No way this is a four star hotel , the prices are though !
No swimming pool , no conference rooms and the hotel room size are smaller than in japan . No dresser either . Don’t get the all inclusive because food , while looking good , isn’t worthed ! There a better options in the park ! Not recommended!

The weather window to hike Las Torres was a day ahead of our booking date so we drove there to ask to check in 1 day earlier. The staff was super friendly and allowed us to change our reservation. Wow! Thank you ! We had a beautiful hike . Couldn’t ask more better weather.

Great service and wonderful scenery

We had a great time on our stay. From our first stop at the checkin desk when Gabriel brought us welcome juice to all of the help he provided from the guest services desk - very knowledgeable. That first day we had dinner and Martin was our main server - equally amazing service. We needed that cheerful smile after our long day of travel to the site. Martin continued to be a highlight of our meals and Gabriel was always there to help. We really enjoyed the horseback riding too.
As far as nature, it goes without saying. You can't beat the landscape. We drop to Lago Grey. Glad we didn't choose that as the hotel. :)

Probably one of the best boutique hotels in South America. Winery based hotel in an old mansion with an incredible park and grounds. We were very, very pleasantly surprised. If we ever come to Chilie again it will be because of this hotel.

I am glad I stayed here. Food was excellent, easy to trail access. It was a trek carrying luggage back to the welcome center to catch a small bus out and had to pay even though I stayed there. Room was quiet and staff was helpful. Chef for breakfast was a total joy. Very clean, but I got the impression that some of the room needed updates or maybe that was in progress (no wall decor, tv missing - not that I care about either).

Amazing vacation

We loved our stay. The location is excellent. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. Their food is pretty food and the drinks excellent. Amazing scenery. It was very functional in a place that is remote and difficult to reach, but we were comfortable and happy. If you are going to that part of the world and expect every amenity, then you are probably traveling to the wrong destination. We were visiting here on our way back from Antarctica and had an amazing adventure.

Great location, poor rooms.

We stayed here for one night in order to walk the trail to las Torres. Location wise, the hotel is perfect - and the restaurant and bar were both great. However, we were really disappointed with the room, especially given the price paid. Small, with thin walls so we could hear everything from next door, including our neighbours getting up at 5am.

Perfect location esp for doing the hike

Great location and service. This hotel is a must stay if one plans to do the Torres Paine base hike as the hike starts from there. Agreed, the condition could be improved but we were for the hike, and the location was excellent and the food, service was not bad considering it’s in the middle of a national park. Would totally recommend

The property is in the center of the park. Important trails start from the Hotel. Nice breakfast. Bit expensive, but well worth if you plan to hike Mirador del Torres. TDP park is 1-2 hours from Puerto Natales, not easy to commute if you plan multiple days in TDP.

Great location for Base of Towers but overpriced

Great location as it is the start point for the hike to the Base of the Towers, but as it’s the only hotel in the area it’s overpriced.
Rooms are quite basic, but staff were very friendly and attentive.
Restaurant uses organic vegetables grown there which is a nice touch.
Overall worth staying for 1 or 2 nights if you’re doing the hike and have the budget. It’s a tough hike (bring trekking poles) so it helps being able to start fresh and fuelled by staying at the hotel.

Can’t handle rains...

Location of the property is fantastic! There were heavy rains when we visited and potable water was cut. I realize they can’t control the weather, but for what they charge a night, they should have contingency plans for the guests. One expects things like this from a cheap hostel, not a place like this. We didn’t get the value we paid for.

Hotel Las Torres is a wonderful place. Ideally located within the park with truly excellent guides and hikes, a thoughtful and very good variety of hikes, and good food (including vegetables from an impressive garden on-site). Very nice, quiet rooms and staff who bend over backwards to help. Our only issue, which was minor compared to the fabulous pluses of this hotel, was some disorganization/attention to detail which was quickly remedied as soon as issues were pointed out. For instance, we ordered gluten-free lunches for our box lunches, but the lunches were not made using plainly gluten-containing bread; however, when we noted the error, it was promptly fixed.

Closest hotel choice to Torres base

If you are heading up to the Torres base, this is the closest place you’ll get to start your journey. Its pricey for what it is, but I guess the location demands that. Service was good and rooms good, but slightly dated.

The Best (of admittedly limited options)

We had a good stay at Hotel Las Torres - wonderful scenery, nice to strenuous hiking, and the room was fine. The value for money is up for debate, but there aren’t other hotel options, and I was happy for four walls and a bed after hiking to the Torres viewpoint.

We also ate dinner (not included) and breakfast (included) at the restaurant. Both were good.

