Surrounded by a pine forest and located just 350 meters from the beach on the Baltic Sea, the Best Western Hotel Jurata a modern facility, is dedicated to the holiday stays, as well as conferences and business meetings. The Best Western Hotel Jurata offers 75 spacious rooms and free access to an indoor swimming pool, saunas and a hot tub for its guests.

Also for guests disposal there is on-site Cafeteria where in the summer half-board can be ordered, lift, safe deposit at the reception desk and wireless Internet onsite. The building is adapted to disabled persons.

theoretically, the hotel is pet-friendly and the bowls in front of the reception desk were empty and unwashed for 2 days. Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed for breakfast and the problem is that they bark in the room.
Bar: whysky sour served without protein (I can understand it) but the recipe didn't include Angostura - it's one of the basic ingredients, and the bartender was surprised.
There are also positives: very nice cleaning service, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, fantastic surroundings - close to everything (beach, shop, bakery, outdoor pubs) if open.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Great hotel, well positioned in Jurata on the Hel Peninsula. Friendly staff that accommodated guests well, given the current Covid situation. No daily cleaning, but that didn’t matter for a few nights. Had a extra bedding charge on the account that we had to resolve on checkout that was slightly disappointing, but otherwise no complaints at all. Near the beach and a short walk to the pier and restaurants etc.

We loved large rooms, comfortable beds, great location, plentiful breakfast and large balconies. However cleaning of the rooms could improve. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. To be fair one evening we had No Disturb note.They clean rooms very late in a day- we came back after day out around 6pm and rooms were not touched, even though we put \"Please clean the room\" sign on. Our second room was cleaned only once in 3 days when we were out for dinner. Paid parking was a surprise too given the remote location.

Excellent service from k at front of house

Received excellent service from front of house staff who put in huge effort to sort out issue. Hotel clean and comfortable but very limited areas to sit and enjoy the weather- mostly around car park area.ok breakfast- nicely presented but not extensive.inky 1 table outside from breakfast room so a bit disappointing. Over all fine for mace to stay probably good fir families.

Great place

Had a very good stay. The hotel was comfortable and almost like a 5 star property (at least as per European 5 stars standards). Rooms and bathrooms are big, hotel has extra activities like bowling, foosball, ping pong etc. Beach is just about 200 meters from hotel. The only downside was that it is not very close to train station and with heavy bags (and no public transport in city), to and fro from hotel to station was a bit of hassle.

Podszkolić obsługę i będzie dobrze

Pobyt w hotelu super, pokoje czyste, łóżka wygodne. Jednak, aby opinia była znakomita, należałoby popracować nad obsługa, która ma się wrażenie pracuje \"za karę\". Na recepcji, jak i na bufecie śniadaniowym.

Blisko na plażę

Hotel położony w przepięknym miejscu oddalonym o kilkanaście kroków od plaży. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i w czasie pandemii dobrze zorganizowane. Czysto i przyjemnie. Polecam!

Hotel w zacisznym miejscu godny polecenia dla osób ceniących spokój i bliskość z natura.
Jednakże z roku na rok jest coraz gorzej pod względem wyglądu w obiekcie i dbałości o klienta. Lozka- zagłówki odrapane ,drzwi rozregulowane do takiego stopnia ze za każdym razem jezeli ktoś wychodził z innego pokoju nasze drzwi odskakiwały.
Hotel zamawiamy ze względu na sauna,basen.
Jednakże po przybyciu brak sauny suchej później brak sauny parowej katastrofa zaniedbania.Propozycja ze strony hotelu kręgle i rowery.Jednakze jezeli ktoś spaceruje godzinami i kilometrami to raczej nie ma ochoty na rower lub kręgle tylko na wygrzanie w saunie by odpoczely mięśnie tym bardziej ze w listopadzie dni sa krótkie.
Ogólnie reasumując Hotel traci na swojej wartości.
Kamery które zamontowano na parkingu by wpuszczać klienta niestety nie działają Osoba kompetentna i sympatyczna okazała sie Pani Anna recepcjonistka.

hotel rozczarowuje szkoda............

W hotelu byłem trzeci raz, za każdym razem weekend październikowy, bardzo miło i przyjemnie, w pokojach czysto i obsługa bardzo miła bez wyróżnienia kogokolwiek. Posiłki smaczne, pieczywo świeże bardzo pyszne. Troszeczkę internet kuleje. Jest bardzo blisko do morza i taka sama odległość do miasteczka... na molo (bardzo ładne) troszeczkę dalej. Bardzo fajna ścieżka od mola wzdłuż brzegu morskiego....

Super, meget roligt, beliggende strandhotel beliggende i fashionable Jurata. 300 meter ad privat sti til den lækreste bredeste sandstrand; fedt!
Fine værelser med moderne bekvemmeligheder, fornuftigt virkende wifi-
Kedelig morgenmad og kedelig restaurant/bar med masser af \"huller\" i menukortet og masser af \"not haves\" samt et desværre lavt og af tjenerne ligegyldigt præsteret serviceniveau. Spis i stedet på nogle af byens glimrende spisesteder - det gjorde jeg!
Kommer sandsynligvis igen; dog udelukkende pga. beliggenheden...

