I wouldn't stay there again. Air conditioner wasn't cooling very well, so I checked the filter. It's suppose to be cleaned every two weeks if you look at the manual. It hadn't been cleaned in 6 months. After being clean, it worked fine. The restaurant was mediocre at best. I ate at the breakfast bar every day, because I paid in advance. A lot of the food is cold. Chicken is dry from being over cooked. We ordered a meal from the menu when we first got there and it was pretty bad. By the way, if you bring your Amazon Fire Stick to hook up to the TV, it doesn't work. Don't ask me why, but they are paranoid of someone using the HDMI on the TV. I had someone come into the room and change the settings and then change some settings in their system so we could use it.

Good hotel for the area

Good polite check in experience.

If you're vegetarian however and require room service you'll have to order via Grab Food as there were only 4 or 5 options in total and all had chicken or beef. The restaurant was more accommodating at dinner time however once I ordered direct from them.

I was only the for one night to didn't visit the pool.

There was no water in the room, but there were jugs to be filled form the water dispensers dotted around outside the rooms, so this was a nice touch to reduce waste.

Not much happening around the hotel itself.

Breakfast selection was mostly Asian with a few international options, but there was a large selection of what they did have.

Staff are friendly.

Given a choice, I would choose somewhere more central, but this was my error in not looking at the map properly when making the booking!

I would like to send a complaint on this property.

I was unable to get internet access.

Reception service was terrible. They don’t pick up the phone. This is not normal to pick up the phone at this hotel. I was calling for ONE HOUR (60 minutes) to get some ice. I had more 30 minutes to get an iron. No one speaks English. The staff is terrible.

I highly I recommend such property. No one ever apologized for such poor reception.

THE CHECK IN WAS QUICK. HOTEL STAFF WAS OK. THE ONLY NEGATIVE PART WAS THE CONSTRUCTION, WHICH WAS GOING ON NEAR THE HOTEL. IT WAS A BIT NOISY IF YOU STAY ON ROAD FACING ROOMS.

Rooms and facility were great. The room was clean. Wifi was acting a bit funny at the beginning but it works after they worked on it. The restaurant was great. Food were up to standards. Breakfast was delicious as well but make sure to purchase the room with breakfast included or else they will charge you 150,000 IDR which is definitely not worth it when you only need to pay a few dollars more when you book.

The hotel was kinda hard to find tho. Got to show the map to the drivers.

Not worth staying

I checked it after midnight and the staffs were not able to help me with the wifi problem till 2am I gave up.

Requested late check out, yet called at 10am and disturbed my sleep just to ask extend or check out. 11am called again to say have to check out by 12.
The hotel staffs makes you feel like staying in a 1 star hotel.
There are more hotels around there much more worth staying.

Staff is really lovely. Room is confortable but they never open window. we got seek because of air conditioner and vicious air.
Also we went to the restaurant and everything we order was not available. So we have to go outside.

Water temperature and pressure very good. Shower drain has issues, design in making it. Keep close a broken plastic stirring stick to lift drain cover if not working correctly. Housekeeping and maintenance cannot fix this. We had same problem in our home, water not draining fast.

Great breakfast, great service! Hotel was fine, internet was steady! If you want to go downtown Jakarta a taxi is necessary. You will pay around 2 - 3 dollars, which is fine.

Nice Hotel, nicer when it's finished. Noisy Roads

Hotel is in an unfinished residential tower. Much of the advertised facilities were barely complete, or not yet ready.

When the area is finished it will be a very nice hotel if very noisy due to the single pane windows and teh close proximity to major arterial roads into Jakarta.

At times reception and housekeeping are not reachable at all. You ask them for housekeeping they show up 4 hours later. The next day they almost wake you up to suggest housekeeping at the weirdest time.

Hotel in the populated dirty part of the city

Check in was efficient, however the checkout was another story,doesn't want to give any check out paper work but wants you to sign here for their records only.
Lot of construction noise not able to have peaceful sleep therefore left hotel 1 day early. Neighbourhood not very clean open sweage around the hotel, although new hotel with new paint smell and clean rooms.

It's my second time to book the hotel and check in was smoother this tme. Breakfast was good but maybe they can include more vegetable choices in the future. The free wifi got pretty slow at times but it's still fast enough for web browsing.

New hotel tucked in a residential area

The location was hidden although right beside the main road. Even the uber driver was surprised that there was a hotel there.
The receptionist cant find my booking under the confirmation code but found it under my name. Rooms are modern and clean. The liquid soap dispenser though didnt have anymore but we dont mind since we brought our own. Food is very good and affordable too.

コスパ良し

この値段でこの内容なら言うことはありません。
部屋はキレイです。エアコン、トイレ、シャワー等の不具合もありませんでした。
細かいところでは、TVはもう少し大きい方が良いとか、場所が判りにくいとか、JKT中心から少し離れてるとか、はありますが...　コストパフォーマンスが良いので「不満」にはなりません。

호텔자체는 금액대비 괜찮다고 봅니다만 방은 깨끗하지만.. 자카르타에서 떨어저있어서 그런지 주변지역이 지저분합니다!
주변에 특별히 관광할껏도 없는거 같고..출장에 그냥 호텔에서 잠만가는거면 괜찮다고 보네요.
호텔식사는 가격대비 준수..만루비에서 만오천루피 였던거 같네여..

ここは東ジャカルタで仕事に行ったときに泊まったホテルですが、
住宅街に面しており、地元の人が行きかっているところなど、散歩するだけでも楽しめます。
部屋のアメニティや清掃などは、簡素＆必要最低限におさえつつ、
その分価格は安く、コストパフォーマンスはおおむね良いと思っています。

綺麗で都会的な雰囲気のホテルです。
快適に過ごせました。値段の割に、素晴らしいホテルでした。
バルコニー（バルコニーに出る扉は開けられないのですが）がついている分、日光が差し込み、
とても目覚めが良かったです。

De ligging van het hotel is de enige voordeel

De badkamer is klein. Het water van de douche loopt niet door, blijven hangen. Geen kleding kast. Geen midden of kleine handdoeken. De Zwembad is te klein en ondiep, ik kan hier helemaal niet zwemmen. De ontbijt is slecht, weinig keuze aan fruit. Het Personeel is niet vriendelijk. Ik vind dit hotel is niet waard als een vier sterren hotel.

Hotel is gelegen aan de snelweg hierdoor zijn kamers met ramen aan de snelweg kant voor sommige mensen wat minder geschikt ivm het 24 uur geluid van auto's... Het hotel heeft gelukkig ook kamers waar de ramen niet aan de snelweg kant zitten. OntbijtBuffet Is heerlijk en heeft van alles... Zwembad is ook leuk en schoon.. Kamers netjes en voorzien van airco, diverse tv kanalen, snel internet, precies zoals beschreven op expedia... De locatie van het hotel is niet echt super strategisch maar de prijs van de kamer maakt dat meer dan goed... Heb me prima vermaakt.
