Budget-priced hotel, in excellent condition. The room was very clean and large enough for two people. A short walk to the Metro, then 20 minutes to the city centre. Fairly good neighbourhood with a supermarket near the hotel.

Great hotel! In a calm neighborhood in the outskirts of Paris. Hotel was modern, spacious, clean, and had a friendly staff. Easy to get into Paris from the hotel, and surrounding neighborhood was also fun to explore. Highly recommend if you want to visit Paris but not deal with the hustle and bustle.

This hotel is more of a hostel. The staff was kind and tried to be helpful at times but spoke limited English/Spanish and it was difficult to communicate with them at times. The hotel room was very small, it did not have a fridge, no telephone in the room (every time you needed something, you had to go downstairs to the front desk), we had to ask for towels because there wasn't any in the room, AND the bathroom in our room smelled like cigarette smoke, as if the previous guests smoked in the bathroom and the smell lingered. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the closest metro station and it took about 45 minutes to get to the city center. There is other forms of transportation, like bus and tram but if you're trying to get to the center of the city, the metro is what you want to use.

The hotel is bare bones, basic. No bar, restaurant or any additional services. Staff were pleasant, although we were disappointed to be informed at check in that the parking was in fact not free and off-site. This was a big let down as we specifically chose a hotel a little outside the city to ensure free parking and from the looks on the faces of several guests arriving shortly after us, this was a common review of the place. I wouldn’t stay again but it’s fine for a bed for the night.

I’ve stayed here a number of times before. It is very handy if you are attending a gig at the nearby ale Triton club.

It’s very close to a metro station (but watch out for stations being shut due to renovation). There quite a few nice eateries around (including Le Triton - you get a discount if you eat there) as well as various supermarkets.

Buffet breakfast available and bar is open in the evening.

La persona en la registration no encontró mi reservación le mostré mi reservación y se hizo el bobo atendió otros huéspedes me dejo esperando por dos horas de 12.00 media noche a las dos de la mañana, me cobro por la habitación nuevamente, le mostré el comprobante de que estaba pago pero o lo acepto y me dijo que si ya lo tenía pago entonces en la tarjeta de credito no me cobrarían entonces le mostré que si me cobraron, me contestó que muy raro, no tenía idea de lo que hacía, dejé las cosas de esa forma asta el día siguiente bajé a recepción le esplique a la persona de recepción lo ocurrido con los propios documentos y los cargos extras se disculpó me dijo que no entendía porque la otra persona no vio mi reservación me rehén bolso el dinero y en fin pero que esto pase a la media noche??? Y fuere de eso que no le faciliten clave para el wi di y no colaboren fue supremamwnte desagradable

Our uncomfortable stay at Port de Liles

I stayed at B&b port the Liles with my daughter for 4 nights. The hotel was clean in general, but the only amenity in the room was a shower soap. You need to have your own toiletries. No other services, only vending machines. Our room had like a dog smell.
The hotel is located by the highway, but is 10 minutes walking distance to the metro stop called Port the Liles. The bus stop is closer, but we had never use it, because of the hard to figure out schedule We walked from the metro always before midnight, because that is how we were adviced. The area was by the park, which was still open, so for sure is not safe to walk for single person.
There is a Carefour store walking distance-6 minutes. There are not nice Parisienne caffes around, so we took Metro to Republic stop, that had a choice of caffes.
There was something like outside patio, but nothing was there, just fence and concrete. Adding a little details: pictures, plants will make the area more cozy.
We did not take any pictures of the area, because there are not picturesque at all.
The service desk was Ok , but always busy.

Handy for the Le Triton

Very convenient for attending gigs at Le Triton (who also give a discount to hotel guests in their restaurant) which is just up the road or at the Paris Philharmonic Hall which three stops in the tram from Porte des Lilas. Have stayed here before and have never been disappointed with the hotel.

The property is fairly new and very well maintained. It met our needs for the few days we were there.

It was a rather small room with small beds and no other furniture. One pillow and one towel a day (no wash cloths) takes a bit of getting used to although they finally did give us a second pillow. The lack of a shower door was also very odd, but we managed.

The breakfast for 6,85€ was perhaps the best part of the stay. Eggs and bacon were added to the traditional continental fare every day and it was well worth it.

