When I went to check in the housekeeping told me that there was nobody at the desk and that I should come back in about 4 hours. So I went to the graduation that I was in town for and went back later. The desk clerk was extremely rude and so stoned he couldn’t even log into his computer. He also cussed at me repeatedly and then told me he was just doing what Jesus told him. He gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned then another that was already occupied. He told us we could stay in the dirty room for free. When I said I didn’t want to stay he said F me that he was probably going to get fired anyway because he had let so many people without reservations stay. I guess that’s why they didn’t have my room.

The manager/owner was too busy partying with his teenaged friends to handle the noise complaints all night long two nights in a row and was too hungover the next day to handle guests complaints. Terrible experience. Expedia won't help us either.

Manager promised us after the first night that those partying guests had left and wouldn't be staying there the second night. We later discovered they were his friends and he was drinking with them. The cops were called and came out multiple times, but they just started right back up again. The second night was even worse, almost like they were being spiteful after knowing it was keeping my pregnant wife and baby up all night. Yelling, fighting, running around, throwing luggage down the hall, running, stomping, bouncing off the walls, cussing at other guests from 9pm to 6am. At one point they were trying to get into our room.

The manager originally mentioned offering a discount for the trouble, but when we asked him to do it he said he couldn't. Expedia also won't do anything.

Room was subpar, but that was to be expected for the price. The room door lock didn't work, our keys didn't work and we had to get help multiple times, the bathtub and sink didn't have stoppers, we had to ask for clean towels multiple times before we finally got them, continental breakfast was oatmeal and cereal but no accessories or anything else. Our feet were black after walking on the room floors.

The bed was really comfortable. The water pressure and temperature was great. The door didn't have a good seal on it. So you could hear anyone outside the door. You could also see light coming in from outside the door. The bed base curtain had stains on it. It looked a little gross. The price here was really good.

The room was severely neglected. The deadbolt lock was broken. There was trash on the floor. The tables had not been wiped off, and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was a constant beep coming from the hallway that kept me up all night. The bedskirt was torn. The refrigerator and ice machine were broken. I will never stay there again.

I always was told if you can't say anything good about something, it's best to say nothing, but in this instance I will, Air conditioner cycled on and off like a jet taking off
Sodium vapor security light right outside the bedroom window was a nice touch since some of the lights in the room didn't work, so it made it easy to use the bathroom at night, The bathroom was clean enough ,and had plenty of hot water, although rolling out of the valley of the mattress was challenging.Not enough outlets, stairs to the second floor, the room itself seemed clean enough, but the whole place could use a remodel into the 21st century.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at this motel. The room was was comfortable and well equipped with everything i needed. The bed was cozy, the linens fresh and overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering friendly service and quick responses to any requests. I had a problem with the door lock initially but the maintenance guy fixed that issue.

Room and inside of hotel were clean. Hotel is close to several food options. Both fast food and sit down. Room was missing washclothes, hot water did not turn on at sink, walls around tub show signs of black mold, and the upper landing of stair case is weak/unstable. Also, bed cover had several rips in it.

The only thing that was nice is the front desk person. The room was run down . No fridge, No hair dryer, no clock. no phone to call front desk. The bedspread had a visible white stain on it, The dust ruffle had a 1 foot tear in it just hanging down. The t.v. and microwave were not plugged in and had to move bed to plug in t.v. when doing so man from front desk found a 2 ft long box sealed under bed and put in the chr to leave there. t.v. remote did not turn t.v. off had to get up to do so.The small chest top drawer was broken and top drawer would fall out on you. The bathroom had what looked like to be mold on shower ceiling and over vent. All painting in bathroom was shoddy and chipped. also we found trash and articles under bed like dirty sock ,baby pacifier etc. the sink was a vanity so very small for items to put up. the dead bolt on our door did not work. There was no working smoke alarm just wires hanging. Complimentary breakfast was toast, bagel coffee or cereal, all carbs. All in all a terrible place to stay. we were there for a graduation so in a hurry to change and go. we paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 and went to Hampton with my daughter instead. Front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating when the first room had a bed that was full of hair.

The second room was only a bit better and very little cleaning had occurred in that one too but the sheets were clean. Hair piles in the corners, toilet ring, shower had soap stains all over it. pretty rough place. There was someone sleeping in the lobby when I came out in the morning at 6am and a shopping cart with someone's stuff just outside the front door????

It was discussing there was pee in the toilet, food in the fridge and spills in the fridge hair everywhere, it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. It look as if someone had layed on the bed,the pillows were just tossed on them, the floors were dirty i kept stepping on pieces of idk what, thankfully the only thing that looked cleaned was the sheets, i had o choice but to stay as i had an appointment to be at soon and didnt have time or the money to find something else.

I don’t recommend this property, surrounding this building is very dark and shady. You can literally smell marijuana and motel is very old, all walls are dirty and feels like falling down.. bed frame and mattress are very old which you don’t feel like sleeping at all.. forget about bedsheets I literally went to Walmart to buy throws and comforters for the night. There was no lock on the door too, I was worried that someone might open the door at night.

The room was filthy, with trash and debris on the unswept floor. The tops of furniture were sticky from previous guests’ spilled drinks. The towels had not been replenished and the 2 towels in the bathroom were visibly dirty. The bed was straightened up but the sheets had not been changed. The TV was broken, having been vandalized by a previous guest and neither repaired nor replaced, and the WiFi was too weak for me to stream anything on my own device. Had this not been a prepaid and non refundable booking I would have demanded a refund and gone elsewhere. You would be better off sleeping in your car rather than staying here.

This is the 2nd Rodeway Inn that we’ve stayed in. Like the rating Ive given on our first Rodeway inn, 1 star. The only amenities that we like is the ac. Everything is crap. Dirty floor. The trays with the coffee maker, even the coffee maker is dirty. Bathroom is dirty. Towels with stains. They have bed bugs too!! How would Choice Hotels allow them to operate with this kind of standard. As a paying customer we expect that rooms given to us is clean. Please Choice Hotels, check your hotel branches and make sure they are clean.

The hotel was filthy and infested with bugs. The shots had stains and other people’s hair on them. The bugs were in the bed and the bathroom was disgusting! I had to but my own pillow and but towels because theirs were gross! I also had to sanitize and clean it the toilet was so dirty it had a black ring around it in the inside of it. The worse hotel I have ever been in! I would not be recommending this to nobody and neither should you!

First off the tv kept going in and out. It was a little noisy, heard workers from somewhere in the hall leaving for their work at like 5 am. It woke me up. The coffee pot I plugged it in to the lamp outlets and it didn't work, no outlets by the coffee pot itself. Also, the towel rack fell off when I grabbed for a towel off of it.
