We got there at 1:30Am we were in transit since 4pm. I was very thirsty I ask if they had complimentary water she said rudely no I have to drink the water from the washroom faucet. We tried asking her if there was anywhere we can get some food and water around her she was very rude and said she don’t know. We are from Canada so we do not know that area. Breakfast was very very minimal. The picture of the hotel we saw online was not the same when we got there it’s very run down. The list goes on but I don’t have any more time to spend on that. Life goes on

This was a great place to stay and would recommend for anyone with a family to stay. Was there in early April, the pool with lazy river was fun, they had a movie night in the pool also which my son thought was great. Being able to rent beach chairs, umbrellas, etc was such a great added bonus. I loved the idea of renting bikes, but kids said they were rusty so they probably need a little better maintenance being so close to the beach.
The only negative thing I would say room bathroom needed a little work, but it was not an issue at all.

We got checked in quick with no problem however when I asked for a pillow because there was only 3 pillows in the room the staff said they would see what they could do.
So they did absolutely nothing…not cool.Had to use a towel as a pillow.Breakfast was crowded with not enough seating.

For the price this was a nice hotel. It is an older hotel and it shows but it was clean and well maintained. The lazy river pool was a nice bonus and the beach was within an easy walking distance. The breakfast was typical buffet fare and well presented. If we go back to this area, we'd stay here again.

Our hotel experience was generally pleasant, with a nice ambiance and a decent pool. Regrettably, the elevators were non-operational on our checkout day, requiring me to carry all our luggage down from the 4th floor. The housekeeping staff seemed disorganized, rushing us to vacate the room while refusing to offer assistance. Despite explaining our situation and the need for extra time, they stood by unhelpfully, eventually forcing us to make multiple trips down the stairs with our belongings while managing our two toddlers. The ordeal was particularly challenging for my 2-year-old and 4-year-old children, who had to accompany us on these trips.

If you looking for location and amenities this is your place to book. Plenty of activities for the kids to keep busy. Free breakfast is always helpful and a late check out. I will definitely be back.

The outdoor lazy river pool was fantastic. The kids loved it. Breakfast was just OK. And I was not a fan of the rooms but an inexpensive way to be close to the beach and enjoy the free parking, free beach rentals, and Pool was a great Price to stay close by. The staff there is super nice very accommodating.

Great location, the crowd is hit or miss tho in my opinion sometimes a trashy crowd sometimes a good crowd. Pool is clean with lazy river closing at 11pm Whch is nice . Breakfast is breakfast it’s free sooo…. Kids always have fun when we stay here. My only complaint is the crowd. Overall good place to stay in a good location.

We loved it. It is clean, convenient, and fun. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a huge courtyard with a lazy river (heated if needed), bar, restaurant, and entertainment. And the included breakfast is large and includes cooked food. Shopping and the beach are close by. This seems like the perfect place for us and we will be back.

We loved everything about it ! The pool, the breakfast, the room. We got the beef nachos for dinner and they were great! Couldn’t eat it all but really enjoyed it. Then we spent a very relaxing time enjoying drinks and the musician. Next time we will definitely have to stay more than 1 day.

This place was a pleasant surprise. Only a block from the beach. The staff was very polite, even during busy check in. . The breakfast was really good and offered a lot of variety of items. The courtyard area had a large pool, sitting area with umbrellas, area for kids, and cornhole. . The rooms were updated. Had no issues.

So this place is absolutely a gem in the rough. It’s very family oriented. They have a pool, lazy river. They do all kinds of things for kids and rooms even though they’re just slightly outdated. They’re amazing a lot of space balconies overlooking the pool it was you walk out? You walk across a small 2 Lane Rd. here on the beach I highly recommend it. It’s two times of fun.

Parking was free and right outside our room which was so handy for unloading all our cases.Staff were all friendly. There were lots of restaurants close by and only 1 block to the beach Only negative was I realised after leaving that we had Expedia VIP which included a $20 resort credit but this was never mentioned to us at check in so wasn’t aware of it so couldn’t use it.

We were very pleased with this small resort. Everyone was so friendly. They had so many fun outdoor events (live music, pool bar, lawn games, outdoor movies and of course a beautiful pool). We loved feeling like we were in the Caribbean at this adorable little spot. Definitely would come back. Bathroom in our room could have used an updated but definitely not a disappointment as it’s a beach hotel. Very clean!

We were staying one night before Cruise and with Grandson in town, he saw the sandpit and pool, Funtime begins. Food and drinks were very good and then breakfast buffet was excellent. Only thing that left sour taste was the food credit via Expedia wasn’t explained by website or Staff, well not correctly. I was told to just charge to room and credit would be automatic. Checked out with zero balance and headed to Cruise Ship, all good until around noon when I was notified of charge from Resort and upon calling was asked if I presented food credit voucher, WHAT VOUCHER nobody mentioned that part. Still waiting for REFUND from Resort as Expedia said they had nothing to do with it !!!!!

The property is one block from the ocean, so there is considerable wear, tear, and rusted surfaces. It could use some replacing of furnishings and paint that ocean air has weathered. The staff members were fantastic, the hot breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, French toast, and good coffee. The pool and lazy river were well maintained and they had a huge movie screen and speakers for kid movies, which occurred regularly. It is a wonderful place for families, and they welcomed my service dog everywhere. Overall, it was a good place to experience Cocoa Beach.

Weekend had a DJ pumping out the Jams. Lazy river was so relaxing. Had movie on the huge outdoor screen on Sunday night

Negative: the hotel is outdated and clearly in need of major upgrades. Parking is difficult, especially for people with disabilities. There is security on site, but there is no monitoring of the pool area. Teenagers jump into the lazy river-style pool, disrupting guests, and some people smoke despite it being prohibited. Basic items or amenities, such as Wi-Fi was not available or at the very least, the internet password was not offered. The final straw was the weekend parties held in a salon next to the reception area. These events take up guest parking, forcing guests to park at nearby businesses and walk back. The live music is extremely loud until 10 p.m., making it very difficult to relax or sleep.

Super noisy!! rooms were old and kind of funky. This place was not at all what we expected.

Was here a few years ago, and while it needs a bit of a deep clean of its facade, still lovely, kitchy, and family and solo friendly. Rooms are clean, serviceable and comfortabke. Had the suite and was roomy. Lazy river was my draw to come again. Short walk to beach.
