What an amazing stay! The check in staff was amazing and kind; the room was spotless upon arrival. The hotel breakfast is truly amazing, I cannot express how delicious everything was. Sad that we didn’t get to experience the spa but it’s nice that it’s available. The only downside is that the TV isnt a smart TV. Everything else more than made up for that. There’s also easy access to everything you’d like to do in Milan via the tram or walking distance.

All great. In a quiet area. Close to tram lines to all areas. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. We used the spa which was 20euros, which was a lovely experience. The bedroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable.

Great stay! Very accommodating and nice staff. Nice room but you took elevator up and then down to an annexed part of the building where you had stairs. We were able to check in early so I believe they accommodated us to this area that had availability. As a result, a lady just walked into our room with a key card. I don’t think she knew we were in there so not a big deal. Just something to be aware of. :)

This hotel was possibly one of our favorite parts of our Milan visit. Getting into the center of town with transit was very easy, getting back a little harder. The restaurant and other common spaces were delightful. The staff went out of their way to meet our every need, and the spa treatments we had were phenomenal!

Luxury hotel frequented by models on Corso Sempione. Its convenient for the exhibition area, but not so much for other parts of Milan - we ended up using taxis a lot which add up, though the metro stop is 10 mins walk from the hotel. The styling is Asian and there are decorative elephants in the lobby. Breakfast selection is excellent. The beds are really comfortable, My only criticism is you can hear corridor noise outside the door as the floors are stone and the doors/ceilings are not well sound-proofed. But overall, an excellent place to stay.

Love the design and layout of this stunning hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly, helpful and approachable. This was a convenient location to San Siro stadium to watch the soccer game.
Our room was clean and comfortable. After travelling a fair bit I appreciated the design, amenities and layout.
Unfortunately our stay was far too short and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all facilities like the spa, steam room and gym. I would have taken advantage of spa services too.
I will definitely chose to stay here again.

Hotel also provides essentials such as shaving kits and powerbank hire which was extremely helpful. Only issue was that its little far from centrale - around 10 min walk to metro station and 15 mins on metro with one change.

I like the hotel however I didn’t like that they charge €150 on arrival as a deposit as I was not told about this beforehand. I was told the amount will be refunded when I leave. I am still waiting for it to be refunded and have not heard back from the hotel .

We had an amazing experience. The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an easy to travel to the main city for the hotels location. The tram line is literally outside the hotel. The staff give you information on how to get to and from the hotel. Would recommend this place.

The hotel is nice, our room though was 2 stories so we had to bring the luggage up the stairs, there was a topless lady frames painting on the wall and I had my kids with me so it wasn’t appropriate, I found spiders in the room a couple of times. Overall its not bad, the breakfast is good too

Amazing hotel! Great location for airport Malpensa

It may be further from the city but only a 16 euro taxi and can also take public transport! and only half an hour to the airport! Very warm welcome and they said they gave us an upgrade and the upgrade was a good room size! The breakfast was amazing with so many drink options and eggs/waffles made to order! Would definitely stay there again! Maybe even use the Spa next time!

This hotel could be so much more if the basics were in place.

First of all when we arrived and checked into our rooms, in the first room, with 3 single beds one of the beds wasn’t even made. After a quick call this was quickly rectified but they didn’t seem ready for our arrival at all. Then with the second room we asked for a Queen bed and a single when we booked and there was only a double which was then split into 2 singles.

Even after all of that the air conditioning didn’t work in one of the rooms.

The appearance of the hotel was lovely, staff were attentive even in what was probably their second language and the location was perfect as it was close to both a tram and metro stop, however, the fundamentals were not in place so I won’t be rushing back.

We’ve stayed at the Enterprise a number of times with family and friends and always enjoyed it, however on check-in for a recent stay the hotel seemed to have overbooked and we were ‘walked’ to an apartment down the road from the hotel.
We were very disappointed to be denied the hotel room which we had a confirmed booking for. The lady on reception hilariously described being sent to accommodation off-site as an “upgrade”. It’s not an upgrade when you end up in a random apartment away from the hotel and even to check out it involved a walk down the street in pouring rain.

We were very happy with the Enterprise and would return here as it is in a central.location. Our room (on the small side) was clean with a comfortable mattress and a well appointed bsthroom. The staff were helpful with a good understanding of english.
Our only complaint was that the temp in the room was difficult to regulate. Maimtenance did come and attempt to fix this.

