We had a wonderful stay at Orange County Hotel! The staff were awesome — from the reception to the animation team, everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. When we arrived, the hotel Ebru kindly upgraded our room to a sea view, which made our stay even more special. It’s a great hotel where you can find everything you want. Highly recommended!

Otele vardığımızda Ebru Hanim odamızı deniz manzaralı odaya yükselttiler, bu da tatilimizi daha da özel hale getirdi. Her şeyi bulabileceğiniz mükemmel bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

Hotelli on iso ja mukavasti mietitty erilaiset paikat ja mahdollisuudet uimiseen ja auringonottoon. Huonesiivous toimii kohtalaisesti. Hotellin vastaanotossa oli yksi miellyttävä asiakaspalvelija, muut ammattitaidottomia. Ruoka oli hyvää, mutta oli järkyttävää nähdä, miten paljon esimerkiksi venäläiset aiheuttivat ruokahävikkiä.

First night: Our room had several issues. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and the room was freezing throughout the night. Additionally, the toilet flush had problems.

Second night: Our room was changed, and we appreciated that.

Overall experience:

• The hotel was extremely crowded, with lines everywhere. It took around 15 minutes to get the main course, and the food options remained the same throughout our stay. Getting meals took almost 30 minutes.
• The pools were dirty and not well-maintained, which was unhealthy.
• On a positive note, the seaside was amazing, and the shows were quite enjoyable.
• Unfortunately, the bars were not clean.
• The tea and coffee machines were of poor quality, and the selection of non-alcoholic drinks was very limited.

Amazing staff, nice hotell but very big so you cant find relax if that you want. Guesta from all the world with different background, culture and class. You will enjoy the hotell, but gests are not so respektfull. It is not the hotell problem. If you want to relax and get a hugh class vacation it is not this for you, becasue of guests chaos.

We stayed for 5 nights as a family with two little children. the room was spacious and comfy with good a/c. Location was good and the view on pool and sea was fantastic. The hotel has a nice kids play zone and also a teenagers zone for interaction and activities where dedicated babysitters take care of kids and organize different activities for them. Also, two pools for kids make a nice variation.
However, the hotel is very noisy and crowded, and their taste in music is very bad, no lounge ambient music, just loud beats and drumming like crazy most of the times.
At any meal time you have to wait in long lines to get a couple of slices of pizza. Food was average with low to medium quality. Lots of drinks. After dinner they organize disco party for kids!!! which continue for an hour till 9pm, and then there is adult shows (which in my opinion are not suitable for little kids) and they stay until 11pm, and after that the loud noisy partying continues for disco and beat dancing until midnight. Such environment is not suitable for infants or kids below 12y.o. In fact this routine had destroyed our family habit of organized early sleep at 9pm for our kids to a degree when we went home it was hard to go back on track with our kids. So, my recommendation: if you love the noisy and all-time bustling and loud environment then the hotel is super, otherwise, you may want to stay away from it.

Excellent but uncontrolled smoking almost everywhere. People are smoking everywhere included around kid’s pool (i talk about open areas but though most of the smoking areas are only one side open under a ceiling )
We spoken with customer relations but what can they do? People are taking ashtrays (hundreds of hundreds ashtrays hotel giving them eveywhere) blowing smoke through kids at around kids pool and shows and beach or literally almost everywhere.
Apart from this issue everything was excellent. Good food, good facilities, nice rooms, excellent staff.. Worth for value.

A very big compliment to the staff, everyone was friendly and dedicated. The food was varied and good. The Mini Club is really excellent. The pools, water slides and pier had a lot of fun to offer, it was never boring. Everything was also very clean and it smelled good everywhere. So you could feel good all around.
The following is not a criticism of the hotel but of the main clientele: if you were brought up to respect the rules of respectful coexistence, it helps if you avoid the elevators (climbing stairs is healthier anyway) and if you do not eat until shortly before the end of the buffet times. Believe me, this will save you a lot of frustration.
And here's a little criticism of a presenter of the Michael Jackson Show: I'm sure it wasn't meant maliciously but just thoughtlessly. With a little empathy you could have correctly interpreted the tortured smile of the Colombian dancer after you had called her a "chocolate girl". But unfortunately you didn't but directly put one more on it with the designation "caramel girl" for the next dancer. Try to refrain from such flat jokes in the future. You are likeable and do a good job anyway.

When we arrive the hotel the air condition in the dinning room wasn't work, we ask to turn it on but we got an answer it doesn't work.
Rooms design are very old, mattress are very hard, bath border very high - doesn't comfort for disable peoples.

