Cynthia
The pillows were terrible. They smelled very bad and were probably 5 years or more old. The carpet was dirty. It was a non smoking room but stunk of smoke. All the hot food for breakfast was cold. The toaster did not work. I will not be staying there again.

We stay here every couple of weeks for part of the year. It’s in a convenient area, has handicapped accessible rooms and parking is pretty good. Rooms seem to have everything we need. Would be nice to have a cart for taking suitcases in at some of the other entrances.
Michael
Great stay and always is. The staff are helpful and always nice. Amber was great when I had a hang up at work and my girlfriend was able to get there before me and had no issues getting into the room ahead of me which was great Amber made sure that was a smooth process.
David
The room was comfortable and spacious. It was clean and quiet, for the most part - there is a railroad across the street.
The pool was closed for repairs. The parking lot was being sealed.
Breakfast was the same every day.

Mark

Gabe
Breakfast was nasty. Muffins stale, no warm food, hardly any food out. Never seen the any of the staff checking on the food. Then Killed 3 spiders in the bathroom.
Roger
Clean and comfortable breakfast was ok
Samantha
Rooms were clean, hotel was overall quiet.
I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). For a short “getaway,” for some better sleep, I would not unfortunately stay at this location again.
Hotel was clean, service was kind and pleasant. Just the location was not.

Room not bad
Mary
Room was fine but sound kept going off on tv not sure why. Had to turn it off and on. No toilet paper so had to ask for some in the morning. Room is nice, friendly staff.
Crystal
Needs updated. Security latch missing from the door. Door off the hinge.Clean and breakfast was ok. We got locked out of our room and we had to get the key reactivated. Not the worse place but wouldn't stay again.Staff was polite but not informative.
Sarah
Room was clean, however there was an odd whistling sensor type sound all night.Puzzling and disturbed my sleep. Housekeeping came around knocking asking for dirty towels before 10 am, while I was about to get into the shower. And she rudely unlocked and was going to enter the room even after I told her not yet. Good thing I had the other latch on or she and the hallway would have gotten a show. Checkout is at 11. I was not happy.
Shukri
Yes good hotel
Eric
Clean room and clean hotel. Quiet, other than a few train whistles.
Ken
Did not get breakfast.
Shannon

Carole
Great place to stay while visiting our son in Poulsbo.
Mary
Convenient parking, clean rooms, walk-shower which is a must, comfortable furniture.
Lisa
Attended wedding at the fairgrounds so the hotel was perfect for our needs.
Aaron
Not bad. About what you might expect.
Carrie
It was a total disappointment. Dirty and run down.
lisa
GROSS- somebody was sleeping in the common area - guest maybe but probably not .

Not the best stay. It was OK. I slept on the chair, regret. Rooms dated and not that clean. Breakfast was over at 9 and we missed.
Margaret
Quiet rooms,we go to bed 10 ish. Great pool, more of a business hotel than a crazy kid hotel- it seemed. Beautiful, clean pool.
Nikki
Comfort and care
Had a family emergency, which caused me to have to stay somewhere and this hotel was the right price and conveniently located. They heard about my situation and really went over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of. Definitely would recommend this hotel!
Ruth
Manager dropped entire pack of napkins on the floor then proceeded to pick them up and put them on the counter in the breakfast area with the other napkins. When called out about it, she proceeded to try to justify it. After calling the customer a liar, she finally removed the napkins and threw them away. She then said if you think I'm dirty, I am also the one cooking the food. We then got up, threw out the breakfast we were eating, and left. Yuck!!! Also ants on the bathroom floor in our room.

The stay was fine and close to family. Breakfast was very good. Front desk very good.
The room was extremely damp and musty and did not go away with AC or heat, even rotating the usage.

Has a good stay the rooms was very clean.

Smelly room
Amber at the front desk is always helpful and friendly, every time I have checked in to this hotel. My only negative thing to say about the room, is that it had a very strong odor of old, stale cigarette smoke and musty air conditioner. I would definitely suggest cleaning or replacing the filters in the air units on a regular basis.
William
Great stay
Clean room, comfortable bed, ice cold a/c, large television, and hot water in the shower. The toilet seat was pretty loose but I’m not taking points off for that. It was everything you could ask for. I would stay here again if in the area.
Catherine
Would Stay Again
The room and bathroom was clean, we were a little late checking out and they were understanding about it. The bed was a little hard for our tastes but we still slept well. The elevator has some kind of strong smell but the stairs were easy to access and there’s only 2 floors so that was okay. The breakfast spread was pretty good I wish it was open a little later than 9 though. Over all if I was in the area I would stay here again.
Anna
Friend outing
Pretty good experience
Amanda
Comfortable stay, Very clean and excellent staff !!
Vyvyanne
Our room and modern bathroom were both clean, and spacious. The door had a nice, modern lock system, and seemed very safe. The AC unit worked well to keep the room cool, sometimes a bit too cold. The hotel breakfast room was very convenient, although the cooked food needed more butter. The 11am checkout time was not too early.
Robert
Older but clean, friendly and accommodating

One night stay.
This hotel was in the middle of remodel & update and they made us aware and apologized.
But it was clean and beds were comfortable.
Mini fridge (no little freeer tho for our ice packs) , microwave, updated shower, nightlight in bathroom, great lighting behind bathroom mirror.
There is a train track across that might be bothersome at night.
Some of the loud guests were more bothersome for us.
Breakfast typical cold items and warm waffles , eggs, sausage oatmeals.
We would stay here again.