Hotel ok..service not great

Hotel was clean and comfy enough. Good location. Food was ok but overpriced.
However, the service sucks! We left the room at 8:30 to take a few items to the car and left a couple things in the room as we were not ready to check out.... well, we came back to find the maid turning over the room. She did not speak English but would not let us back in so we were forced to pick out belongings up from a pile on the floor and go to check out. Front desk staff seemed indifered and offered that we could leave a comment about the service. Nice to be kicked out of the room prior to check out!

This a 3-Star hotel.... with 4-Star pricing... with 5-Star location..... You pay for the location, not the ammenities

Small rooms. Most staff inattentive (except for bar!).

NO cell service in the area - understandable.
WiFi is an absolute joke. Slow as Morse code, constantly dropping. For nearly $350/night, they need to fix this.
.....So, basically forget the outside world. Easy to do until you get back to the hotel!

Beautiful location and attentive staff

Stayed for 1 night after completing part of the w trek. I found all of the staff I encountered to be very courteous and helpful. It has great panoramic views of torres del Paine park. Breakfast buffet was good and the cocktails at the bar are excellent.

Torres del Paine the right way

Everything about this hotel was amazing. From coordinating excursions from the United States, to arrival, dinner at the main restaurant and bar, excursions, and friendly staff - everything was as perfect as we could imagine. We had the best time because of the staff and the extra effort to make our stay memorable. Stay multiple days if you can - it feels like another day is always a good idea, and it is!

Great location in the park

Options for staying within the national park are limited. Hotel Las Torres is near the north enteance and right on the trailhead to the base of Las Torres, an amazing hike. The room was nice. The bathroom could use remodeling. Both were clean.
We had breakfast included with our booking. There was always an excellent variety, all of it good.
Most of our meals were in the bar area where they also had many options on the menu. All of the food we had thete was excellent.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
We had a great time. I would stay there again if ever returning to Torres Del Paine.

Comfortable, great service, but quite expensive.

Very comfortable hotel. Great food in the bar and restaurant but this comes at a price. As a captive market, the prices are quite high so not the best value for money.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, with good infrastructure in the middle of Torres del Paine, ideal for those who want to hike to the base of the towers. Warm service. Very attentive staff.

I rented a car in El Calafate to drive to Torres del Paine. So I did most of the sightseeing in the Park by myself. From the excursions organized by the hotel, I went to the base of the towers and my mother went on another one called \"sendero de los lagos\". We recommend both.

OK Place, closest to the Torres

My wife liked this place better than I did. It suffered first because we'd just come from the Explora Patagonia, one of the best (and most expensive) places we've ever stayed. Las Torres just didn't have a great level of customer service, at the front desk in particular. They seemed earnest but it took them almost three days to clarify that there was no way to get around paying $390 for someone to take us to Punta Arenas. They also asked me every time how much I had been quoted, so I kept on getting the impression that there must be more than one price, but they weren't telling me. They also asked me every time if I was on an all-inclusive package or not. Seems like they should have known. Seems like they should have offered that to me at one point.

One very bright spot for us was Dany Silva, the person who arranged our horseback rides and hikes. She was excellent! Also, the chef was inventive and the food was generally very good.

Mixed feelings, but great dinners

There are not many places to stay in Torres del Paine National Park, hence the offers dictate the prices, which are ridiculously high - in our case, USD 438 per night for a small triple room with a small bathroom, everything in somewhat worn condition. Noise from the corridor can be heard VERY well in the room. At least the breakfast buffet is good, and the dinners - which you pay extra, at ca. USD 33 for a three-course meal - are absolutely excellent. This compensates a bit for our most negative experience, the presence of bugs (fleas or heteroptera) in one bed - my wife got stung (or bitten) 30+ times. By the time we realized what was going on, we were about to check out, unfortunately.

Location, location, location

The hotel is nice but it's really all about the location here. We used this as a gearing up point before we started the W hike. We were able to leave our car parked there while we hiked. They even offered to store stuff while we were hiking. The view from the main lodge was spectacular! The only problem with the room we stayed in was that it always became too warm but it was difficult to cool down because of the window arrangement (and the wind). The bed was very comfy though!

Excellent hotel near the entrance to the Park

The hotel is one of the few high end ones in the park area.

If you are visiting in the high season note that they can be very particular about not checking in before the standard check in time because of the large population of stayers. It happened to us as we reached at 10am in the morning, and they said we could not check in till 2pm. However they have a luggage storage area so we checked our luggage, got packed lunch boxes which were really nice and head out on our hike. We came back in the evening, and they gave us our keys. Rooms was decent size, had good views, and were very comfortable beds and storage cabinets. Since this was a pampering experience i think it is a great hotel to do stay in towards the end of the trip to unwind. They also have a great breakfast buffet, a nice bar that also serves decent food, and a full fledged restaurant. The other cool aspect was they had in the central lounge next to the bar tour advisors who would be available to guide people on the trips and logistics. Overall a great experience and the staff were very friendly except when there were just an overwhelming number of people around asking for favors to them.