Familienhotel in unmittebarer Strandnähe

Zimmer leider sehr laut. Bahnlinie unmittelbar am Hotel. Das lässt sich leider nicht verhindern, da die Insel im Schnitt nicht breiter als 1000m ist. Der Zug fährt bis 2300 und wieder ab 0600. Toller Strand! Kostenlose Liegen am Hotel ausleihbar. Selbst einen Windschutz ist verfügbar in jedem Zimmer. Frühstück ist gut.

Wenn Wetter gut ist, kann man viel an der frischen Luft unternehmen (durch die kleine Ortschaften spazieren und natürlich schöne, saubere Strände bewundern) Es gibt kaum Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man muss schon nach Gdansk, Sopot oder Gdynia fahren.

Długi weekend w Juracie

Hotel czysty, dobrze położony, blisko plaży i dość cichy - jedynie w ciągu dnia zbyt hałaśliwe zamykanie się drzwi do pokojów ( przy delikatnym zamykaniu drzwi się nie domykają) Obsługa miła i uprzejma, restauracja hotelowa serwuje smaczne dania. Pokoje czyste,dobrze wyposażone, przyjemne z wygodnymi łóżkami. Może tylko zbyt mało pojemne szafy a w łazience przydałyby się jakieś półki na kosmetyki. Jedyne zastrzeżenia mamy do WiFi hotelowego, trudno było się połączyć, a jeżeli już się udało, to okazało się,że połączenie z internetem jest niezabezpieczone, wobec czego nie korzystaliśmy z niego , tylko z własnego telefonicznego - było to utrudnienie. Myślę,że w najbliższym czasie hotel to usprawni. Ogólnie pobyt w hotelu nam się podobał a w pokoju dobrze wypoczęliśmy - polecamy !

Rewelacyjne miejsce. Bardzo miła obsługa, dobre jedzenie, możliwość pożyczenia rowerów, leżaków i parawanów. Ładny basen. Pokoje czyste. Bliskość plaży bajka.

Drzwi do pokoi tylko strasznie trzaskają, można by się tym zająć regulując odpowiednio dociągacze.

Święta Wielkanocne

Miło spędzone Święta Wielkanocne.
Nie korzystaliśmy z pakietu mogę więc napisać że śniadania były w porządku, może warto by się przyłożyć do deserów, ale to taka mała sugestia na przyszłość. Basen, sauny fajne można by pomyśleć o ręcznikach na basenie, aby klient hotelowy nie musiał pamiętać o ich zabieraniu z recepcji.
Pokój 151 położony od strony lasu sosnowego bardzo fajny, jedyny w nim minus umiejscowienie papieru w toalecie w bardzo niekomfortowym miejscu. Powinniście Państwo koniecznie to zmienić.
Sam hotel położony bardzo blisko plaży, w bardzo cichej okolicy, kilka pociągów faktycznie przejechało, ale mimo otwartego okna cały dzień jakoś nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Wspaniała lokalizacja ,obiekt przyjemny . Drobne potknięcia z obsługą - o 14 ,na czas naszego przyjazdu ,musieliśmy jeszcze czekać pół godziny na pokoj . Śniadanie bardzo dobre . Plus za ręczniki plażowe w cenie oraz za rowery do wypożyczenia na miejscu .

Bardzo dobry hotel ( duze pokoje klimatyzowane) z mila obsluga, ktora to polecila wspaniale lokale gastronomiczne w okolicy. Wspaniala lokalizacja. Tylko poranne sniadania mialy cos z niezapomnianych stolowek szkolnych lub jak tros woli kolonijnych..... (moze ten wystroj: wszystko w kafelkach, troche chlodna atmosfera). Ale dobry hotel na 3 gwiazdki, dla duzych rodzin z malymi dziecmi bardzo dobre miejsce wypoczynku.

Bardzo fajne miejsce do odpoczynku. Blisko morza, wysoki komfort hotelu i pyszne śniadania.
Bardzo przystępne ceny po sezonie.
Poprawy wymaga jedynie umiejscowienie hotelu na Google Maps. Pinezka na mapach pokazuje Hotel w innym miejscu niż faktycznie się znajduje.

Najlepsze miejsce w jakim byliśmy.

Perfekcyjnie w każdym calu. Miejsce piękne bardzo wysoki standard pokoju w cenie nieadekwatnej do jakości - tzn bardzo dobra jakość w bardzo niskiej cenie - wspaniałe śniadania dzięki którym mimo urlopu wstawało się bardzo szybko, strefa WELLNES super mimo faktu że nie była najnowsza to bardzo czysta, schludna i ogólnie bardzo pozytywna. Obsługa bardzo życzliwa i pomocna zarówno w recepcji jak i restauracji / barze. Ceny w barze bardzo przystępne dlatego też spędzaliśmy tam dużo czasu podczas zimnej październikowej aury. Znaleźliśmy już miejsce które na stałe zagości na Naszej urlopowej mapie. Polecam każdemu !
