Great rooms and staff. Night managers were very helpful and I highly recommend this hotel. Also bathroom is stocked with pretty good body products. This is my 3rd time staying here and will definitely book again!

The hotel indigo was in close proximity to the train stationin Antwerp central.. It had great staff who were helpful with all requests. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh food. The room was spacious modern and clean.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the very center of Antwerp, perfect for exploring this outstanding city. Easy access to the main railway station, tram and bus routes and opposite the excellent Queen Elizabeth Concert hall.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance and right next to the central station. The street can be a bit noisy, and the area didn’t always feel very safe due to some people around, but overall the location is practical for short stays and transport connections.

The sound proofing is not good on lower level rooms. We had a room on the 1st floor of the hotel at a weekend and the property next store was blasting music until 2am. We had to ask to move rooms in the end as it was not good for sleeping. The staff were lovely and accommodating to us.

Overall a well-located and fun hotel. Areas for improvement include room cleanliness (we had quite a lot of dust) and we were offered a room facing the square on arrival, but ended up overlooking back-buildings. The amenities in the room were good and staff friendly.

We had a fantastic early check-in experience at 11:00 AM, where the front desk employee graciously substituted our twin beds for a ready king room and stored our luggage. This exceptional start made our trip to Delft seamless.

Unfortunately, when we first entered our room, it was visibly unprepared; the linens were rumpled, suggesting the bed hadn't been made up from the previous guest. We immediately notified the desk and were told it would be addressed. However, upon returning at 5:30 PM, the room was still not serviced.

A second front desk employee, realizing housekeeping had left for the day, immediately took ownership of the problem. She personally changed the bedding for us and, as a wonderful gesture of apology, left a card in the room offering two complimentary drinks at the hotel restaurant. This level of proactive, solution-oriented service truly elevated our experience and turned a negative into a positive.

The rooms on the front side of the hotel may experience significant noise disturbance from the street, which continues well into the night. If you are a light sleeper, request a room facing the interior courtyard.

We had booked a suite but did not realize that it was in the basement (my understanding is that they have two, both at -1 level). It was very dark - we could have lived with that but there was a strong smell of mould and the carpet was filthy. The mouldy smell was overpowering and probably at unsafe levels. That was a deal breaker. The staff moved us to another smaller room that was satisfactory. Breakfast was good but was expensive for what it was. Location was excellent; easy well from the train station and ready tram access.

Friendly welcome. Arrived early, room ready so we could check in - made a real difference to our day. Room was lovely, good facilities. Location was great for us - near the station and a 20 minute walk to the old town. We didn’t use the trams or buses but I’m sure there are quicker ways to get places if you don’t want to walk. Had 2 nights here and 2 good sleeps. Would recommend.

Nice looking hotel but room with terrace stank of drains. I was unable to use the bathroom when I arrived. There was no written information in the room on how to call reception, so I had to call the main phone line of the hotel. They said they would call me back in the room and did not. When I asked reception on the way out, they said it was the drains. I pointed out that there was something in the toilet. When I came back to the hotel, the reception told me the toilet was fixed. Even after this the bathroom still stank but the staff said it was ok. I asked for air freshener or a fan & the staff said they would do this. It wasn’t so I opened bathroom door & door to terrace to get in fresh air & there was the smell of grilled food from the restaurant above coming into the room. I was given some free drinks vouchers when I checked out but this did not make up for the smelly room.

Waited around 4/5mins to check in. After being told there is room service, there was no one to cook in the kitchen and I could only get drinks. When I had got some food from outside, and asked for some cutlery, I was told to find some in the cafe. Some team seemed stressed - Feels like they are either not happy or overstretched which is a shame for the team.

A very nice hotel close to Antwerp’s central station - with rooms that afford an excellent view of that building - and a short walk from the city centre. The area immediately around the station isn’t particularly nice, but it’s so convenient for getting to and from Antwerp that it makes up for it. We didn’t have breakfast there as it was quite pricey for what was on offer.

Obscenely loud outside, unclean inside, synthetic bed linens, unable to reduce room temperature so cooked all night even though temp outside was in the 40s and 50s. Dinner was dreadful and some food had clearly come out of a refrigerated can. Breakfast was mediocre but much better than the dinner. Absolutely do not recommend this place even though proximity to train station is ideal.

No Parking at the hotel! It’s 2 blocks away if parking lot isn’t full. We had to wait in line to wait for cars to leave to be able to get in the parking lot. Hotel is right next to the station, very dirty and noisy. Room was tiny, needs to be refreshed in every sense. Would not recommend.

The hotel was lovely - has a cool vibe and well decorated. Room was clean. Pillows were quite hard, which isn’t what I prefer, but the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful!
They give you a a small discount for the restaurant if you don’t require new towels each day, which is a grey incentive!
Super close to the train station. Could be a little noisy but I wasn’t bothered.

