Kids’ paradise

Overall all our stay was good. The rooms are tiny, very simply furnished however the beds very comfy. For our 5 year old son it was amazing to sleep in a car race Lego house! The breakfast buffet was good with lots of choice for everyone. Staying in Legoland Feriendorf we got a discount offer for the park entry and kids for free.

Fun!

The check in process was frustrating. The reception couldn’t find our reservation, so it was a good thing that hotels.com had sent us a confirmation. They also said I had to pay there, which I had prepaid and luckily that was in the confirmation too. Once checked it, it was pretty good. We were in a pirate themed hut. Pretty cool what they can do with legos. Breakfast was pretty good too. If you like Legos, this is the place for you. We were just driving through and tired but it was fun too!

Worth 1 day stay just for fun but no more

The stay was not bad. We had a small room with an egyption theme.
The room was though very far from the entrance of the Legoland. It took us around 20 minutes with 2 children.
I would recommend to take your car to the Legoland parking lot if you want to shorten your walking distance.
The hotel restaurants were not so bad but it was overpriced for the quality and the service.

Pros & Cons

We were so excited to go to Legoland. The hotel's location was walking distance to the park. Not the 3 min as stated on hotels.com but only about 15. The hotel was hard to find and had a VERY confusing parking lot. The reception was great. The allowed us to check in very early and then pick our keys up later. We checked in, parked by our room and walked to the park. Free parking for guests is great too. So you do not have to pay the 6 euro to park at Legoland. After our fun filled day at the park we walked back and got our keys. We stayed in a theme room (Egypt) They are like little duplex cabins. And I MEAN LITTLE. The rooms were tiny. And a bit run down. The beds were not terrible but not soft either. NO AC UNITS!!! We were here while it was cooler but I imagine it would be terrible in the heat of summer. The bathrooms were terrible. There was just a brick wall with the shower behind and water went everywhere. There was mold in all the grout around the shower area as well. The breakfast buffet was really nice. Lots of food choices. The only places to eat lunch or dinner though are either in the park of at one of the 4 Restaurants in the Holiday Village (Hotel Property) and you must make a reservation. There were lots of playgrounds and things to do at the hotel as well. Wifi didn't work at all. All in all had there been other options for lodging we would have stayed elsewhere. It is way over priced for what it is.

Not as happy as expected.

It is a great vacation village with wonderful amenities for kids. We were in a theme room and its decoration is fantastic. Kids loved it. But unfortunately the heating was quite poor and we were either too cold or too hot. Also we could hear the neighbours very well, it was very poorly insulated. For the high prize we expected more and were quite disappointed.
We will not be going back.

Terrrible and Ugly Hotel I have every met.
Room : Very small with cheap furniture. Theme room with sharing front door terrace with your neighbor. Whenever people next door walk into front next door, sensor makes light open VERY ANNOY.
Bathroom : You won't believe tiny bath tray with bath curtain. Water spit out make floody in the bathroom. Big person is impossible to turn around in the tiny bath tray. Toilet is very close to bath area. It is possible that people slip or fall down to Toilet. Safety Concern is below standart. Never concern about children safety. Impossible for senior and disable person. Water outside tray also create workload to housekeeper. Ugly bathroom EVER

Not worth the extra money

We looked forward to staying here after many trips to LegoLand Billund and staying in the hotel there.
Sadly it was not as good. First of all the site is under heavy remodelling and is a building site in some areas. This was not mentioned to us. The holiday villages advertised a crazy golf Cours that was still being built! Reception for the whole site was four desks in one building which you had to find using make shift signs!
We where put one of the race car themed cottages which would be great for a family of four but it did feel a little sterile and basic.
The bed was comfy and clean and so was the shower room. The main faults of the room was there was only one plug socket! In this day and age families have plenty of phone and game chargers that meed to be plugged in. The other problem was the terrible WiFi. If you could get on it you where doing well if you could stay on it for more than 10 mins before losing it was going some.
The breakfast was a good selection but terrible ques to get in. It made the expirinance a bit cheap feeling as if it was a bargain basement cheap holiday.
I expect to pay a little more to be on site but I didn’t feel it gave a unique enough experience to justify the cost.
My advice would be to stay in the local town at much nice proper hotels and drive the 10 mins extra in the morning for the park. The park I must say is brilliant.

