No wifi, smell of smoke everywhere and just lyes every time with a smile. Even the manager said he knows about how bad the wifi is just no one seems to care. Have me a free meal and it was bad, also the beer always bad beer. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at !

Comfortable & super convenient!

Amazingly located and super convenient when attending events at ICE BSD! It makes a huge difference to have a clean and comfortable place to rest, shower and keep larger items safe (there is also a safe deposit box in the room). The only thing to note is the wash basin tap water smells in 912. The shower water is OK. There was also only one towel in the bathroom when the room is set up for two.

A pretty decent hotel

There were tremors and black-out in the area during our stay, so the hotel was fully packed with the residents from the nearby housing as the only the hotels and malls had electricity. Waited one hour for my request for an iron and an ironing board :( apart from that, the rooms were pretty specious and housekeeping was good. The breakfast spread was not too bad either. Had shuttle services to the really huge AEON mall which was about 7 minutes drive. The frequency is 2 hours apart though. Could make do with more frequent trips.

Nothing fancy but no complaints.. What I expected of a convention centre hotel.
There is a convenience store in the basement of ICE just outside the hotel and AEON mall is a 5-minute Grab/GoJek ride away

In general, the staff were very obliging and friendly, and the food, in particular the breakfast was extensive and of a good standard. However, the rooms are dark and musty and there is rising damp everywhere. If the exhaust fan isn't on in the bathroom all night, there is a terrible smell in the morning. I got very sick while I was there and the rising damp did not help. One more thing: the Alaya Spa is not a spa. It is a noisy reception area with the television fully blaring. I had a massage there and I was taken into the tiniest room possible. The massage therapist was ok and very sweet but her technique was amateur and I had to ask her to turn the full, flourescent light off which was on most of the time. Next door, a bunch of people were laughing and talking loudly and there was no music to drown it out. Overall, probably the worst massage experience I've ever had.

Good hotel in need of drain maintenance

The drains were smelling bad, hotel was aware and sprayed some air freshener and asked to run water. But the smell kept coming back, I left a note with the manger about the same.

a lovely hotel, clean and comfortable room, wide choice of delicious food for breakfast.
Very near AEON MALL - shops and many restaurants Shuttle fr hotel available but timing has to be good

Milling crowds with hundreds of convention participants during first two days ( unpleasant crowding) noisy and crowding at lobby all hours.
Need cab to go everywhere but it was quite cheap to hail one
Hotel has cabs waiting to take guests around.

Cozy stay, but pool was disappointing.

Nice hotel, comfortable and great bed, room was clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was great variety. Only thing was the swimming pool was not clean, after swimming for just 30min, underneath my fingers were greenish-blue, from the algae? That was disgusting.
Also, should be given the room wifi password. Have to ask the staff for the password before can login. Should write it somewhere in the room.

A standard Santika quality.

For my purpose, it's a nice hotel for a weekend getaway. This hotel caters more to conference participants as it is located right next to the ICE Convention & Exhibition center. However, for tourists or weekenders like me the hotel is quite isolated from shops or eateries, yet not bad at all if you have your own car and be able to move around the modern BSD satellite town in Tangerang.

Dreadful experience. For a SGD300 a night hotel, I would have expected first class service, instead I was subjected to one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a long time. I won't go into details but avoid.

The hotel is new and clean
Seems never been in the fully booked situation. Breakfast experience need to be improved as the staff were not sure what to do in the busy period, no much stock of food, coffee has to wait for long as only one machine .
Front desk staff is knowledgeable, but system doesnt support a quick process of check in and out,
Good place to stay when not busy

A good hotel for the conference centre

The hotel has been opened due to the development of the conference centre. The hotel staff were pleasant and really tried hard to assist guests. The breakfast buffet could be supplemented yogurts and nuts. Great that fresh omelettes were available cooked to order. There were some good lunch choices at the cafe near the reception. There is a nice roof top bar, but one surprise was to find out that the hotel only serves beer and no other alchohol. However a good tip is that within a cheap 10 minute taxi ride is an amazing venue called \"The Breeze\" which has some great full service bars and restaurants. It is definately worth a visit and only cost about $3.00 for a taxi ride. My room was very clean. There are some good international channel choices for the in room TV. The porters were very quick and helpful.
