Raphael was very polite and helpful. Amenities were great, the free mini bar with soft drinks was super generous! Hotel also had snacks, coffee, drinks at reception free of charge too! Rooms were clean especially the bathroom. Housekeeping done very nicely. The rooms were a little small but everything else was perfect! Located next to a station for easy access to transport!

Okay for a one-night stay. Upon arrival, very full rubbish bins were on either side of the entrance. Despite informing the hotel of our very early arrival, they seemed surprised we were so early. We didn't get any replies to the messages we sent them, so we're unsure if they got them. We told them of our expedia vip status and reminded them that it involved a complimentary city tour, which ended up being a very delightful 1-hour boat ride along the Seine. Upon arriving back at the hotel around 2pm (which the female receptionist told us earlier was the time we could check in), I think the guy at the front reception was trying to have a joke. Still, we didn't understand it when he told us that he doesn't have to have the room available before 3pm (as it wasn't ready). It was supposedly an upgrade, and although we had asked for a high floor to potentially get a view of the city, we were given a room on the 1st floor which was quite small. The bath towels were of poor quality (the edging was coming apart from too much use) and very thin. We did get a view of the street below, but there was a building directly opposite, so no view. There are some bars nearby within walking distance that have happy hour and the ability to sit on the sidewalk and watch people walk by. The included breakfast was great - they had a good selection and the pieces of folded egg omelette (I think that’s what they were) were really delicious! However, I wouldn't stay more than one night at this hotel.

Fantastic hotel! The rool was spacious, super clean, great view, safe area, they give free non-alcoholic beverages in your room and restock them daily (juices, evian water, sodas), have a free snack area from 2pm to 12pm daily, great hot breakfast, internet was super fast, vlose to multiple metro and bus stations... I mean, loved it! Thank you to the staff, super accomodating to our food allergies too.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic —right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions.

The staff is incredibly dedicated and always ready to assist with a smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the best perks is the complimentary coffee available all day, along with a variety of snacks—such a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall comfort.

The rooms are a bit small, but that’s completely expected in Paris. Despite the size, they are well-designed, cozy, and exceptionally clean.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent service, and great amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is very convenient for taking the metro. It is in a quiet neighborhood. There are lots of dining options and a wonderful Artisan patisserie right around the corner.
Maria was exceptionally helpful in giving me directions to places I wanted to visit. It is close to Montmartre, and the shopping around this area is much cheaper than central Paris.
The room is small and that is typical of Paris. The bathroom has adequate space. It was cleaned every day and the service at breakfast was great. Around 2 pm they serve snacks and drinks which is a great gesture to the clients. I would highly recommend this hotel.

They did not have the room we booked available so they put us in a room with basically no windows so that we all fit. The beds were very hard and the pillows flat and hard. Never got a comfortable night of sleep.
The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly but I was still frustrated that they gave our room away. The location was good.

The property is fine enough. The problem was that they did not reserve the room I booked. I was supposed to have a family room with 2 separate rooms and they put us in a triple all together. They blamed it on people training at the front desk. We will supposedly get some money back but we were very disappointed with the room problem.

It was very convenient for us to have the possibility to rent a \"family room\", which is made up of two rooms and both rooms have two beds and a bathroom each. There is an additional door in the hallway so that you could keep the room doors open to have access to both rooms. However, no door stops were provided so it wasn't super easy to keep the doors open. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The temperature in the rooms was hot and A/C is not available outside of summer, but we were able to resolve this by opening the windows.

The hotel location is excellent. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as public transportation. We did not have breakfast in the hotel and instead chose to eat at nearby cafes and boulangeries. The decor is funky and fun. We very much appreciated the free mini bar filled with two bottles of water, 1 sparkling water, 1 soda, and 1 apple juice. There are also water, sparking water, sodas, and snacks available in the lobby in the afternoons and evenings, which was a great bonus. You can stop into any astrotel to benefit from this bonus throughout Paris.

Hotel access requires a room key or someone from the front desk will have to let you in. While this is secure, one night someone was waiting to get in and walked in after us. Although we notified the person at the front desk, he brushed us off and didn't take any action. We never felt unsafe, but this seemed to defeat the purpose of the secure entry.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel seemed kept up and cleaned. The snacks in the lobby, drinks in the room and Olympic welcome gifts were nice.

The rooms were smaller than expected and we asked to be changed rooms for more space. We were able to get a room change and however, it was also small but the bathroom was bigger. The room floor boards need repairing as they were squeaky with every step.