Sarah
Nice hotel. Check went smoothly. No one disturbed us. Nice breakfast.
Angie
Goood over night experience
MARK
It was a nice room. Only problem was, the room was in the front of the hotel. The trains sounded their train horns all night. If you stay get a room in the back of the hotel.
Shandalier
Friendly staff with clean rooms.
Camela
Staying for a softball tournament
The hotel was clean and smelled pleasant. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but clean. Water had too much softener in it but shower had decent temp and pressure. Front desk rep was very pleasant. Overall a great value.
brad

vickie

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The room, breakfast & common areas were all very clean. The breakfast had many choices that everyone could find something to eat. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, juice & of course, COFFEE We came to Waverly, Ohio, to visit family and we'll be back in the future. We always stay at the Comfort Inn in Piketon and have NEVER been disappointed.
Marcia
Great staff
The lady who checked me in was fabulous. I'd had a long day and she was delightful.
Kathryn
CHECK IN was a breeze with Amber!
•Amber is very sweet, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
My room is EXCELLENT; very nice, clean and beautifully updated.
I am traveling alone for work; I truly appreciate that I was able to park near the closest entrance to my room!
I most definitely recommend this hotel, very pleased!! 😊

Very nice hotel very clean and very nice people working there

Great stay. Staff was great. Very helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was this is close to the railroad tracks, so trains were running all night.
david

Curtis
Highly recommended
The front desk staff was excellent, and the layout of the hotel was simple to navigate. It was easy to find, and it was convenient and close to everything I needed.
Molly
I wish I could give it a higher review ...
It was clean. It has that going for it. And it was easy to deal with. I think for a total of $130 for one night is a little pricey though for beds that even made my 7 yo's back hurt. They are awful. They don't even seem like they'd be that bad until you try and lay on them for a few minutes. My back is messed up too.
Also an unfortunately close train went through all night long. Not the hotels fault but didn't help the overall experience. Next time I'll pick one out of town.

Mostly remodeled hotel. Bathroom in the room was very nice. Nearly new furniture. Very nice staff. Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee was just ok. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.
Troy
Room smelled like cigarette smoke, towel was dirty. Breakfast was sub par.
Eric
This was the nicest hotel and staff I have ever had the pleasure of being a guest of
Josh
Like the room is pretty big. Bedbiis not very comfortable
Regina
Check in was fast and front desk staff friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated for the holiday and was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the bed so comfortable. My only complaint was the room was advertised with a double sofa-bed and in fact, none of the double rooms have them. That was inconvenient in that we had planned for it. Would stay again.
Kelly
Noisy, very limited dining.
Scott
Property is good and clean even though they have a bit of renovation going on. Amber checked us in and was awesome!
derrell
I am a truck driver and was easy to park my bobtail truck. The front desk staff were GREAT. Both day and night shift. The rooms are clean and not run down. Walk in shower is nice. Towels and bedding are good with no stains or burn holes. When I went to bed though I started iching and no bed bugs were found but some type of bugs. Called front desk and they brought up key to another room. They showed me the room and after inspecting it, all was good!! I travel alot and once I alerted them to the problem they took care of it immediately. Customer service like this is rare anymore. They were professional and did not have an attitude when a problem arose. The breakfast is great as well. I have seen some of the reviews and there are no smells in hallways or rooms. Everything is well maintained. I will be staying here again
Jamie De
Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, great breakfast, coffee/ tea available 24/7 at lobby.
Joyce
Practical, good value for the price, you know what you’re getting and can trust the Comfort Inn brand.
Parker
Breakfast was fine but AC/heat filters were extremely dirty (I cleaned myself). Also bathroom door lock was falling out of the door.

Clean, staff friendly, breakfast great
Brittany
Very comfortsble. Great plants.
William
As far as the hotel, it was excellent. The only issue i had was the railroad tracks are very close to the hotel. It seemed like the train ran every 30 minutes. Luckily I'm a heavy sleeper.
Christopher
Great experience

Comfort Inn has been spiffyed up.
There have been many improvements in amenities (walk in shower in my room), new carpet, SECURE locks on doors to rooms and outside (electronic) and CLEAN. The only drawback was inconsistent WiFi internet connection. Overall very nice improvements. Staff were very pleasant.
TWILA
I will stay again!
