It was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast included scrambled eggs. The only issueI had was probably not the hotel’s fault, but there was some very loud people near my room. The front desk guy did go down and make them shut up.

The breakfast menu was decent, basic food you would get from the Walmart freezer section. The selection was limited compared to other Comfort Inns we've been to. Cups for coffee are very small. The A/C was not reliable. Warm, then if we turned it down it was freezing. The WiFi was awful. We had to go through the process of 'signing in' every 10-15 minutes. Very frustrating. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were like putting your head on nothing.

The quiet time was not enforced. Residents began yelling at one another in the hallway at 5:30 in the morning. Our window was soaped over for some reason? We couldn’t see anything outside, and Blairsville is a scenic town. Bed OK, not very comfortable.

our sleep was interrupted twice during the night by the smoke alarm screaming as the battery was dead. I called the front desk to report it. She came down and replaced the battery. The second time the staff person asked me if I could replace the battery as she could not get on the step ladder. I had a real hard time getting back to sleep after that.

Hotel looks like it is under Renovations from the exterior. There was no hot water either night I stayed. They claimed they were ordering and replacing a new water heater. The freezer had defrosted when I checked in and the drip tray was full. Air conditioning worked well on high but on low it did not appear to work very well creating a musty smell in the room. The bathtub trickled and the faucet was extremely difficult to operate. There is only one microwave located in the dining area for use of everyone in the hotel. You will have to wait your turn if you need to heat anything. There is a small coffee maker in the room but it looks kind of gross. One positive notice the breakfast sausage was good.

This hotel is not terrible or good. Weird smell throughout, outside is not anything like the online photos. The place is old and maintenance could be so much better. There is no such thing as free breakfast; it is included and it is not appetizing. This property does not reflect the price. Cannot recommend.

There was a bad smell as soon as I entered the lobby. The room felt damp the entire stay, even my hair wouldn't curl because of the dampness. The bathroom needs to be updated, and the toilet, tub and sink seems to be for people of short stature. Certainly not worth 200.00 a night, not worth half that.

The shower had rust stains. The bed was too hard. And the breakfast, which started at 630a, had almost nothing left at 7a. The cereal had crumbs in flakes container and then fruit loops. There was almost no bread for toast. The muffins were stale. There were 4 containers of high sugar mixed fruit yogurt and the juice was a mixture of pear and apple.

Clean, convenient, quiet. This is an older hotel and they are renovating, it hasn’t disrupted our stays at all. The only negative thing we’ve experienced is the sink and bathtub doesn’t always drain the best. When that happens we let the staff know.

There are some construction going on at or around the hotel so there was construction stuff but nothing really inconvenient. Staff was pleasant. Just a little slow in getting this checked in. Blairsville was a nice town with plenty of restaurants and close to beautiful state parks.

The staff was not so friendly.
There was no hot breakfast left 20 minutes before the time for breakfast expired. The lady was just sitting in the kitchen area. I asked for eggs and sausage and she said breakfast ended at 9:30 am. I asked her what time it was and it was 9:12 am. She seemed perturbed that I asked her so we went without breakfast. She was rude and appeared to me that she could care less. The free breakfast is a factor when I choose a hotel.

Centrally located

This hotel was very centrally located in Blairsville. The beds were comfortable and there were eggs and sausage as well as bread and pastry options for breakfast. Just beware we stayed in a king bed room and being that the hotel is a bit older, but nicely remodeled the one thing that didn’t get updated is that the toilets are low to the ground as well as the toilet paper holder being about 12 inches from the floor, so it’s a bit awkward of a reach and getting up and down and I’m only 5’1”, so I could imagine someone taller would struggle and may need to stay in an handi-accessible room.

Get to breakfast as soon as it starts

The back of the hotel looks like it is being remodeled or had storm damage. The building is older, but the inside was clean and pleasant. The elevator was questionable so we didn’t use it after the first trip up. The pool area was nice. The pool is not heated (I add this because I couldn’t find mention of it). The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We had adequate pillows, towels, hair dryer and etc. items. The room didn’t have a microwave but did have a small refrigerator. The bathtub strips didn’t extend to the end of the tub so it was slippery. The only thing that really disappointment me was that staff wouldn’t bring out any other items out. We came down 50 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and the only option was waffles, cereal and small store bought muffins. Our family and several after us were not able to have any eggs or sausage etc. I saw the last of the fruit, bagels and oatmeal taken as soon as we approached. When I asked about the possibility of more food the staff lady was snippy and said there would be no more because breakfast was almost over. Wouldn’t even give us bread or more fruit or anything. She was busy putting stuff up so we left it alone.

We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to all local restaurants and attractions.

The hotel is nice and my room was very clean. For the most part it was pretty quiet. Noise didn’t last long. Didn’t check out the pool because of arriving late and the trip was only for one night to attend a funeral.

Horrible service

I was in Blairsville Comfort Inn. I was in room 237. There was noise loud noise all night started around 5:30 when I got in and they didn’t do nothing for me. I feel like someone called me back or something after I complain to the front desk. Couldn’t sleep all night. It was horrible. I looked outside my window, and it was a broken downspout that was banging on the wall through the wind Ness. Something else was hanging by a wire that was hitting my window. I have videos video audio everything of this and no one helps me. I will not be back.

The property was fine for a hotel at this price point. The bathroom was in good condition and quite clean. The bad was a little squishy for my taste and the television didn’t work. The hallway was noisy, could hear lots of chatter from the rooms, but the room itself was quiet. Possibly this was due to the fact that our room was on the end of the building. I aside from the TV not working , which interferes with our plan to watch football, it was just okay.

Great room. Clean all around. Indoor pool. Check in was easy and fast. Disability room was spacious and has a doorbell that lights up for hard of hearing. Coffee 24/7 in dining room. Fridge in room. Shower tub has a board for sitting instead of standing. Very nice stay.

Ok..needed to do laundry but detergent dispenser was broke. First front desk person didn’t know where any was but morning person found some immediately and provided me. Stick not fixed after I mentioned it to them. Overall though, decent stay.