Average hotel , very noisy , all 3 rooms we booked were facing main road , across from noisy lift too. Complained and resolution was one room was moved but no other rooms were available as hotel full. No compensation offered despite telling staff we could not get a sleeper was so noisy and we would need to go purchase ear plugs. Weren’t offered any vip discount either as advised when booking. Rooms were small , dark and bathrooms outdated. Location was ok , tram stop outside and metro not too far to walk.

Spotless room, small but had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Very close to the tram to head anywhere in Milan. Also a straight walk to the park, castle and in to town.

One night stay for business

One night stay for business. Arrived late one evening but had prewarned them and asked for a quiet room which I had. Room was spacious and equipped with most things inc fridge and coffee machine but no kettle. I'm a tea drinker so would have preferred that, but lovely breakfast, so had it there. Checked out but had afternoon to kill after a morning meeting so went back to work and leave my bag for a while. They were so accommodating and helpful. Great areas to sit and work or chill out. Was very warm and humid while there but cool inside and wonderful fragrance in the hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully appointed with Asian antiques. There are many spaces in this hotel to hang out and read a book. Our room had a great bath with two sinks. We also liked the small balcony. The people working here though made this an enriching experience.

It is a lovely hotel. Close to yrams and metro stations and plenty of nearby restaurants with a range of price points - be sure to book a table in advance especially on a Friday or Saturday night.
The buffet breakfast was very good and had a lot of gluten free and lactose free options.
Staff are friendly. I would stay again.

Nice, comfortable place for a couple of nights. A bit out of the central part but trains got us around ok. I used the spa - I don’t think it was worth the extra €20. We had dinner at the restaurant which was good.

We loved the design. The lounge area was very neatly arranged.

The staff is always nice and helpful, we didnt bring chargers and we were handed 2 immediately

Its a 40 min walk to city center Duomo, there is a tram, a cab , ev scooters, we sinply enjoyed the walk there is so much to see

This hotel is truly awful and it frustrates me when people rate a hotel excellent without going into detail about what they liked as I couldn't find anything positive about my stay.

When you enter the hotel is looks like a nice modern lobby but when you enter the rooms you realise this hotel hasn't been updated in years.

The rooms are dated and don't feel clean, the shower-head seems to have been added and it's cheap looking and doesn't match the shower as the water goes everywhere.

The aircon in the rooms doesn't work, it's an old panel and I had to sleep 3 nights with the window open (in winter) as it was so warm.

There are no usb sockets and you don't get a second key to charge devices when you're not in the hotel so not great if you are working there. Also, when you do get a second key it marks you as do not disturb when you keep it in the room

The internet isn't great either as I struggled on video calls with work when there.

Overall, this hotel isn't even close to a 4 star, maybe it was in the 90's or something, but now it is way behind competitors and you can find hotels much better and cheaper in Milan than this one.

Stayng taxes are way too expensive for what it is, marely isolated from the noise. the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is fine.

New hotel in a decent location

This was a short city stay and the hotel was very suitable. Great public transport links and close to some dining and entertainment areas. A feasible walk through the main park / castle all the way to the cathedral and central shopping area. Comfortable lounge areas throughout and a decent little restaurant inside. Excellent breakfast!

It was a very lovely treat for our wedding anniversary! The room is beautiful and private, we enjoyed the separate entrance and the tables/chairs outside in the garden. The breakfast was lovely altho 17eur each maybe a but overprices but you do get a lot of choice and a semi table service. For parking we were lucky as they had 1 space available, the parking lot is small and has 50 spots allocated, but it was nice because they let us park the car until we had to leave for the airport which was past our check out time. All in all a very nice experience.

The best hotel we stayed at in Italy.

When we arrived in Italy we reached at the hotel at around 11pm, and enjoyed a drink in the peaceful bar area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and design of this hotel, specially the bar and reception area. Overall our stay was faultless, the team were quick to respond to our requirements and were excellent. We stayed at 3 different Hotels that were all 4 stars, but this was the only one that felt like 4 stars... pushing closer to 5!

I would highly recommend this hotel, very easy to travel into the centre with trams right outside the hotel, and cheap yet beautiful local cafes to have a coffee, pharmacies and supermarkets a short (1-4 min walk away).

I stayed for 2 nights as a solo female. I chose the hotel for its proximity to the central station, plus decor. Both lived up to expectations. Rooms are basic in personal touches, but have ample storage and additional shelves around room. There are lockers to leave your luggage if you’re return journey is later than checkout, really useful without having to wait at the front desk. Bathroom missing luxuries of soap bar, body lotion, shower cap, but does include hotel slippers!