When we needed to checkout the reception ask us to pay 20euro per towel card we lost, after ask him to check all towels are in the room, he said this is the policy - so I pay since we needed to go.
My friend doesn't give the all cards and he didn't asked to pay.
This was the bottom line from point of view of how service shouldn't look like.

Bed was uncomfortable AC was not working after 2 hours,every 2 hours you have to wake up and restart your AC that’s terrible….I asked them to change my room ,they said they will change bed and fixed AC , they changed bed but nothing was changed the same thing brought the same bed . 1-This hotel is smokers friendly where you can smoke in almost everywhere and no stictions.
You can somke between family and kids in the pool area, sea area and in the while seeing the shows.

** You, your fmaily and your kids will not breath a fresh air but the will breath smokes CO, CO2 .. etc.

2- This hotel not following the Food Safety Hygiene nor vegetarian friendly .. how?
A: Pasta Cooking pans not washing and properly clean after cooking (meat, chicken or after Alcohol .. etcs) whey only swab the pans by used towels!!!

3- Restauarnt staff being angery once they don't understand you or if you have a special request such in burger section, doner or pasta

4- repeated food selections

5- bed matters was useless and uncomfortable.

6- The shows here only dancing show not like the others where you can see migical show .. fire show .. circus .. etcs

One big Advantage honsly i would like to introduce:
They have a very nice Kids Club and nice staff .. your kids really will enjoy it
Comparing with other hotel .. this hotel has the best Kids Club in Antalya

Tahminimden açıkçası çok daha iyi bir otel ve tatil yaşadım. Alanya deniz dalgalı ve taşlı diye çok tercih etmiyordum. Fakat bu handikapları otel, mükemmel bir iskele sistemi ve hilal şeklinde plaj ile çözmüş. İskelede yüzlerce yatak ve şezlong sayesinde vaktini iskelede geçirerek güneşlenebiliyorsun ve taş, çakıl derdinden de kurtuluyorsun. Yani bence denizi havuz galine getirmiş. Havuz bir kere bile girmedim ben açıkçası. Havuz hem çok kalabalık, hem çok gürültülü hem de ben havuzların genel oltaya hijyenik olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Bu otel de havuzun çok yoğun olduğu için daha da sıkıntılı olabilir. Çocuklar için Aqua su çok başarılı değil malesef. Ama bu da bizim için çocukları denize yönlendirdi. Yemekler iyi, animasyon 1-2 gece çok dah iyiydi. Gece iskelede disko konsept geceler yapılmasına rağmen çok başarılı değil. Temizlik güzel, sorun yaşamadık. Otelde peçetesinden,” otel odasına, duşluktan tuvaletlere kadar malzeme genel olarak üst kalite. İnternet çok iyi. Odalar geniş, hizmet iyi.

The worst 5 star hotel

I took my family to this hotel and I could whole heartedly say it was the worst stay ever. After suffering for one night and not getting the rooms I had booked the full family got ill. The hotel was dirty and was sticking of sewage. The staff were extremely unfriendly and very impolite. The stay was a disaster. This was the first time I honestly come back from a holiday happy leaving a place and looking forward to go home.

We stayed there one week. Everything was well organised. Room was not in its best shape but spacious and still ok 👌
Our kids enjoyed very much. We liked cabins on peer, which offers privacy.
We were amazed to see the food variety but were disappointed to see the quality. The food at our stay at 4 star hotel was better than this 5 star hotel 🏨 . So apart from food, it was well worth to stay and enjoy the time there.

Service was terrible, public bathrooms were very dirty- control sheet shows it had been cleaned every 4 hours! Food and beverage service was very amateur. Long lines everywhere. Employees were unhappy and not friendly. Even while serving food, they were chit chatting with other employees and ignoring the guests. No server took any kind of initiative to see if the guests are doing okay or need anything else.

Hem kum plajı hem kocaman bir iskelesi olması şahane, asla şezşong problemi yaşamazsınız, benim için tatil demek deniz demektir büyük oranda zaten mavi bayraklı koy metrelerce altını görüyorsunuz denizin. ramada, sheraton, hilton, crystal otelleri gibi birçok zincir otelde konakladım yemekler her zaman çeşitli olurdu ama lezzet bulamadığım olabiliyordu yemekler inanılmaz lezzetliydi, müşteri memnuniyeti ön planda ben hiçbir çalışanla problem yaşamadım herkes güler yüzlüydü. Bayramın ilk günü Türk misafirlere yapılan eğlenceye bayıldım seneye konaklamamı sırf bu yüzden bile bayrama denk getirebilirim:) otelde vakit geçirlecek alan genişliği tatmin etti. Pastanedeki kahveler ve Makarnalar çok güzeldi. Animasyon beni çok cezbeden bir şey değildir normalde ama akşam izlediğim showlar kaliteliydi. İskeledeki eğlence çok güzel ama dj listesini biraz güncellemeli:) otelin benim için problem oluşturmayan ufak aksaklıklarından bahsedecek olursam, 2093 numaralı odada konakladım klozet musluğu bozuktu düşüyordu biz hiç aramadık arasak yapılırdı eminim odanın karşısındaki asansörün aşağı tuşu da arızalı onu da bildirmedik bir de kendi otoparkı olmaması beni başta endişelendirmişti ama 1 kez biraz bekledim onun dışında vale arkadaşlar hiç mağdur etmedi. Eylül sonuna tekrar rezervasyon yapacağım, seneye de buradayım bu hizmet artarak devam etsin lütfen tek temennim bu:)

