Great installation and facilities. Overall very friendly staff except the night shift tried to enter our room at 5 am to \"change the blankets\"!!!!! because they thought the room was empty!!!! Talk about poor track of your rooms and scaring your guests!!!

Very poor welcoming. No one to show you around or take you to your room.
Badly kept outdoors
Pool looked ok but hot tub looked old and unkempt
There are seats with a nice garden view, but if you look up you will find cobwebs.
Food was ok but all the bread we tried was stale.
Safety box door was closed and had to carry my valuables with me everywhere.

I’d only go back if they charge way way less.

It’s a very special place! It’s very difficult to photograph but it’s charming, authentic and wonderful.

We booked dinner in Santa Cruz (and they arranged transportation for us) but after having breakfast there, we should have eaten there! It was great.

This place is a quaint, hidden gem!

Less positive: entire property including rooms felt dusty and neglected, not up to par for a 4 star. Which is a shame as one could do so much more with this property and location.

Good hotel, don't plan to have dinner here...

Lovely hotel in the Santa Cruz area, convenient to many of the local wineries.
The majority staff were not as attentive and 'on the ball' as others we encountered in Chile, but we still had a lovely stay. The pool area was a lovely space to chill out and it was always very quiet. The breakfasts were good, but the other meals were 'below par', I wouldn't suggest planning to eat your main meals at the hotel.

El personal, el lugar y el entorno hacen de la estadía un relajo total :)
Estuvimos 3 noches y cada día fue mejor que el anterior.
Tiene acceso a una parte de la viña Estampa, así que se puede caminar por los viñedos. La piscina la teníamos casi para nosotros acompañados del sonido de la naturaleza. Volveríamos de todas maneras! Es un excelente hotel! Peeero nos faltó el factor WOOW para ser un NOI.

The property is charming! the rooms were so peaceful and warm enough for a chilly night of winter. we were a large group of 8 couples and loved to be able to sit by the fire and be treated super nice by our bartender Cesar. we will definitely come back in the future, maybe during summer.
if there is one thing i would change would be the coffee. I could not understand why they would have a commercial machine instead of freshly brewed coffee.

Noi Blend is quaint and very charming. An iron in the room would have been helpful but otherwise, we loved our stay. There are plenty of outdoor private cozy sitting areas to share a bottle of wine and the staff is wonderful. Natalia was so sweet and patient as we tried to speak Spanish. Location is very close to excellent wineries, I wish we stayed longer!

Nice rooms but disappointed by grounds condition

The hotel is nicely laid out with the rooms separate from the restaurant/reception and a nice pool area outside the restaurant. The grounds are a modern design but somewhat dilapidated with a lot of dirt in the area around the pool and furniture that has seen better days. However, the rooms and restaurant are very clean and comfortable. The service is good with the receptionist happy to help with bookings for the various wine estates. The food was good (both breakfast and dinner). The rooms have a balcony which opens out onto vineyards but which isn’t private as one long balcony is shared by all the rooms.

Beautiful hotel in wine country. The rooms are each decorated by someone different. Stay is very friendly and willing to accommodate. The have a great wine barrel jacuzzi that they will heat up upon your request and deliver breakfast to your room. Great way to end our trip!

Nice hotel in the country

Nice hotel but not over the top amazing. We had room 10 and had a small patio off our room that was right along the street so lots of dogs barking and cars passing. Also looked right at the air conditioner unit which was ugly. Fence around property was worn looking. Lobby was nice and the service was excellent. Staff didn’t speak much English but tried hard to accommodate our requests. Food was only so-so. Breakfast seemed mostly Chilean food.

This is a beautiful, understated hotel in a lovely setting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely decorated and had every convenience...but bar soap. The pool is very nice and grounds very nicely landscaped. I highly recommend.

Nice hotel, but not a great experience

To start with,we found the hotel very difficult to find, there are no clear signs pointing to its location; since it is in the middle of the countryside and away from any specific waypoint that makes getting there rather difficult.
It is a nice hotel structured on the basis of a 19th century landowners' house,aiming to offer some 21st century facilities, and that is achieved in some areas. The food and the accommodation are very good.
However, other areas were disappointing. On arrival we were offered the use of the hot tub, which according to the staff was going to be ready \"in three hours\" but after four hours the water wasn't even lukewarm. The staff assured us that the fire to heat the water had been going for three hours before we arrived, hence if they cannot get the water to be even warm in seven hours, I suggest they re-consider the offer. of a hot tub.

What a pleasant hotel this Noi is!

The staff are absolutely amazing and the food superb. The location is just south of Santa Cruz and an easy drive or bike ride to town. I was taken by the peace and quiet, the quaint rooms and again, the staff are delightful and accommodating.

I will definitely return.

Nice hotel near Santa Cruz

Very friendly and courteous staff, albeit check out was very slow. It was a nice experience overall, the region is very beautiful, the hotel itself looked nice, staff from the restaurant was very friendly and efficient. Room was confortable, but there was no heating in the bathroom, when we got there it was freezing cold. The property during the winter has not too much to do and the outside area looked a bit abandoned, but there are lots of wineries nearby. Internet connection is very bad.

