Hôtel calme situé à la sortie de la ville. Chambres mal insonorisées. On entend les chasses d'eau la télévision la douche des voisins. Repas correct pour le prix. Chambre un peu chère malgré tout. Difficile d'accès pour handicapé c'est même galère. Comment avoir une autorisation d'ouverture sans ascenseur en France sauf si Jacques Chirac y avait ses habitudes

Au dîner, magret et frites trop cuits et surtout faux- filet immangeable (dureté, "nerfs").

Un endroit agréable.

Chambre spacieuse, salle de bains très fonctionnelle. Si le séjour dure plusieurs jours, les menus proposés sont à caractère variable, c'est-à-dire les plats à la carte ne diffèrent jamais, les menus du jour ne sont guère alléchants, reste les menus à 22 ou 27 euros qui sont très copieux. Quant au personnel, il est très à l'écoute de la clientèle. Donc bilan positif pour notre séjour à l'hôtel Les Gravades.

Hôtel pratique malgré quelques désagréments

Hôtel sympathique mais avec un inconvénient majeur : l'isolation. Réveillée par la nuit par le passage des camions, les portes qui se ferment et le voisin de chambre. La literie n'était pas très confortable, lit trop mou donc mal de dos le lendemain. Le volet ne se fermait pas correctement mais le problème a été signalé à mon départ. Gros avantage : petit extérieur très agréable, baignoire et un plateau thé/café proposé gratuitement avec une bouilloire.

Accueil très sympathique malgré la période non favorable due aux vacances de fin d'année d'une partie du personnel

petit hôtel avec restaurant. situé à la sortie de ussel. de passage, l hôtel est tres correct. seul bémol le lit était un peu petit pr 2 personnes. Le restaurant était fermé.

Hotellet ligger utanför Ussel vid en sjö, vacker miljö. Vårt rum hade direkt utgång till en liten egen uteplats. Trevlig personal. Maten ok. Parkering finns utan kostnad samt wifi

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil sympa (on s éloigne des grandes chaînes hôtelière ) chambre très agréable en rez de jardin, possibilité de se relaxer dans le jacuzzi. Dîner tout à fait correct ainsi que le petit déjeuner avec des confitures maison. Hôtel à recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Wij hadden voor 4 nachten geboekt via hotels.com en daarvan een bevestiging ontvangen. Kwamen in het hotel aan en kregen te horen dat we alleen de eerste nacht konden blijven omdat zij de boeking niet goed hadden doorge- kregen en voor de andere 3 nachten vol zaten. Wij overhandigden de bevestiging maar daar hadden zij geen boodschap aan. Volgens hen zaten zij toch vol en moesten we voor de volgende nachten maar een ander Hotel zoeken.
Na een heftige discussie lukte het ons uiteindelijk om te mogen blijven. De daaropvolgende nachten hadden wij geenszins de indruk dat het Hotel vol zat.
Een vreemde gang van zaken. Gastvrij?

Problème en rentrant à l'hôtel la nuit:impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre:nous avons mis un quart d'heure pour débloquer la serrure.Personne à appeler.Le lendemain matin :impossible d'ouvrir la porte,nous sommes donc sortis par la porte-fenêtre!Cette serrure avait été la seule du couloir à n'avoir pas été changée.On aurait aimé un petit geste commercial pour ces désagréments

Calme et chaleureux

Malgré une arrivée sous une pluie verglassante le personnel a su rendre ce séjour très positif et le calme et la sérénité de ce petit village permette une détente optimale après une journée de travail.