Hotel and room was exactly what I was expecting. Very clean, roomy, nice bathroom, heated floors in bathroom. If you’re coming from out of town, bring wash cloths. The European culture doesn’t use them. Also, there are three restaraunts to eat from. They were all GREAT! Make reservations ahead of time.

Legoland hotel

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our hotel just a few minutes walk from the reception, the restaurant and to the park. It was spacious enough for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and large enough. It was clean although we were expecting to have slippers but there was none! As the weather was really cold, snowing! The floor was cold to step on barefoot or even with socks on. But we had a great stay, otherwise. We will definitely stay there when we visit Legoland again.

Perfect for children

Rooms were clean and fun, had everything needed including kids soap and a toddler stool.
The outdoor facilities were excellent for children, lots of play areas.
Restaurants were nice, steak house was excellent.
Staff throughout were fantastic.
The cleanliness of the hotel and of the whole Lego village was excellent.
Could do with a pool, a spa and a convenience store.
The only negative point is the Internet, it was awful everywhere, they need to put something in to remedy this, even if it means paying a small fee for faster internet.
A really enjoyable stay for the whole family!

Great choice for kids/visiting LEGOLAND!

Service was VERY nice for Germany--surprisingly friendly and helpful. The kids loved the Lego knight-themed room décor and the abundant playgrounds. The bowling alley was fun, and the on-site restaurants were good as well as reasonably priced (for Germany). I don't recall seeing any air conditioner in the room, but we needed the heater, so no issue there for us--summer may be a different issue. Beds were on the nicer side of typical European style, but the towels were a little disappointing--like you'd get if you stayed at your German friends' house, not hotel quality. All-in-all, considering that my only complaint is the towels, it was a GREAT stay!

Worn hotel room that smelled of urine

The room was not in the Legoland Castle Hotel as pictured on the Expedia website, it was 10 minutes away. The room was not clean, very worn, and smelled of urine. My husband told the front desk three times and they did nothing, except tell him to contact Expedia. My boys have been waiting years to stay at a Legoland Hotel, finally they have their chance and it was very disappointing.

The only way to go if you are heading to Legoland

The hotel is located in walking distance from Legoland. The rooms are actually cabins (each cabin has two rooms, for two families), each with a special design (adventure, racing etc.). The kids love it. The rooms are small, so they become a mess very quickly. There are several restaurants on site. All are over priced.

Legoland was great for the kids. It was nice to have the kids in their own separate room so the hubby and I could get a little quality time together;)A little on the $$ side, breakfast was so so. But I guess we are used to American style breakfasts, so for Europeans it may have been a home run. A nice little park, so I would recommend this if you are traveling in Bavaria with younger kids.

The place is great but could be better. Lots of outside play areas for the children which are very clean and well maintained. However it was cold during our stay and we would have liked a bigger indoor area for the children to play and space for the adults to relax. The bowling alley is very nice but limited on size and activities for children.

The rooms are fantastic and just what we need I.e. Separate room for the children. I was disappointed with the towels, very cheap, old and need replacing. This may sound like a small issue but this isn't the cheapest place to stay. A broom in the cottage rooms would be handy as the amount of sand and small stones that get troged in from outside get everywhere. We could only find 1 power outlet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We will go again but will take the following items:

Kettle
Brew kit
Own towels
Extension lead with multi socket.

We had a blast!

First of all, SOOOOO much better than Disneyland and for about half the price!! We stayed in one of the castle rooms and had a blast discovering all the Lego made decorations. The room was great and best of all allowed for privacy between the parents and kids sleeping area. The restaurant options in the whole Holiday Village area were great too and reasonably priced. We would definitely go again and look forward to booking one of the other \"themed\" rooms.

We had a 6ppl room for 3 adults and 2 kids (7&8). The cabin is very small. Right next to the door is a double bed and a desk and two chairs. A bunk bed is couple steps away from the double bed. There is a stair to the attic where there are two twin beds. The stairs are very steep and narrow.
There is no power outlet at the attic. There is only one small bathroom for 6 ppl to share. The day we went was raining. When we came back to the cabin totally wet, we had to take turns taking a hog shower and changing clothes. We can't even find space to hang our wet clothes and ponchos.

