Telephone lines don’t work so if you want to come all to the front desk you must walk downstairs (cause the elevator was hit working ;( ). Just we got our steps in! Room was nice - nice set up and very clean. Housekeeping was good. Oh and the back door is just open cause the handicap buttons don’t work so not great security or accessibility.

We went to vermillion for an event and to say we were shocked how nice and clean the hotel was is an understatement! I would say they seemed to be newly renovated. The staff were so friendly and helpfull. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!

This is an old hotel with minimal upgrades. The value is horrible. I wasn’t able to redeem my hotels.com rewards. I paid over $155 for my room, and coupled with the fact I couldn’t redeem hotels.com rewards, really poor value for the property. The staff were friendly enough. I won’t stay here again when I’m in Vermillion.

Unfortunately later in the evening my friend I was staying with ended up sick and needed some food, and the vending machine was not working; But a nice man at the front desk was able to help us out and give us some muffins to be sure she felt better. Room was showing signs of age. No functioning power outlets by the bed. Bedside lamp poewer sockets had no spring tension for proper contact and one did not work at all. Desk chair back was broken. Door safety latch was missing door piece so could not be used. One wash cloth had mascara stains on it so not sure if the towels were fresh or not. Cable remote buttons are worn and intermittent. Pet hair or dander on bed linen. Watery eyes in the morning.Internet was adequate.

Limited parking, elevator not working and this seems to be a long standing problem, very old and outdated! Staff is doing the best they can with the building but the management/owners obviously are not willing to do any improvements or upgrades

Just a bad and run down hotel all around. The hallways look like they are from the 70s. Basic wooden doors for the in rooms. I have slept on floors softer then that bed, and it had a metallic squeak sound every time I moved. If I really didn't need a place to stay in Vermillion, I am wouldn't have stayed there.

Bed was comfortable, housekeeper very friendly and helpful. The person doing the breakfast was not presentable to be handling food. There was nothing to speak of for the breakfast as there was no food to be eat.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located centrally and was clean and comfortable. There was also a nice breakfast to enjoy in the morning. We would stay again when passing through the area.

The heat/air system is old and the bathtub does not hold water.

The staff was friendly and eager to help, but seemed to be working with very little help or support. While it was clean, the general condition of the hotel is not great-needs lots of upgrades and attention to things like carpets, paint, exit signs, countertops etc. Breakfast was limited and cold by 8am. No complaints about staff but the hotel was definitely not worth the $135 per night.

Front desk needs more staff. Most importantly staff who have training in customer service / hospitality industry. Payment issues - thankfully manager was able to resolve . Not for lack of front desk trying - however the check in process and taking payment was seemingly confusing for the front desk. On the phone the front desk was talking to other people on their side of the phone while taking the booking. ( which is not acceptable in customer service industry). Front desk is either over staffed or untrained, or on the wrong industry.
