Comfortable rooms and beds. Pool temperature is perfect! Great breakfast options. You have to ring the bell on day shift to get a person behind the counter but they do respond promptly. The flavored creamer at the coffee bar needed to be restocked. Overall a wonderful stay!

Loved the property and space- Quiet, clean & modern. Bed was comfy! Sleepng area (king standard room) & bathroom was spacious. Only minor complaint is tge shower didn't give good pressure regardless of the setting, but still got the job done. Just took a bit longer. Will def stay again!

Breakfast was plentiful, a lot of options to choose from, and inviting. Coffee was passable with the addiction of chocolate milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
The king size bed is a larger version, but the pillows were of unusual variety - I didn't find one that was good for me. They were large, some particularly heavy, and dense.
We had a clean room and bathroom. It was easy to park.

$200 a night. No working elevator. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. No hot water to take a shower, and the water was coming out dirty. This is the 1st review I have ever made. That's how mad I was. The front desk staff was awesome. But everything else was horrible. 2 nights for $400. And to have to deal with all that crap. Never staying there again.

Elevator went out while we were in it nothing said or sone about it
Checkout was suppose to be 2 had to check out at 12 since front desk overnight worker didnt make a note about it. The female manager was very unprofessional. She hung up phone while i was talking then stood outside of the room door while i got my 4 kids ready to leave. Room was dirty bathroom tube was so dirty i had to wash it before allowing my childern to shower. We slept on our our blankets and sheets that i bought from walmart across the parking lot.

Hotel is relatively quiet and well located. My main complaint was that there was a high pitched sound in our room and a loud intermittent rumbling sound. Other than that a decent stay for the price

The only thing I did not like was one of the housekeepers just walked in the hotel room at 1130 and said check out soon. Which we know it was at 12pm. They didn’t knock or anything. What if I would of been naked or something lol

Clean room, desk staff was very helpful.
Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine was not working, same type of machine at a Holiday Inn Express in Washington DC that I stayed at in November that didn't work either. And the bagel, I couldnt tell if it was still frozen (it wasn't cold) , or very stale.

The staff was excellent! The young lady when we checked in was exceptional. The girl the next day as well. We almost stayed another night but decided to venture out in the storm. We made it home and are so grateful for a wonderful night in safety.

Stayed in a \"Disability Room.\" Bathroom met our expectations. However, normal room size was much too small to accommodate a wheelchair...kept bumping into everything. Window blinds were broken and remained entirely closed. Bathroom vanity mirror lighting did not work.

WORST HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS!!!!!

1st of all the 1st room I got the door was open and it was not completely cleaned for a new guest. Then as I was retrieving my items to take to the new room some random guest decided he wanted to walk into that room. Kinda freaked us out. The tv reception in the new room was a joke.

So morning comes and went to shower and guess what..... water would not come on at all, plus even if it did the lever that allows you to turn on shower head was broken. Not ideal considering we had a 8 hr trip ahead of us. So informed front desk of issues and pretty much got a shrug of the shoulders. Went to eat breakfast and NO HOT FOODS, not a big deal but combined with everything else it was just icing on the cake.

Needless to say that was the absolute worst Holiday Inn Express we have been in. If there was a way of getting my money back I would go after it, but considering the experience I probably would get a attitude that it was our fault

I booked an accessible room but when I got there I realized that the room didn't have grab bars for the toilet, only the shower. I went to the front desk. They were so kind and immediately worked out which rooms they had available that actually had grab bars in the toilet vs the shower. They were able to book me a room that had the correct bars so call ahead if you need grab bars to get off the toilet. The staff were so helpful. The property was clean. The room was clean. The bed was so uncomfortable that it made for a restless night.

Easy access on and off I70 but close enough that you do hear some traffic from the freeway. Didn’t keep us awake, though. Nice breakfast choices. Room was clean and comfy. Negatives: kinda noisy. Could hear noise from other rooms. Bath looked clean but caulking around tub needed to be cleaned and/or replaced.

This property was way too expensive for what you got. The pool was not kept up. The hot tub was not working. When we got to the room the tv only had a few channels working. This was very disappointing as we were wanting to watch before bed. When I tried to call the front desk the phone wasnt working. I had to call from my cell phone and was told the tv channels were out in most of the rooms and that the phones had been out for awhile. I wish we were told this sooner. She did try to find us a different room but there were none available. She also was going to have a guy come out but it was so late (930pm) and we didnt want to be bothered.
The breakfast was really good though. Overall, I was disappointed with the stay for how much I paid ($230).

Holiday Inn can do better.

The hotel was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable to me. Hard as a rock. The screen in the window was so full of holes. I guess from a hail storm. Would have been nice to be told of this. Holiday Inn has tons of money, I’m sure they can replace screens. Doesn’t take much. Upon going to the Elevator on 3rd floor I noticed the cover off the Ice Machine. Brought it to the attention of 2 Desk Managers. Once within hours of arriving “was told they didn’t have a maintenance guy on staff and they would call someone” and once in check out. Was never fixed. Wide open, running with wires exposed. Nice lawsuit waiting to happen.

Quite a bit of exposed wiring in the gym… looking dangerous. Hot tub jets were broke and we called in advance to see if it worked. Desk receptionist Wes was wonderful. He said hot tub could be turned on if we come to the desk to ask but the girl who was on the night shift said she couldn’t turn it on. Room could have been cleaner.. A lot of bugs in the window sill and other small dirty details but nothing horrible. Breakfast was excellent!

Stayed on 1/4/25 the room was pretty gross, bed was horribly worn, fridge had left over food spilled at the bottom, and thermostat didn’t work but I didn’t have it in me to ask for a change it was a really long day and very long drive. However, the staff are very friendly except the night shift front desk younger girl. The first shift guy with short hair is super nice and accommodated all my needs. I ended up having to book another night because the snow storm and got another room that was a lot cleaner but bathroom floor was sticky. There was a guy in the hotel who wore blue crocs, a hat, and had scruffy hair/beard, and wreaked of cigarettes that asked if I was leaving on the first day after I packed up and was in elevator with all my stuff.. he asked where I was going and what floor I had stayed on and what room.. I didn’t tell him the info but then he said you were in 305 right? I was really disturbed. I said to him why would you ask me that? And he said well my girlfriend works here... After leaving the hotel and ending up having to come back and book again, I didn’t see him again but my sister and my son did see him and he also approached them. He told them he was a housekeeper. Really weird and needs to be addressed. Wish I would of pushed for a discount after the first room experience