My family of 5 just checked out after a five night stay. We were in rooms 214 and 215, which adjoined through a secure hallway. The location is excellent to many sights with tons of great food options. It's a little less touristy than other areas like around the Eiffel Tower or Louvre, but we liked that. The restocked mini bar with water and soda was fantastic, and they set out snacks late in the day which was nice to return to while we sorted out dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my first trip to Europe so really didn’t know what to expect with the hotels I booked. We were very satisfied with Hotel Astoria, the space was reasonable, and the location to the Metro and bus stops was perfect. Happy that we stayed a little away from the center of main attractions as the neighborhood was quiet and had shops and food readily available. Staff was extremely helpful on multiple occasions. Room a/c worked great! Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here.We kept adding days to our trip.

The location was superbe. Withing 2 mins walk you had either a metro or bus stop. All the metro stops were well indicated. You could be at your designated stop within 20-30 mins max. And able to walk to others as well.

We found a favourite bakery just down the street. We felt completely safe in the area.

The room was spacious & cozy. Looking out the window was nostalgic. Picturesque view. We were able to keep the windows open.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly & ready to help. They had free croissants, treats, water, tea after 2 pm that was delicious.

I have recommended to a friend travelling in September & posted on SM.

We would most definitely come back & stay here by choice.

So grateful to have found this gem.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were family of five and they had given us two adjacent rooms that were connected and spacious enough. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were super friendly. There were plenty of free snacks and coffee overnight as well. Best part was it was close to metro station and bus stops and super convenient to move around Paris attractions.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had a triple room for me, my husband and daughter. It was spacious for the 3 of us with a desk, mini fridge, and nice bathroom. We loved opening our window and seeing what was as going on outside. The beds were so comfy, the room cleaned daily as well as free mini fridge restocked daily!! There was a nice breakfast buffet with friendly attendants and snacks were set out during the day. There were at least 3 metros that we walked to. Maybe 2 doors down was a fabulous restaurant and we were off the beaten path so definitely a nice local spot. Not a touristy area so it was nice and quiet, but also convenient to public transportation to get around quickly. We felt that the hotel was very clean and we felt very safe walking the area.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The property was clean, well kept and comfortable. It was very close to two different Metro stops, a pharmacy and a grocery store, all of which we used. There are also a nice variety of restaurants very close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate the breakfast one morning which had a good selection and was well worth the price. The mini fridge/bar in the room was a nice addition. I would highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.

I only stayed one night and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the bathroom was. The single room with a double bed can feel a bit cramped if there’s 2 people but as I was only one person, it felt fine. There’s blackout curtains which was very useful. The only con about the room was that you can hear every creak from upstairs and outside the room. Otherwise, staff was friendly, room was clean. It was pleasant.

We loved this hotel! Very very clean, and the staff was very friendly and kind. Location was great, it is a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station. It is a very safe neighborhood with bakeries and cafes nearby. Front desk staff was able to accommodate our room to be ready earlier than our check in, which was nice. We booked a triple room, and it had plenty of room for 3 people to unpack and sleep comfortably. They also provide free refreshments and snacks in the lobby after 2pm. Only problem we came across was the safe in our room wasn’t working, and unfortunately the mechanic never came by to fix it during our 6 night stay. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

Booked this hotel for one week during rugby world cup when there were not many affordable options, but very happy with result. Clean room with street view, good service, free snacks and beverages, including cold water and sodas in minibar in room. Walking distance to multiple Metro lines and trains west to Normandy and Giverny, and to Versailles. Has neighborhood feel. Brasserie diners are mostly locals. Not for anyone who wants to see the Eiffel Tower when they walk out the door or wants be close to the river/museums. Walkable to Opera, Galerie Lafayette, Montmartre, Parc Monceau. Would stay here again.

During my 3 nights stay at Astoria Hotel, I was very pleased with my room accommodation. The room was exactly as stated online. Clean beddings, towels and a free mini/snack bar was a lovely touch for guests.
The area is located very close to shops, dining and metro stations where you can get tickets to move around to various historic sites/ landmarks which was relatively nearby.

This is a great hotel. The young gentleman who checked us was very friendly. He told us that as our room was ready we could check in early at 11am. He provided us all the information needed about the hotel without any prompting.

The breakfast was high quality, plentiful and replenished regularly. Everybody we had any contact with at the hotel was friendly and professional. Ned took especially good care of us during our breakfast.

There is a kettle and a free minibar with soft drinks in the room. They also provide free soft drinks and snacks in an area close to the reception every afternoon. The room was bigger than many hotel rooms in Paris are, and it had a full size bath in the bathroom.

The connections are good as there are several metro stops and metro lines within walking distance. We would happily stay in this hotel again.