The only good thing about this hotel .

Our stay in this hotel was terrible, first they made my family and i wait about one hour till we checked in , they took extra charge of 66 euro for 5 years old child which they didn’t provide any bed for her to sleep , the receptionist were bad and not helpful at all , they provide us a basement floor without any view and too hot inside the room, which the Air conditions were not working for about 7 hours, we tried calling them they didn’t answer the phone , after complaining several times and going to there receptionist but they didn’t solved the problem and asked us to stay in this heat till morning that they would find a room to change , my 5 years old daughter got heat stroke cause of the heat till we complain to there manager and finally they changed the room but the room was much smaller and didn’t had a bed for my 5 year old daughter to sleep in , the view was almost completely blocked , the room was not clean and I could find insect inside its drawer but the Ac was working ok, we checked out and stayed for two days , they didn’t even compensate for it or return the extra charges they took . The only good thing about the hotel was it’s beach and pools with its breakfast.

Otelin genel kondisyonu orta.oda temizliği çok iyi değil.restaurant kapasitesi oteldeki misafir sayısına kıyasla yetersiz kalıyor bazen, aynı büfelerden 2'şer tane konulmalı. Yemek çeşitliliği beklentimin ve daha önceki herşey dahil otel deneyimlerimin altındaydı. 4 gün boyunca farklı bir yemek veya sunum olmadı. Standard tavuk ve et çeşitleri vardı. Hergün birkaç çeşit hindi vardı ki hindi pek tüketilmez. Havuz, kaydıraklar ve deniz kumsal iyiydi. Otelde hiç yeşil alan yok. Sadece havuz kenarı ve kunsal/iskele var. Ayrıca oda kapısı kartı 3. okutuşumuzda açılıyordu sürekli, bir çözüm bulunamadı.

Our first room was 1068, located on the 1st floor. The balcony had a restricted view and when you look out, you’ll be seeing the hotel’s power generators, which are constantly running and noisy. So, having a balcony is no use. The balcony door had a long crack. Bathroom had cleanliness issue. I notified Expedia of this experience and the next day, Elena, the GR on duty met me in my room and assured that I’ll be moved to a different room the following day as the hotel was full on that night. The next day, I viewed the room but it wasn’t as I expected, smaller in size and far away from the main lifts. I spoke to the front of house manager, Mehmet, and he gladly showed me an alternative room on the 5th floor. We’ve moved there for the duration of our stay. We were also assisted by Mehmet, one of the porters, who was very polite and respectful in arranging our airport transfer. Elena arranged anniversary amenities for us in the new room, which was delightful considering this property has over 500 rooms. She provided her mobile number so I managed to communicate to her instantly via WhatsApp. Thank you to all the staff, who I mentioned that really made a difference to our stay. For improvement: over crowding in the main restaurant must be controlled especially with the current COVID-19 situation. It felt so chaotic & the food too oily. Housekeeping should improve the quality of cleaning; under the beds if you check, it seems like the floor haven’t been swept for months!

A very good hotel, Family of 5. Fitted into the standard which had one king bed and two singles. Space was ok but we ended upgrading to suite, big yes but the sitting area is where two other beds are. Hotel could do with workers who pay attention and deliver on promises. With us having a baby, asked for a kettle in our room daily and Mehmet at reception who speaks English promised over several says never came despite asking daily. So was Mersul. Very poor indeed. Hotel also needs to cater for non smokers. People smoke everywhere anywhere, every outdoor table has an ashtray. Hotel needs designated smoking places. People smoke by the pool on sunbeds, by the beach, in restaurent, in animation areas. Very inconsiderate. They just sit next to you and light up, no concern or welfare of others. Hotels seems to have no policy on smoking or where to smoke. Totally inappropriate in 2020. Also guests from other Countries, Russia, Ukraine etc, do zero social distancing despite markers on floors etc being everywhere.

Quiet and worth the money you can pay !!!

