The Arkanchi Hotel is perfectly located inside Ichan Kala, just steps from Khiva’s main sights. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and the rooftop terrace offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Staff are friendly and very helpful, making the stay feel personal and welcoming. Breakfast is good, though a bit simple, but the overall experience is fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay inside the old city.

Very Nice and clean hotel right in the heart of Khiva. Very walkable and warm staff. Great breakfast with good options. But I wish they had coffee in the morning. The facility could use some upgrades. Overall a great place to stay if traveling alone or with family.

I would gladly return to this hotel

The hotel is located in the best area of the old town, very kind staff, spacious and clean room, good breakfast. The roof terrace is beautiful, with a small bar open in the evening. We went up to the tragedia and it was beautiful. It could be used better, because it really has great potential. Khiva is a jewel and will remain in our hearts forever! Highly recommended as a tree. Thanks for everything!

The hotel is in an ideal location, all the staff were super friendly and wanted to help you at every opportunity they could. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
The breakfast was lovely, you are a minute walk away from most of the best sights in Khiva. Highly recommend

The hotel is right next to the mesmerizing Kalta Minor Minaret with its blue and green ancient coloring that you can’t take your eyes off. You can even see it well from the hotel’s rooftop. The hot breakfast had nice variety of local dishes to choose from such as pumpkin oven baked samsa, fresh and dried fruits, fresh vegetables.The wi-fi was also good, although at times they had to restart it to keep up with the number of guests using it. Hot water in the shower. Air conditioned room. Also, I liked that it was quiet.

This place was immaculate. You could literally off to eat off the floor. The staff was friendly. They went over and beyond to help you. The restaurants are all around you so where the sites are very walkable easy to get to service was great. The rooms are really nicely done Water pressure. Excellent beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning worked fabulous all around. I highly recommend this place if you come to Uzbekistan!!!

The hotel is clean, the location is excellent, and the staff is very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. The only downside was the pillows, which were very hard.

The location is excellent. Hotel looks grand and is openly visible from the main Ichan Kala.

The staff at this hotel were pleasant and extremely helpful. They speak excellent english.

On the night of our arrival, our Yandex driver was lost and we couldn't find the hotel as we were unfamiliar with the location.

We called the hotel for help and a staff very kindly came to look for our car, and even took over the wheels of our driver who was visibly very tired from the long drive. He helped to drive us to the door step of the hotel safely, and even offered the driver a seat to rest in the hotel as it was very late at night.

We didn't get the name of that staff, but hope that the hotel could relay our compliment and gratitude so that he can see our message to him. We are extremely grateful for his help, and we find his kindness very heartwarming. He definitely left a mark of great impression in our hearts and we will never forget that night.

We are also very happy with our room, which was clean and very comfortable. The room definitely looks better than the photos I took. The breakfast provided was one of the best we have had out of staying at 6 hotels in Uzbekistan and as bonus it comes with great variety of vegetarian options.

We had a wonderful time in Khiva and the hotel and the staff made our trip even more pleasant.

Great location and staff. Very accommodating and the views from the terrace unbelievable. I would recommend the spring and autumn seasons. The winter can be bitter cold and the summer brutally hot, but you will have the place to yourself.

Great location and staff

We stayed 2 nights right inside the city walls. The upper deck is lovely but our weather was too cold to enjoy it. The staff were amazing - friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fair, but after we stayed elsewhere too, we found it was fine. The food across Khiva is the same almost everywhere. We recommend Arkanchi!

Arkanchi hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Khiva, a stone's throw from the heart of the ancient city. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, helping me to make the most of my time in Khiva. My room was nice and spacious, and the hotel has a roof terrace which offers great views over Khiva. Breakfast was nice - however, I found there to be too much food and think a buffet-style would help this.

There was a terrible language barrier, at least they let on they didn’t understand us at reception. A whole issue about paying for collection taxi. Everything quoted in $ but will not accept them and convert to somes which results in a figure that you don’t know what it covers. Location very good.

Our visit to the Arkanchi hotel in Khiva was a pleasure - with friendly staff, a spacious, and a superior location inside the walls, just behind the West Gate attractions. It was easy to walk to all the sights from this location and the hotel has a small roof deck you can climb to see the popular sunset over the town although its not set up for serving which did not bother us one whit since there are plenty of other places to see this (although walking the town at sunrise was an even greater pleasure). Breakfast, in either an inner courtyard or adjoining room was excellent, with fresh local fruit, eggs, pastries, fried \"ravioli\", cheese and other items changing from day to day. The front desk staff especially the excellent Yusuf were extremely helpful and cordial, with good communications at all times. There is a good wifi connection in the lobby only which was ample to our needs. This hotel services many tour groups but we were travelling independently and didnt find our services at all impeded by this.
