeligt hotel i Holstebro. Det føltes hyggeligt lige fra vi ankom og det er rart at føle sig \"hjemme\".
Fik tips til tur rundt i Holstebro, som skulle prøves og sidst på eftermiddagen bød de på et glas vin i den hyggelige lille bar.
Værelserne var hyggeligt indrettet ligesom resten af hotellet. Der var rent overalt.
Personalet var smilende og nærværende og meget hjælpsomme.
Morgenmaden er fantastisk, der er stor lækker buffet og der er kræset om maden.
Kan klart anbefales. Nu skal vi bare finde på en undskyldning til at komme til Holstebro igen.

Overordnet rigtig fin oplevelse, og et fint hotel, med rigtig venligt personale og god placering i forhold til byen, som ligger lige om hjørnet. Stort værelse med to enkeltsenge, et skrivebord og bad med badekar, ikke nymoderne,men mere hjemligt. Der var mulighed for at lave kaffe/te, minibar med selvbetjening på gangen og ellers drikkevarer, slik/chips på værelset mod betaling - rigtig lækkert økologisk morgenmad med hjemmelavet marmelade, og god spiseplads - hotellet er godt placeret i byen og med alt indenfor rækkevidde, fantastisk godt personale der løste enhver henvendelse med det samme - tak for forlænget weekend 🙂

Den søvnløse nat...

Hotellet og værelset var fint og god morgenmad, undrede os over hvorfor der var 2 sæt ørepropper på værelset ved ankomst, det var så fordi der var et discotek på den anden side af gaden som larmede hele natten for åbnede døre, så ikke muligt at få sovet hvilket bestemt ikke giver plusser, og de jo tydligt vidste det siden der var anbragt ørepropper...