In general a very good resort !!
This is my second trip to Orange County Resort from last summer !!
Every thing was close to be very good and the one thing must be changed is the main restaurant !!
It is very uncomfortable to have dinner outside in the balcony while humidity and hot atmosphere were very high !!
A lot of thanks to all workers in every sector for their welcoming us !! They all were very kind and helpful !!
As a resort there are no wide green areas and flowers !!

Staff are really rude, especially the reception staff. Wasn’t helpful in the slightest was disappointed from the moment we got into the hotel. We would have rather have spent the money on a different resort. The room wasn’t clean on arrival and mini bar was empty. The pictures of the hotel sell dreams comparing to the reality!

Stuff in restoraunt was excelent, they are doing magnificant job. Hotel is well organised, they have everything that is needed. Reception is pretty crowdy though, there are always lines. Reusibles in a room were not replaced/added in 7 days period. At first we got terrible room, with open balcony that is also enter to a room, with terrible sound isolation. They replaced our room next day.

Due to last minute reservations we stayed in 3 hotels during this week-long trip, this was by far the best value for the money even though it wasn’t the most expensive hotel of the trip. Professional entertainment by outside troupes, flyboard show alone was worth the stay.

Holiday trip to Orange county resort hotel

It's a nice hotel a bit dated maybe I would rated as 4 star. Swimming pool was excellent also entertainment was good. Food its ok almost similar every day. Reception staff not so friendly need more smile and welcoming to holidaymakers.
Overall we enjoyed staying.

Plenty of food variety. Bed was not as comfy as the 5* standard. There is so much focus on food it would have been nice if they make the room more comfy and presentable as the star rating they advertising. Overall it was good.

Great food ,very loud music all the time, mildews in the swimming pool and bathtub , poor housekeeping service and with all inclusive service is not all inclusive, for corn offered I had to pay 3€, alcoholic beverages after midnight also. I believe there is a better resorts at the area

Its not what it’s advertiser like. It’s no t4 star by any standards. It’s more a low cost mass produced facility for families with children. We had a room on bathe second floor Andy there were no lifts. Bags had to be carried up 2 flights of stairs. There were no towels in the room- something I have never in all my experience come across. You have to go collect a token to get towels and after bathing walk back a trek to return or they Would charge you. We somehow managed a nights sleep and checked out early the following morning and checked into Crowne plaza although we had initially booked for 3 nights. We lost the one nights coat of course but we could not bear that place!!!

Just i want know. Why they charge me 200 TL extra?

They charge me 200 TL extra at check in without any reason, just they told me either to pay or you will not given your room, food was so delicious and the staff are so kind and helpfull.

Location is far from airport, around 1 hour and fifteen minutes, food is excellent, facility is very good as it includes big pool, gym and water slides which is suitable for kids
The only issue is room air condition was not good but we stay one night only

Not ideal if you want a quiet hotel

Lovely Hotel. Asked for a quiet room and got a seaview room but had loud music until 12 am. But reception staff were great and changed room to the front but traffic noise was just as bad but not hearing boom boom and DJ every 2 seconds we coped with it. Food was very similar every day so was getting a bit bored.

Dislikes: worst customer service, we were with 3 kids and booked room one queen and 3 twin beds but we got only 2 twin bed and after asking multiple times they neither have correct room additional bed although we were charged extra 250+ dollars for additional kid.

Room lights got fused first day, shower handle was leaking water and room door wasn't closing properly.

Reception staff was rude and not cooperative at all.

Git ourself in trouble booking this hotel: readon- it is a disco from 10:00 to 23:30 with super loud music and shady double glaze. Too much. We had go out dyspite the heat to save our ears. No sleep during the day. Music is for few in the pool and ignoring welfare of 90% other guests. Otherwise everuthing else superb. Pick your choice if you love loud and irritating music 13.5 out of 24 hours.

The resort is so pleasing but the disappointing part is that few staff only speaks
English which made my check-in process so lengthy the problem was that no even was paying attention to me while standing to ask me politely to wait even though they knew that it is a long way from the airport to there. no even offered to take the luggage at the door as expected even from low-class hotels these days.

My room had 4 beds and one sofa bed so they took 70 $ from me for 2 days for extra kid with 4 years old which already have an existing bed in my reserved room .
Bofet is good.
Activities low level and littile .

As massive as the resort is, you don't feel choked, there's activities for every age range, food was made freshly at the different bar sites, cleanliness was amazing and reassured you to keep wining and dining. Staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome and although they struggled with English, they made a real effort.

First of all i want to thanks all the stuff there, they were really good, and help us and were very friendly
The enemation team was perfect and was helpful if you are traviling with kids