Luxury stay in the heart of the park

Hotel Las Torres is situated in the heart of the Chile's wild Torres del Paine National Park in Patagonia. The location is fantastic for any adventure seekers looking to trek to the Towers or start on the \"W\" trail.

I would recommend this hotel to older couples and families who can afford it. I think younger travelers in their 20s who are more carefree might enjoy camping or staying at the eco-camps, which are right next door and really cheap. I would definitely stay here again if I did the all-inclusive package because that seemed like the best deal for excursions, food and spa treatment.

Ultimately, if you are going to Torres del Paine, you are going there to see the landscape, enjoy the wilderness and seek adventure, so make the park your first priority, the hotel can come in second.

Place to stay at Torres del Paine

Very conveniently located hotel in Torres del Paine, but they could improve by being more helpful when working with travelers who aren't part of a tour. I wish they would've provided the opportunity to purchase boxed lunches to take on the hike. The front desk staff and concierge staff were less than helpful helping us arrange excursions, so try to plan everything before you get there.

Awesome sitting for a nice hotel

The hotel is very comfortable, but it is the setting close to soaring peaks that makes staying here a memorable experience. The one down note is the buffet food, expensive and not that great. Better to sit in the bar and have bar fare.

Better than expected! But get the nicer room.

We stayed in two different rooms during our trip. The first night was the upgraded Cipres room, which was really quite nice. The second night was the standard Lenga Room, which was not as nice. For the difference in price of about $30 or $40, I'd recommend the better room choice. The bathroom was larger and modern and the room was more spacious. We also had a nice view out the front of the hotel and it was in a quieter location. The cheaper Lenga Room had a very outdated bathroom and was much smaller. It was also en route to the restaurant and people on their way to and from were pretty loud. However, the beds in both rooms were very comfortable.

Stunning location, average hotel

This hotel is in a perfect location and has fabulous common areas and views. Service is touch and go, running water was intermittent during my stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The excursions are not well organised so make sure you book in advance (even though they'll tell you you can do it the night prior) but the guides are great. Not value for money but patagonia is pricey.

You do not have much of a choice in hotels. We made a reservation for a double bed and got 2 singles. When I addressed the hotel staff, they did not seem to concerned and said nothing was available. The breakfast was very nice being a full breakfast. The menu for the bar área was very limited. The room was clean and I did enjoy a lounge área with a view of the mountain. The room is very, very expensive and for the price you do not get anything special.

Fabulous place to stay, had all the facilities req

Very nice surrounding, all the facilities you required for a remote hotel. Staff were excellent. Rooms were nicely done with king single beds (bonus). food and drink menu's outstanding. Tours were amazing - esp the horse riding. Even the packed lunches were fantastic.
Overall, this was a fantastic holiday resort - we will be back with our 3 children next time. Thanks team! Kara and Roger Wandless (NZ)

Stunning setting and beautiful ranch

Very few downsides to this hotel. The roaming horses and animal life is awesome. Proximity to trails is awesome. The hotel is pretty expensive though both in food and excursions--that's true of the rest of the park too though. The room is only good, but the rest of the hotel and setting are both excellent. All in all, probably one of the better places to stay in torres del paine. I would also look at ecocamp and pehoe lake hotel as decent alternatives with fewer amenities.

4.5 stars. Beautiful location, great staff.

We spent a relaxing 4 days at Hotel Las Torres. The hotel has tons of spots to relax and gaze at the mountains, and the food in the bar was good (except for the pizza- don't get the pizza). The hotel was a bit expensive, but every place in the area is expensive. Plus, we were upgraded to a superior room, which was great.

Spectacular location

The location of this hotel is just amazing, with beautiful views out of every window. The rooms are comfortable but not plush. We had a room for three and we were very cramped. Be ready for some serious sticker shock. Meals in the restaurant (pretty much your only option) are very tasty but very pricey. Everything has to be brought a long way, so perhaps it's not too surprising that the meals cost as much as they do. The real surprise was the cost of excursions. If you are expecting to do a number of excursions, you'll want to check out those prices in advance so that you can budget for them. The scenery is unbelievably beautiful, so the prices might be worth it to you, but you will want to know in advance how much they cost.

Overpriced small room with bad experience

A small double bed room over 400USD per night, with very bad experience at it own restaurant. I hardly find this hotel any pleasure of staying. We went to it restaurant for dinner. First, we had the waitress gave us an impatient look when I just asking about the portion of the dishes. Secondly, we had wait for over 30mins to get serviced with bread and appetizer till I asked one of the waiter. The whole atmosphere just make you feel this is a country club for certain people. I would not recommend this hotel at all nor come again.
