We had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel.
While the expedia website advertises the property as pet-friendly, it does not clarify during the booking process that only certain rooms accommodate pets. Consequently, after driving for over 10 hours, we arrived exhausted only to be informed at 11:00 PM that our pre-booked room was not pet-friendly.
Despite explaining that this policy was not specified at the time of booking, the staff provided no assistance. The manager, showed a complete lack of empathy or willingness to resolve the situation. As a result, we were forced to drive an additional hour and a half late at night to find alternative accommodations.
Due to this poor customer service and misleading information, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Rooms reek of musty mold/mildew smell. So bad we had to leave immediately and could not stay.
David
The pillows were bad. All very thin and the hot water took forever to come onbut was very hot after like 5 minutes
Dale
The room was clean snd comfortable. I got a good nights sleep. My only wish is that you add in charging stations to replace those lamps.
I would stay here again.

Parking was good , front desk person was nice the room was a little outdated and the mini fridge was dirty inside but other than that this hotel was not bad at all .

Ants were all over the walls and the room smelled like cigarettes

Worst stay of my life. A family with a two year old was next door. That baby cried and stomped all damn night. The housekeeper never came to clean my room so I went to them and got fresh towels but they didn't have enough. Last but not least it was a bear on the side of the hotel 😂
Susana
Room was dirty, sheets and chair had stains
Michael
The sink was instantly clogged and the A/C shut on and off all night and was loud.

Complimentary items such as tissues, soaps and breakfast was in short supply. Bed was clean but the floor could have been seeeped and vacuumed

Immediately upon checking in there was German roaches in our room. We were switched to another room where my daughter woke up with bug bites all over her!
Dilia
There where roaches in the room

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly desk agents both check in and out. Came to breakfast at 8:30 (open until 9) and there were no hot items refilled in the buffet, so I had cereal.

We were kinda in a bind, our kitchen caught on fire, and needed a place to stay. We had our little chihuahua with us and with all this going on, the Best Western turned out to be just what we needed. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was wonderful. And our stay was as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for all the wonderful help and thank you for a wonderful stay.

Needs blackout curtains and doors had large gaps on the bottom. You could see peoples feet walking by and the light from the hallway underneath the door.
Unable to get a good night sleep.

Great staff!!! Room was clean!! Breakfast was also good.

Booked a double bed room and after an 8 hour drive arriving at midnight, our party was told we would have to take a king room with one bed instead. After 20 minutes of back and forth, they suddenly “found” the double room we originally booked. Very frustrating after traveling all day.
The room itself was clean, but the breakfast experience was terrible. Food was not being restocked, tables were not being cleaned, and the staff showed very little urgency or effort. Overall, the stay was not worth the hassle because of the poor customer service and lack of attention from the staff.

Great Stay, With A Great Staff! The desk clerk was great, I forgot his name, but he was very accommodating.

I've stayed here multiple times and have never had an issue. Always clean, the staff has always been friendly.

Property was clean and room was clean. Pillows, bedding and towels were just average. Air conditioning didn’t work well.

Convenient area, near interstate and food. Place was bright and parking is safe. It’s a refurb hotel and was inexpensive for one night. In future, I’ll pay more. My room smelled like fresh paint and stale cigarette, which I think was from the a/c unit filter from before refurb. I could hear all the conversations in room next door. The door had to be pulled hard/slammed to fully close. Towels were sand paper. The deposit for “incidentals” was more than the room cost. It’s not listed on Hotels.com. It’s a hundred bucks. The check in staff announced my room number at checkin. Which is not safe. I found it hard to sleep and left after 6 hrs.

Great location. Easy access. Fast, friendly service.
Cole
Clean rooms, easy and fast check in, staff was friendly.
Beds were a little more firm that I prefer but for a one night stay it was perfect.
NO ELEVATOR- not an issue for us but could be for others.

We had an excellent stay as a one night stop on a long trip. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was comfortable and well-maintained. Everything made for a smooth and relaxing experience—we would definitely stay here again.

No heat in the room and hen temperatures outside were in the low thirties. This is not unique to Best Western. Unfortunately, I have experienced out of service or malfunctioning heaters in budget motels throughout Florida. They refuse to spend money on repairing heaters because they assume they will seldom need them, until there is a cold snap and they do. These hotels are overpriced tip offs.
Tim
Love this property great place to stay, especially for the price beds are so comfortable
Peyton
The room and overall property were very clean, and day staff were excellent! My only complaint is that room cleaning did not take care of our towels, and when I went to the night ladies’s desk she did not immediately fix the issue and requested I bring down our dirty towels to replace them. Which is fine, but she was not very friendly overall. So outside of lack of room cleaning and the night crew I really enjoyed my stay.
Derrick
only one problem . Electric car chargers installed in the prkinglo wih foodlights facing the hotel..the shades don't properly cover the windows, leting in to much light in the room all night.
Eli
The front desk was rude. The cleaning staff arrived early and entered the room without announcing herself.
Martin L.
Staff friendliness at check in.
Raul
Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. Highly recommended location.
Craig
Room was spacious, very clean & comfortable
Jaslyn
No cleaning services even tho we told the front staff and when we removed the privacy tag for a whole day, we still came to a dirty room with no towel refills
Ed
NO water in the building due to plumbing issues. Front desk was trying to be accommodating by offering bottle water. No refund or discount being offered by manager at time of check out.
moises
The hotel was nice, clean, cozy probably the best option in the area
HEIDI
Small room. Faucet in tub was about to fall off. Had to hold it to pull up button to get shower to come on. Went to breakfast, opened waffle maker and there was a partial waffle molded in it. We told front desk, she came over and said yeah you’re not supposed to use that one. We said, don’t you think you should take it away, put sign on it or CLEAN it. Coffee tasted like they just kept same pot from day before. After first day never went to good area again. Will NEVER stay there again.
Amie
The only rhing nice about the hotel was the staff and the breakfast. The walls in the room are paper thin and you can everything next door. The hot water in the shower did not work. The smoke detector light flashed very bright every minute. The fan on the A/C unit would not stay on even when prompted on the control panel. I will not be staying Best Western again.
Brad
Check in staff was very helpful and friendly & the room was clean
