too bad the swimming pool / water park is not the same as the picture, even thou we already call before book they said its hotel property but different place and have to pay. the breakfast not enough for all the guests, 8.30AM almost gone. Beside that everything ok

Good but a little far away from city center

The front desk is really helpful. To go anywhere in the hotel by golf car is free. However, it's a little bit far from the city center. Unless you drive by yourself. Otherwise, it will be a little inconvenient to reach the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but there is limited resturants for meals. If you are golf frantic, it will be good. Quite some distance to town or mall area, need to take a 10-15 min taxi.

Wifi need to keep log on and off.

Friendly staff and always smile on face. There is some issue with the transport arrangement to airport and I'm nearly miss my flight. The hotel should have a better arrangement in case the driver wasn't on time. Anyway the service still good.

I stay With my family book 4 superior room, via hotel.com the room was big an have hot water boiler, the surounding was quiet and peacefull, the area of hotel is very good With lots of trees and its good for just walking in the morning, the only Down side is the hot water was little but dirty..

So so.. Not good not bad

The room was spacious, but it felt empty with no table and lacked a cozy atmosphere.
There was no 42-inch TV as described in the room details, and the picture quality was terrible.
Amenities were not properly provided. The refrigerator was extremely small, which made my three-week stay uncomfortable. They say a larger refrigerator is available for long-term guests, but I’m not sure how long you have to stay to get one.
Breakfast was good — they served a variety of hot dishes every day.
Getting deliveries was inconvenient. The security office received them, but I never knew when they would actually bring them up.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull!
My room was not so great, outdated and not clean. And I really disliked the very loud call for prayer at 04:00 AM. Thats in the middle of the night, take it easy with the sounds and let the rest of sleep allright.

호텔닷컴으로 예약하니 본 건물에 방이 없다하고 합숙소 같은 방을 줌. 모기때문에 난리가 나니 본 건물 방을 줌.
마지막 날 조식을 먹고 식중독 증세로 귀국 죽는 줄 알았음

숙소는 넓고 깨끗했고 오후에 카트로 골프장 코스를 둘러볼수 있는점이 좋핬습니다. 주변에 신규 Open한 CCM (cilegon Center Mall)이 있어서 쇼핑, 식사하기에 편리했습니다.

Nice and Peaceful Hotel

The stay in the hotel was very comfortable. Very well made, lush green. It was like living very close to nature. Very well maintained swimming pool.

However, since there is no entertainment in Cilegon the hotel should add some additional facilities like snooker table etc.

The food quality at Saphhire Restaurent was good. The service was also very good.

Ein ruhiges Hotel in großer und sicherer Anlage. Überwiegend von Geschäftsleuten genutzt, da Cilegon kein typischer Touristen-Ort ist.
Nettes und hilfreiches Personal.
Frühstücksbüffet auf Einheimische zugeschnitten, aber gut.

I was travelled for my business. The Hotel was booked solid, but the hotel's staff very kindly help me to get my room. The room was better that I was remembered, and was also for breakfast. Thank you for the excellent service. I give five star rate for all type services. I will come back to this Hotel for my next business travel!!

付近算可以訓得過的酒店

千萬要訂高級房，一般房是舊的外面一間一間的那種，去哪裡都要叫人去接超煩。不過外面什麽都沒有，最近可以食既只有一間叫asa的日本菜。

建物に少々古さは感じたが（ドアの隙間や水回りなど）、数日の宿泊なら問題無い。本館では無く離れの部屋だったが、0時頃でも呼ぶとすぐにスタッフの方が来て対応頂いた。
