NOT AS PICTURED!!! My room had ants!!! The carpet had a big hole!! The inside of the door was peeling!! The door didnt close securely!! No smoking signs posted but a man was smoking outside my door. Had to ask him to leave because i could smell it. Not recommended to stsy here!!! Should not be on Expedia!!!!

McMinnville Inn met my needs by being centrally located near Linfield University. Rooms are very spacious and property was clean and safe. The staff was very helpful. I would stay here again next time I’m in McMinnville.

The room was clean. But heat/air conditioner had a clicking sound and the fan was very loud. The shower/tub had either rust or mold near the faucet area. Everything there is very worn and beat up. But the price was right and you get what you pay for.

The room was bug infested. Both the toilet and bathtub were leaking and ran/dripped all night. There was a used Q-tip at the edge of the bed and no extra security lock on the door.

The staff was great! The room was clean, but you could tell it had seen some things..lots of patching on the walls. It would have been nice to have a table and chairs to sit at, and maybe one extra pillow. There were only 3 thin ones, so if you’re staying with someone, one of you is going to get the pillow shaft.

"Breakfast" is very loosely defined here. As long as you don't mind toast or a bagel you'll be happy.
Staff was marginally unfriendly and one thin blanket in the room with no extras.
Won't stay again. Spend the extra $20-$30, I know I will next time.

The hotel was good, lots of room to park. Unfortunately, they use scented laundry soap and we were unable to use the bedding or even sleep on the bed because it smelled so much. If you are sensitive to fragrance this is not the place for you.

Room appeared very clean although the property is of another time when Motels were the best bet for overnight stops. There is considerable effort to keep it in good condition and provide amenities. A giant TV screen is the top feature in my room. The shower had plenty of hot water. Unfortunately the morning breakfast bar had no coffee.. they were “ waiting for the delivery” The one thing most important to a traveler is fresh coffee in the morning. Even some instant coffee is better than no coffee. But there was all the other items available such as yogurt, mini muffins, bread & bagels to toast with cream cheese portions. It’s family run & they are all very helpful to make one’s stay comfortable.

The room smelled terribly i wish i brought a glade plug in, the bedding was old, and the "blanket" had holes in it. The king sized bed had 4 very flat standard pillows, the shower had a hair clog that prevented draining, the tv was all in spanish, continental breakfast was a bagel or

I checked in on October 11 for one night, one person. Immediately had a problem in accessing the room as the lock key in a form of the card didn’t work maybe made it back to reception got another key was told that yes they’ve been having problems in that department. Next morning, I discovered that the shower/tub faucet didn’t work. It just would not turn on. It was obvious that it was broken. Right away questions popped up: how could the housekeeper cleaning the bathroom not notice that she/he didn’t have the water available to clean the tub. Why wasn’t this problem reported to be repaired.

I called the office and reported the problem. The young clerk was sorry. To solve the problem I asked for another room that I can go to and just take a shower without disturbing anything else in that room.
Luckily, there was another room available. It was Sunday and by now due to this problem I missed a good part of a memorial service that I was in town for.

I asked for reduction of rate and was told that this clerk was not able to do that without the managers approval. It being Sunday manager was not there.
I was told by the desk clerk to leave my name and phone number and that he will relay what transpired and she, the manager will will get back to me. To be fair I waited for two weeks to allow management ample time to address my request.
Well, nothing happened so I decided to post this review.

I had to change rooms because the smoke alarm wouldn’t stop. There was no problem doing that.
Both room were clean and spacious. There are no USB ports anywhere, but I always travel with my cube.
Plenty of hot water and good pressure.
The frying desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
I’d stay here again.

After 4 years I continue to stay at the McMinnville Inn because of it's convenience to everything; shopping (even Thrift Shopping), the Hwy (in either direction), downtown McMinnville, and food choices, The McMinnville Inn has abundant parking, as well clean and spacious rooms.

While outside is more-less ok, inside it is ...
The room need TLC. The entrance door is beaten down. The 110V jacks need to be replaced. The carpet is dark brown, so the dirt would not be visible. The chairs are with dark spots. Should i continue?

Budget-friendly place to sleep

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Overall, the hotel was okay and worked for what we needed, as it was the most reasonably priced option in the area. However, there were a few challenges during our stay.

The hotel appeared to be understaffed, and our room was not serviced during our stay. The toilet did not flush properly, and we had to take the lid off the tank to stop it from running. The mini fridge took about 24 hours to cool, which led to some food spoiling, and the beds and pillows were not the most comfortable.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep, this can work, but it may help to come with the expectation of basic accommodations and be prepared to address minor maintenance issues yourself.

The staff is always so friendly and are up for people with a sense of humor so make their day bright and make them laugh!!! The rooms are sometimes not cleaned properly though so don't be alarmed. I found hair ALL over the shower and dirt in the sheets so check your room over. Parking was very accessible and you are within walking distance of a grocery store, firehouse subs, little Caesars, a Mexican restaurant but only eat from outside and a plaid pantry is behind the property. I love the price and the quiet hat's why I return.

This is my go to Hotel in McMinnville. It's convenient, close to downtown but not too close. It is also close to Wineries, and shopping. Staff is familiar and consistently helpful & accommodating.

The gentleman that I spoke with when booking, the gentleman that checked us in, and the gentleman that checked us out were wonderful people and deserve to be called out and appreciated. The room smelled like it needs some airing out but we grew use to it. Everything thing was clean and everything was in working order. Our stay was worth what we spent. Thank you.