Very basic, small rooms but OK very short stay

Location was perfect for me, short walk to where I needed to be, but also a short walk to Metro and Tram line.
Breakfast was very basic, but for me as i'm a bread, tea and juice person it was good.
I wasn't keen on the door lock being a code on a piece of paper.
The walls are very thin, and the person in the room next to me was in and out letting the door slam which shook the whole wall. I couldn't sort the aircon. out so was quite warm, as opening the window wasn't really an option due to busy roads and traffic noise. I had a double room single person for 2 nights, not sure I'd want to stay longer or with my partner.
The bed was comfortable.

An excellent 2 star hotel in Paris.

This is a two star hotel located in the outskirts of Paris but convenient to the Paris metro. It takes about twenty minutes to get downtown. The neighborhood is a typical city neighborhood, nothing exceptional. There is a grocery store about seven minutes away. The area is noisy - typical city. But the room is extremely quiet as long as the windows are closed.

The rooms are basic and small - no tissues or refrigerator. There is about a half meter of clothes hanging space - no wardrobe or drawers.

However, the plumbing works. The bed is extremely comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The walls are clean and intact - no crumbling walls or ceilings. The air conditioning and wifi work. The chambermaids are efficient and friendly as is the staff. I give it five stars (out of five). Don't go here if you want a spacious hotel room with chocolate on your pillows. But if your objective is to see Paris and have a good place to sleep, this may be the place for you.

You have to decide if the price fits your budget.

This is not value for money at all. From outside the hotel gives you a feel of super start hotel BUT pathetically the services, room conditions, Staff behavior doesn't match it at all. The rooms are pathetic. I will say it's a local hotel under the skin of star hotel. So far i liked their wi-fi only what should be appreciated. Very far outside of city center. There are nothing close near to this hotel. You need to walk at least 15 minutes to reach to Porte De Lilas metro. Breakfast was horrible. There are no arrangement for dinner or lunch. You need to walk 10 minutes to reach to nearby restaurent etc. Don't recommend at all.

Check-In was fast. Internet was extremely fast. Shower was awesome. Picked because it was a new hotel. Room was small but that was a given. Front desk was great other than one who wanted my Passport as security to use an iron. So I just went a purchased an iron/kettle at the market. If you like fresh air, ask for a room on the non street side - the traffic flow on the street is crazy and as per the French.. they can't keep their hands off the horn. I stayed 8 nights. Close to the metro and markets. MacD's has the best chicken sandwich I have ever had.. anywhere.... (less the bread of course). Laundry about 15 min walk.

Hotel is a short walk from nearest Metro station. Very large room but no tea/coffee making facilities. There is a range of vending machines downstairs. Reasonable all you can eat breakfast buffet. Note there may be no lock on the bathroom door which, in my case, led to an embarrasing incident when the hotel staff knocked on the room door then came in and flung open the bathroom door...

Excellent well-staffed budget hotel

The hotel offers very good value for money, with clean, modern and quiet rooms (sound-proofed against the constant traffic hum of the adjacent Boulevard Peripherique). The rooms are a bit small but not bad by 3* standards. Bathrooms are clean and shiny. The staff are very friendly and there are at least 2-3 receptionists always at hand , again unusual by 3* standards in Paris. The breakfast buffet is very good value at 6:15 euros pp: with a variety of pastries, eggs, cereals, fresh fruit.

The only downside is that because of its high comfort and low cost, the hotel seems to attract large tour groups who can cause traffic jams at the reception desk, lifts, lobby and breakfast buffet.

Quiet area, but a little far from the centre of city. Has free/affordable breakfast buffet. Though I dont believe they will cook alacart breakfast. And the internet speeds are excellent and free. Needs at least one more towel. Very good for price , though this side of town seems sketchy. But I didn't have sny troubble.

Embora o nome seja B&B (Bed and Breakfast), o café da manhã é quase o valor de uma refeição e não está incluído na diária, o que me parece comum na Europa. Havia máquinas com opções de café. O staff foi sempre muito atencioso e solícito com as nossas necessidades.

スタッフは笑顔で迎えてくれ、対応・サービス共に完璧だった。
部屋はシンプルながらも清潔で、金庫やカフェマシンがあったのには感動した。
唯一の難点として、メトロの駅から少々歩く。ただ、バス停は近くにあるので、問題なし。