Llegamos hoy 15 de febrero después de 3 horas de viaje , nos recibió la recepcionista muy amablemente pero sin agua para ofrecer , luego nos fuimos a la pieza y traté de llamar sin éxito a recepción para agendar un masaje ya que lo hay ningún papel que indique que se llama con el número 1000.

Luego decidimos dormir una siesta la cual fue interrumpida por dos empleados del hotel que se encontraban jalando al lado de la habitación en voz muy alta .

Luego fui a recepción y no había nadie solo el muchacho del comedor que me dijo que la recepcionista estaba almorzando y si la podría esperar, lo cual hice para reservar el masaje que estaba muy bueno pero tuve que esperar 2 horas ya que la masajista es de la zona .

Me fui a la piscina y todas las camas parecían ocupadas ya que nadie levantó los vasos y toallas usadas.

En la noche fuimos a comer con mi señora y pedimos un ceviche mixto que supuestamente era de reineta pero llegó un ceviche de salmón por lo que tuvimos que devolver el plato. Pedimos pizza en su reemplazo que llegó incomible.

Hoy al realizar el check la administradora nos pidió disculpas y nos descontó de la cuenta la pizza a modo de compensación.

Me parece impresentable que un hotel de esta cadena este prácticamente botado, no lo recomiendo

Precisa ser revitalizado, paredes precisam de pintura, limpeza da área comum deixa a desejar e a piscina sem condições de uso pela sujeira. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis e o banheiro bem limpo, mas ponto negativo é a falta de zelo, garrafas de vinhos no restaurante todas sujas de poeira o que poderia ser um sinal de decoração na verdade transmite falta de higiene e cuidado.

Lugar perfecto para desconectar, habitacion buen taman̈o con una terraza mirando al jardin y vin̈edos. Piscina muy agradable e ideal para regrescarte del calor y puedes pedir algo de beber tambien. Desayuno fin de semana mas variedad y frescura que el lunes. Fuimos con paquete de media pension y es un menu con 2 opciones en lugar de poder escoger de la carta como en otros hoteles de Chile. Lugar muito lindo e com pessoas atenciosas, porem encontramos algumas areas de oportunidade:
- No check-in não conseguiram passar meu cartão para segurança (acredito que problemas de comunicacao, seu internet era informado como \"oscilante\"), porem me permitiram ficar sem fazer este deposito
- Quarto tinha no frigobar uma coca-cola aberta, semi-acabada, provavelmente dos hospedes anteriores que não foi limpado antes de nos entregar a habilatcao
- Colocamos identificacao que não queriamo que o quarto fosse limpado, porem quando voltamos do passeio o quarto estava arrumado (nossas perteces estavam abertas e por isso não queriamos que fosse acessado o quarto, porem não tivemos nenhum faltante
- Na segunda noite o garçom nos serviu um espumante \"quente\" quando solicitamos que estivesse refrigerado.... depois nos infoirmou que a ozinha ia a fechar, porem informamos para ele que ninguem foi nos tomar o pedido.... pontos para considerar
- No checkout não me aceitaram o cartao internacional pre-pago (saldo em dolar) e quando informei que podia pagar em pesos eles informaram que não podiam dar troco, que a conta so podia ser paga em dolar em cartao de credito.... pelo anterior uma conta equivalente de 34000 pesos chilenos tive que pagar 40000 pesos chilenos, ja que não tinha pessos trocados

muito bom, mas não vale o curto benefício.

Então, o lugar é bem agradável e arborizado, porém confesso que não vale o custo benefício. O valor é alto para o que é oferecido...o quarto é ok, mas antigo e conservado porém ainda deixa a desejar um pouco a questão da limpeza e conforto. Como ficamos apenas uma noite, isso não nos afetou...mas mesmo assim esperava mais.
O jantar esta super bom, mas o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar mesmo.
Funcionários queridos e prestativos, como eu disse o lugar era bom mas pelo valor teria que ser muito melhor.

Nice, quite and friendly atmosphere

The hotel is located in a quite and idillic location. There are some really nice gardens, excellent hot tube, and an orange grove right outside of the bedrooms. This was a very relaxing experience. Rooms are quiet, spatious, clean and everything was to our satisfaction. The service was outstanding, the staff were really friendly and nice and the food was very tasty. I warmly recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms are ok but this really is a 3* hotel which looks better in the pictures. It’s dated and the common areas are very dusty. Our towelrack was falling off the wall and the bathrobe had old stains… Staff are friendly but with low level of English and low energy. The place seems to lack an engaged manager.

A 20 minutos de llegar al hotel nos llaman para anunciar que se había sobrevendido y que no tenían como recibirnos. Tuvimos que volver a Santiago. En la reserva dice \"no es necesario llamar', recomiendo hacerlo igual.

Todo muy bueno, la atención del personal muy amable. Lo único malo es que no me respetaron el precio de Hotels.com. Decía impuestos y cargos incluidos y nos cobraron del precio que me aparecía en la página pero la Gerenta local del hotel dijo que era un error de Hotels.com.
Creo que deberían revisar este tema.
