A fabulous hotel. My son and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast had everything you could wish for. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

As expected. Great location, amazing gym, service was friendly and efficient, very nice breakfast. Only downside was that the restaurant didn’t offer a kids menu. I would think many families stay here, so that was a surprise.

Fantastiskt bra personal, enorm skillnad på rummen och standarden från gång till gång. Vissa gånger så är rummen helt ok. Denna gång gick jag rum utan uttag som man kunde ladda mobilen. Ett uttag fanns och det var till tv:en.
Avloppslukten på toa var påtaglig och väldigt jobbig. Rummet var för övrigt rent och städat.

Men frukostvärden ska nog tona ner sig.. gillar man inte barn ska man kanske ha nån annan i köket och lika så ska man inte blanda glutenfritt med vanligt... Tänker på nutellan tror alla vet att man kan bli jättesjuk om man får i sig gluten. Enda minuset jag såg var att man skulle göra

Fin frukost.
Extremt dålig planering och service (eg. framförhållning av personalavdelningen) i restaurangen. Att vänta på maten i två timmar är under all kritik. Om det blir så, då bjuder man alla på lite snacks till exempel. Nu fick vi gå och köpa chips för att inte hungra efter en lång konferensdag. Allt var bokat, så ingen överraskning att det skulle vara många gäster.

Vattenkokare på rummet men inget till eller koppar. Får reda på vid utcheckningen att vi skulle hämta detta i receptionen. Hade vi haft ett rum på övre vån hade det funnits där. Förvirrande!

Saknade kaffe på rummet (fanns vattenkokare), sängbordet var inte avtorkat, hittade ingen badrumsmatta, ingen minibar dvs inget litet kylskåp.

Rent rum. Personal trevlig. Frukosten var lite mindre bra. Fick skära en brödskiva som var torr på ena sidan (hade stått framme och torkat och vi var ändå vid frukosten klockan 07:00 på söndagmorgonen.) Kaffebryggarna var inte i funktion. Korven, baconen och äggen var nog framställda lite för tidigt eftersom de inte var direkt varma.

Jättetrevligt hotell för familjer. Läget är toppen med Navet, badet samt djurparken nära.

Lobbyn har flera spel för barn så de kan sysselsätta sig med på kväll och morgon.

Fruktansvärda, nedlegade sängar där spiralfjädrarna gnisslade när man rörde sig. Alltför lite personal i restaurangen. Mycket långa väntetider. Väldigt trängt vid frukosten som annars var bra. Tidigt att stänga frukosten redan 10.00 en helgdag.

Superfin lounge och restaurang, känns lyxigt. Vi har bott här som familj tidigare och var då väldigt nöjda, superfint familjerum. Den här gången fick vi rum på våningen som hotellet verkade ha glömt bort. När man klev ur hissen på vån 6 så var det som att man hade hamnat på ett helt annat hotell, budgetstyle, rummet likaså. Slitet och omodernt. Tyvärr betalade vi samma pris för en sämre standard. Dessutom dyrare än alla andra hotell i Borås den helgen.

Olika prisklasser för olika rum hade varit lösningen så kunden vet vad de kan förvänta sig.