This was yet another nice hotel, in Antwerp. Good convenient location and good amenities, but the A/C was basically nonexistent, even when set to the highest fan speed there was nothing coming out of the vents. Normally, I think, this wouldn't be an issue, but it was near 90 (Fahrenheit) while we were there, and this caused some issues trying to sleep at night. In normal weather, though, I'm sure it's perfectly lovely.

Add in live music until 3am from nearby bar made sleeping almost impossible.

A nice clean room at a hotel literally 1 min walk from the main Antwerp station. So very convenient for the station. This area is OK, maybe a bit run down, I think the main tourist bit is 15 mins walk away nearer the Scheldt river. Room furnishing is nice but one comment: Unless I missed it the shower, sink and WC room has zero ventilation, i.e., no window and no extractor fan. On a hot summer's day and with the main room window only able to be opened a bit, this is not ideal. It is also, in my experience, unusual.

Brilliant hotel! I had originally booked for 2 nights in another hotel but after reading the reviews I changed my mind and I am so glad I did!

Its is very close to the main train station a few minutes walk if that, we arrived about 10pm and were greeted with a very warm welcome. Staff were very friendly and full of suggestions for places to eat and drink. Which after a full day of travelling we were glad of!

The hotel decor is botanical and natural with a little funky twist. It was beautiful and very clean.

We booked a balcony room and the view was well worth the extra. Ask for room 702 it did not disapoint. The room was a decent size with a nice ensuite, fresh soft towels, the bed was large and very comfortable. Small coffee machine in the room and we requested a kettle as I am a tea drinker - took reception less than 5 minutes to bring some to us and some fresh milk also! There's a mini fridge (with a bottle of water in it) and a safe. Plenty of plugs.and some USB ports as well, TV had a decent range of channels. We heard very little noise from other guests and virtually nothing from outside.

Mimosas for breakfast best way to start the day on holiday! The breakfast buffett was great - something for every one and you can make your own waffles! Plenty of healthy options too. Range of fruit drinks and flavoured water avaliable and a couple of self serve coffee machines.

The room was terrible. It was supposed to be the nicest room in the hotel. No closet, dirty carpet and tired furnishings. I would hate to see what the rest of the rooms are like. The area of the hotel is kind of seedy, but very convenient to the train station.

We hadn’t booked breakfast before we arrived. On the first day we had breakfast and we were going to book again but when we asked how much it was were told €17 each so thought that was too much and went to the cafe on the corner outside instead. A bit annoyed to then find out on our invoice after four days that breakfast was actually €12.50 each which was more reasonable. Otherwise the staff were lovely and the hotel clean and warm and great location next to metro.

The air conditioning on the 4th floor was not working which meant that both rooms that we had were hot and made falling asleep very difficult. When asked to switch rooms we were told that the hotel was fully booked. For our inconvenience they gave us a card for a free draft been and tapas, which was an insult. If I’m ever in Antwerp, I will stand outside of this hotel and warm them before going in.

This is a lovely hotel. I chose it for the close proximity to the main station, so that I could be unburdened of my suitcase quickly. However, I was thrilled to find that it was stylish and very comfortable, with fantastically friendly and helpful staff. As I was only staying for one night at the end of a week in Belgium I opted for a room with a balcony, and if you are doing the same I recommend asking for 702 as it is at the corner and has nice views to the north as well as over the square in front. Breakfast was very nice, the room was delightful and filled with amusing little touches, and all in all I was very pleased with my choice of hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Indigo for four nights. PROS: Close to Antwerp Centraal Station, good wi-fi, occasionally helpful staff. CONS: small rooms, poor lighting in rooms (basically light bulbs), dusty carpets, no chairs (only uncomfortable window seats with thin padding), necessary to ask staff on a daily basis if heat in room is desired (thermostat does not work for heat). Also, pricey for few amenities.

The Hotel was very central to everything including the Train Station. The one thing I did not like was the lack of storage space in the bedroom. The room was small but that was Ok but there was no facility to store your clothing. there was a rail to hang coats/trousers but nowhere to put your tops,lingerie etc you had to live out of your suitcase which I've never had to experience elsewhere!
also, when I checked in I asked for a quiet room. I was given a room on the first floor but unfortunately there was a outside sitting area adjoining the small restaurant/bar. I was kept awake well after midnight on the first few days with people drinking, talking loud. I complained to the Duty Manager who apologised and informed me that the outside area should have been closed at 10pm to avoid this kind of issue. She spoke to all staff and informed them of this, I was moved to a room on the top floor. The Manager could not have been more kind to myself, she dealt with everything. On returning to my new room that evening, she had left a card, chocolates and a gift of toiletries for what had happened.