Kids don't mind the tightness. They like the bunk bed and the playgrounds outside of our cabin. But we adults think Legoland can definitely improve the cabin to make it a more comfortable place to stay after an exhausting day at the theme park.

Not luxury, but very convenient

Unfortunately our stay was during a record-breaking hot day and the cabins have no air-conditioning. It was nearly unbearable. But that isn't the fault of the hotel. The cabin/room was tiny. We couldn't even put our suitcases anywhere other than under the table and the table, although it was a luxury room/cabin, only had enough room for 2 chairs. Still the children thoroughly enjoyed the themed room and it was a fun location. Unfortunately there wasn't a single place around to cool ourselves down. No pool. No air-conditioned restaurant. Not even any trees. I'm sure on a regular temperature day it would have been fine and fun. Still, just beware that the rooms/cabins are teeny, tiny and not some place to spend a lot of time. Fine for one or two nights at most.

Wir waren schon zum wiederholten Male im Legoland. Wie immer auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und ein Erlebnis für unsere Enkel. Die Zimmer im Piratenhotel sind sauber und gepflegt. Die Kinder haben jeden Tag etwas Neues an den Wänden entdeckt. Das Personal im Hotel, in der Gaststätte und in der gesamten Anlage waren aus unserer Sicht überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Das ganze Projekt ist sehr gut organisiert und scheint eine gute Führung zu haben. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für einen Ausflug.

Mooi hotel voor met gezin.

Hotel is zo goed als nieuw en zeer schoon. Mooie kamer met kinderkamer en badkamer alles helemaal in Lego stijl. Kamer was incl nintendo switch. Enige minpunt van kamer zijn de bedden. Matrassen zijn van slechte kwaliteit. Personeel in restaurants zijn over het algemeen zeer vriendelijk, maar spreken slecht/geen Engels. Minpunt restaurant is dat je niet allemaal tegelijk geserveerd krijgt. Kwaliteit ontbijt en diner zeer goed .

nur das Buffetrestaurat mit All you can est hat absolut überhöte Preise.
Auch generell sind die Preise für Getränke und Esswaren stark überhöht.
Wenn man schon satte 43Eur für den Eintritt pro Person bezahlt sollten zumindest die Esswaren notmale Preise haben.

Die Liebe zum Detail 😍. Man fühlte sich in dem Feriendorf bereits wie im Legoland! Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch! War nicht nur für das Kind ein Bombenerlebnis, die Eltern können sich Dank den vielen Spielplätzen auch schön erholen.
Man sollte allerdings Autan mitbringen 🙈 wenn man vor hat lange draußen s zu sein. Im Haus gibt es Fliegengitter.

레고랜드 자체의 호텔 구성에 대한 안내가 먼저 이루어져야하며 해당 호텔의 경우 피레이트 외에는 휴양림 방식의 건물임을 사전에 공지해줘야할 필요가 있음. 좁은 공간에 주변에 아무것도 없음.

הפארק היה מצוין עם ילדים בני 5 ו 8 שנהנו מאוד!. גם הכפר נופש יפה מאוד להסתובב בו. 10 דקות הליכה לפארק. יש בכפר נופש 4 מסעדות, פארק חבלים, מיני גולף, והרבה גני משחקים יפים לילדים. גם החדרים יפים מאוד ומעוצבים בצורה יפה!. המחסור היחידי היה שהחדר היה קצת קטן בשביל משפחה של זוג פלוס 2 (היינו בקוטג'ים)

Das Zimmer war super cool eingerichtet und sehr sauber und ordentlich.Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Sehr schade das um 18.00 schon alle Restaurants voll waren und erst um 20.30 wieder frei gewesen wären.

Ho prenotato una camera su Expedia e ci siamo ritrovati in un bungalow. Le immagini delle camere traggono in inganno: infatti arrivati alla reception ci hanno assegnato i bungalow degli egizi mentre la camera che si vede di più nella prenotazione è quella del castello. Fate attenzione!

Schöne Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles sehr sauber. Wunderschöne Anlage mit viel grün und viele Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kleinen. Preislevel etwas hoch, aber eine Anlage dieser Größe verursacht natürlich immense laufende Kosten. Insgesamt sehr sehr schön.
