We had 3 nights at 43 degrees, what a relaxing stay.
The room was very comfortable, and we were able to enjoy sitting out on the deck, watching the pademelons and birdlife while listening to the waves.
Breakfast was supplied - yoghurt and fruit and freshly baked bread.

Pleasant stay in a great scenery area however no views from the room. Basic breakfast provided with a message interpreted as they have to provide something because there is nothing near by. A good place if you want to take your own food and drink and go for beach and bush walks.

Our stay at 43 degrees was really peaceful. The location is perfect, just off the beach. We were disappointed that the bbq was really dirty as this was the only way of cooking in the property. Parking was limited for the amount of apartments available. Overall experience was good, just those few details would have made it better.

Accommodation was very well-presented, nice views and included breakfast delivered to the door around 8:30am. There was a number of wallabies on the lawn outside our apartment around dusk which was a nice experience. One criticism, though, was that the room was very stuffy. Despite our best efforts, the air-conditioning kept resetting to a temperature higher than we would have liked.

A beautiful and tranquil place to stay while touring Bruny Island. The breakfast is wonderful and the warm bread is a treat. Beautifully presented unit and has everything I you need. The only thing that I can fault is being a tall person I did not realise how many times and near misses of hitting my head on the curbed wall to ceiling....but that was one of the things I fell on love with from the pictures before booking to stay.
I would happily stay again.....we absolutely loved our stay here visiting Bruny

Only downside for us was we needed to leave early for the ferry, and breakfast is brought around between 8-8.30 so we didn't get to have breakfast as we had to leave before then, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay, and even had a little visitor outside our unit in the morning (tiny wallaby)

Great location and a neat and comfortable lodge.

Great eco-lodge for couples - clean, comfortable, and including a well-equipped kitchenette. Pademelons roamed the grounds, and the beach is just across the road. There’s a small local grocery shop just down the street, and it also sells petrol in case your car runs low. Great quiet location and a very neat and comfortable lodge. A simple breakfast was provided - left at the lodge door in the morning - but they can’t cater to allergies, so if you’re dairy-free, gluten-free etc you should make sure that you bring your own breakfast with you.

Whilst the bungalows were well presented and our host very accessible and helpful, it was particularly noisy in the studio units from the roadside traffic, not comfortable to sit and eat unless you sat outside and the shower sprayed water constantly onto the bathroom floor making it exceptionally wet each day. The daily delivered breakfasts were amazing and much enjoyed. We did enjoy Bruny Island very much.

Cosy eco accommodation. Great facility with a nice little balcony with a BBQ or to just sit and watch the wildlife. The cabin itself has all you need with a comfortable bed and a spa bath. It is positioned in Adventure Bay, central to all you could wish for with access to the bay and beach, cafe and restaurant and tours. Highly recommend! Thanks Jo. We will be back.

The cabins are beautifully set up and architecturally designed to have a high eco rating. They are quiet, peaceful and private. Very comfortable and cosy. 43 degrees was a terrific place to stay for a short break on Bruny Island. The Eco lodge room was comfortable, heating worked well on a cold day in Tassie. The welcome wine bottle was a great touch. The continential breakfast was substantive and delicious. The fresh baked bread outstanding.

This was our first visit to Bruny Island and we were very impressed with the accommodation and surroundings. We were in #2 of the 5 cabins and whilst the cabin was slightly on the small side, the weather allowed us to spend time on the deck. It is ideally suited for a couples trip away with a spa bath in the separate private bathroom.
I would recommend Adventure Bay on South Bruny for anyone wishing to head to Bruny Island.
The Bruny Island cruise leaves from the marina 2.5 kms away which should be on everyone's to do list.
Pick up some supplies at Kingston on the way to Bruny as there aren't a great many dining out options on the Isalnd.

Once we'd managed to get the key code for entry everything was great.
Nice location close to the beach and general stores which was well stocked- great meat for the BBQ and everything else we might need. Breakfast arrived promptly before 8am - delicious warm bread and selection of butter and jams that was enough for our lunch too as well as yummy yoghurt and fruit ramekins. The complementary wine was nice touch. We were in Cabin 5 which doesn't really have aview but was a nice sun trap and screened from others. Great spa bath and walk in shower. Modern TV but no Wifi😍Great for a relaxing break

We only stayed 1 night in our lovely Eco cabin at 43 Degrees but it was one of the highlights of our Tassie trip. We stayed in cabin #4 which was more secluded and tucked away in the garden but we found it so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed after a hectic holiday. It was spacious and well equipped, loved the decor. The hosts made contact in the morning to welcome us and give details about check in, then popped by after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast delivery in the morning was a treat. Adventure Bay is beautiful, with the beach across the road and shops just down the road.

Fantastic location. Lots of local bird life to look at and Albino Wallabies just down the road. Also convenient for Rob Pennicott Tour (also highly recommended). It is compact but of the highest quality. Really comfortable bed and great spa bath. There is no cooker or hob but good BBQ facilities and microwave. Continental style Breakfast was also outstanding. We would also recommend a two night stay to really get to know the island and get away from it all.

Overall it’s a lovely property to stay at bruny island. Just a few extra touches would have made this property top class and even more attractive.
For example while the bathroom and spa is excellent, I feel that there should be more toiletry products provided - for example one bath salt portion per day of stay so that guests can enjoy the spa fully. Also things like toothbrushes, quality body lotion, body wash, slippers and other things that a “spa” accommodation would provide.
Additional small details such as the following would make the experience many times more luxurious, but without costing much in terms of installation:
1) more hooks for hanging clothes (given no wardrobe)
2) the bathroom floor should have an additional draining point between the bathtub and sink (due to the open shower design of the bathroom). Currently guests have to sweep water run off back into the shower with a provided broom.
3) the addition of some heating into the bathroom (something simple like heating lights from the ceiling)
4) a soap dish for the bathroom sink
5) an umbrella for guests to use (make it quite large so people won’t think to take it with them!) given it tends to rain a bit on the island
6) WiFi
7) bags for the bin in the bathroom or sanitary bags at least
8) a proper mini fridge that can cook under 5 degrees (for milk) etc

The property is architecturally designed and looks impressive but some areas are not practical.
Bathroom is extra large but takes space from the bedroom.
Spa jets are overly strong and project above horizontal which means water sprouting out of the tub. And the pump is extra loud.
Kitchen stools are impressive in appearance but slope forward and the foot rests are far too high.
Needed a bar fridge but there was just a wine cooling fridge available.
It did look impressive but these few features let it down a little.
