Atención poco cordial el en check-in. Usualmente no es así. Exigieron mi cédula de identidad para fotocopiarla a lo cual me negué por razones de seguridad, ofreciendo a cambio mi licencia de conductor que legalmente también acredita identidad pero no fué bien recibido. Mucho monologo poco amable, demasiada negatividad. Al pedir la posición de habitación en la ubicación que acostumbro, se me dijo que no se podía porque las habitaciones ya estaban asignadas sin siquiera mirar que justamente la asignada era la que yo estaba pidiendo. Hubo un cambio en el trato habitual como cliente frecuente, exigiendo el pago inmediato. Así no dan ganas de volver.
Al contrario, el personal del restaurante fueron muy cordiales.

Very nice hotel, but with a disappointing breakfast. No bacon, no pancakes or waffles, not even a bagel and cream cheese, and almost ALL the yogurt was only ONE flavor (banana!), although the fruit was plentiful and very fresh once they finally restocked it!

Friendly checkout lady and good breakfast. However, the check in lady was rude and the air conditioning too hot in the bedroom with no way to adjust. The tub in te bathroom is too high with no handles to get in/out, very dangerous for limited mobility people.
There is no recycling signs or bins.

Have always. Holden this hotel for business stay since it opened. Would prefer to have a better pillow. Air con position directs air on bed which is not preferred but may be suitable for others- adjustment of air con vent position does not solve my issue.
Breakfast is good and dinner restaurant meals are very good.

Excelent location, great property and great staff, the kitchen is neat and the food is awesome. Great wines and in general our experience was superb. Walking distance to downtown and easy to in and out the city. Very safe and I'm sure I'll stay there again if I ever come back to Chillán, Chile.

Staff, specially at the restaurant, they were extremely friendly. This Diego de Almagro is one of the best and ghe other in Lomas Verdes. Totally different experience to the bad service in Los Angeles, or the lier manager at Diego De Almagro in Valdivia.

Dusty and no AC

We stayed here last minute. We arrived almost midnight. Check in was okay but when we went to our floor, it was really hot. We went inside our room, noticed that the room and floor was very dusty (which I get allergic off) and turned on the AC, but it wasn't working. We called front desk to let them know about dust and AC and probably there's a right way to turn on the AC? The guy who answered said that AC wasn't working and just open the window. We of course weren't very happy of that but we thought it's only a night. The room was hot! Next day came, I had allergic reaction from dust my eyes and my arms and hands. I wish they can accommodate the needs of their guests and clean their rooms. The looks of the hotel is nice, but just again their service and the cleanliness is bad.

Walls are terribly thin so you hear other guests in nearby rooms. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Check in staff was cordial but female check out person was extremely rude, became belligerent and wagged her finger in my face when I asked for a receipt. Over priced for small and basic room. However was clean. Ok for just an overnight stop at a chain hotel in a town with not many options.

Good hotel, good food. Only issue was they charged me upfront and didn't keep an open tab so had to pay for meals etc each time at front counter. This was odd because when I checked in they refused to give me a receipt saying they didn't charge me until I left. So this didn't make sense.

Personal muy atento y siempre disponible.
Dicen que hay gym pero no es cierto, más bien parece casi engaño; es un cuartito con 1-2 máquina y literal un par de mancuernas.
Debería usar ese cuartito para otra cosa, mejor.

El restaurante de atención lenta, comida en mal estado que provocó intoxicación a mi esposo por lo que debimos realizar check out aticipado.

Desde la recepción hasta el check out la atención fue de primera con una sonrisa y todo el personal me atendió de la misma forma. Todo esto en verdad se agradece cuando uno va viajando y llega cansado a lo que es su hogar lejos del hogar. Todo lo demás como es de costumbre muy limpio y ordenado. La comida del restaurante y su atención también es excelente. Felicitaciones!

Excelente experiencia. Sobre todo considerando que fue una estadía con hijos el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El espacio de la habitación era amplia. Solo mejoraría el tamaño de las camas, que podrían ser superking, pero eso es porque nuestros hijos son más grandes de lo que deberían a su edad. Todo limpio. El estacionamiento muy práctico.
